They were very busy, as usual, but I was able to pick up my order quickly and with no problems.

Needed a gallon of a SW Super Paint, Low Lustre, ...call around and it was available here; Jeremy was responsive on my calls and handled my order the next morning .. very courteous and professional. Will be a returning customer.

EDIT:Their customer service contacted me rather promptly, and connected me with the store manager for this location. The gentleman was understanding and helped resolve the problem. I was impressed with how they addressed this, and would be happy to go back actually.-------------------------------Poor customer service :(Bought paint from here to paint my front door. Thank god I only bought a quart ($20) and not a gallon ($60) because the color was off and when I tried to return it the next day, I was told it was “tinted” and non-refundable!I don’t mind that “tinted” items are non-refundable, but the staff did not inform me when I made the purchase, which is unprofessional for a “non-refundable” item. They were sure happy to point it out when I asked for a return though.P.s. As others have noted, only 1 staff member in the Hoover store was wearing a mask properly :(

The employee was helpful, but not wearing appropriate mask. The other employee in the store at the time was wearing his mask like a chin strap. I tried to get out as quickly as possible.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. Rude, unhelpful, snotty. I would rather drive across town to another location to not have to deal with the staff here. Great paint, but not worth it. Avoid!

Sherwin-Williams at the corner of Hwy 31 and Patton Chapel Rd is a great place to shop for all your paint needs. Ive shopped here for years. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. As a matter of fact they have a sale going on.

The paint was exactly what I wanted and I went there because the brand name has a great reputation. However, I rated my experience lower than I normally rate places I shop at, because of the poor quality of the customer service I received. The man who helped me acted like I was a bother to him and was unfriendly from start to finish. I should rate less, but I wont do that to your business brand. Just know that I am not a picky or high maintenance customer. Ever. I work in the service industry and try to make the work of those servicing me, as easy as possible. So when I take the time to say my experience was poor, its really bad.

Logan gave us incredible customer service. After trying out way too many paint samples, we finally settled on a color and bought 2 gallons only to get home and realize they had been mixed wrong. We brought them back and Logan worked with us for almost an hour to correct the formula in the computer and ended up creating a totally custom color-matched formula for us. He had a great attitude and was very patient with us and the rest of the customers he was juggling at the same time. Great customer service speaks volumes about a business.

I always go to Sherwin-Williams as a Hoover resident as they always do a great job with color matching. Last week I brought in a sample from my bathroom ceiling that was repaired (someone stepped through the attic floor drywall) and they matched it exactly. I only had to paint a small area vs. the entire room, saving me several hours.

During our visit no one greeted us or asked us if we needed help. We were there about 10 minutes and eventually found what we were looking for on our own. No one ever address us in any way. Dont plan on visiting ever again. Will order online instead.

I go to Sherwin Williams for all my painting needs. The store is well staffed and supplied. Prices are not what you are going to get at some of the big box stores but quality is much better. If you really care about what you are painting youll buy your paint at Sherwin Williams. Highly recommended.

For years and years, I purchased my paint from the big DIY stores. Not any more . 6 months ago we had some work done and the painters used Sherwin Whilliams paint . The quality of the paint is amazing. One coat most of the time . The staff at this location are very very professional and are so helpful and friendly . Michael sticks out as he is so accomodating . I dont think I will ever use any other paint store from now onThanks guys . A true customer experience

We are repainting our entire house and have made at least 5 trips to this paint store. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Aaron and Chelsea have been especially helpful! I would highly recommend Sherwin Williams for all your painting needs.

What can I say Im a painter and Im in this store often. Good service. Its packed early in the morning and Durning lunch hour. They could do something about the parking spaces.... Need to add more

The Hoover Sherwin Williams is definitely a brach worth reffering to homeowners in the area looking to add to the aesthetic of their home or to other painting companies who may be in the Hoover area and are in need of extra paint or supplies. The employees were most helpful in making sure my friend received his company discount that was quoted at another Sherwin Williams location but also they brought the three ladders that we purchased right out to the truck. Its a great quality to have such eager and responsive employees because in the paint world you gotta have the tools and definitely gotta have the correct paint. Bravo Hoover. Your deeds arent unnoticed.

This store never ceases to amaze me. Probably the busiest store in Bham. Employees helpful, knowledgeable, and fast. Always have top staff at this location. I try to use this location every time I need paint which is daily lol. Great job guys !!!
