We come here two weeks ago looking for a specific vehicle we saw online. Dave Benson met us on the lot. He is one of the nicest and pleasurable people to work with and was very patient with the fact that we had a little one with us. We noticed one of the seat belt latches wasnt working properly. He went to work right away to make sure that could be fixed for us. We just left there getting the seat belt fixed. Great service! This is a great dealership to work with!

Bought a new 2021 trail boss and its great, these guys wont stab you in the back with the price either. Carlos could have convinced me to buy a used truck(which Is what I was looking for) but the used trail bosses were more expensive than the brand new one and Carlos saved me money and made the whole experience super easy and fast. They were even patient enough to sit down with me and find exactly the truck I wanted. Definitely recommend buying from here.

I recently showed up on the lot looking for a mini van after explaining to Matt that I hadn’t been able to find one that checked all the boxes within my budget. He set us an appointment with Shaun Carmichael and assured us they would be able to take care of us, I was still reluctant. Shaun showed us every mini van on the lot, none of which checked all the boxes still. He knew I was set on a van but convinced me to look at one more thing before I left, said it would check all the boxes and was within budget but it wasn’t a van. I now own a Traverse that I absolutely love! Everyone was so helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

I can honestly say I had an easy and smooth transaction when I purchased my 2017 Ford F150. Yes I purchased a Ford from a Chevy dealership and it was the best truck they had on the lot (My opinion). My salesperson Carlos did a wonderful job selling me this. Oh and believe it or not they have some of the best prices around locally. Normally you have to go to Richmond to get a deal like I did. They are also going to fix an issue I found that they missed but it was easily to miss.

Its like having a family taking care of my automobile needs. They have always been there, particularly since the loss of my husband. I have moved out of the area but its worth driving a distance to continue my Strosnider connection.

I brought a 2018 Chevy Malibu 35,000 miles back in January of this year . I’ve already had the drive shift replaced and my check engine light has come on twice . I’ve never received the fill up gas with servicing that was promised when I purchased he car, My car is being serviced this very moment and I’m definitely not happy with the amount of visits to the dealership in 4 months . They seemed to honest and trustworthy when I made the purchase, I’m not so sure now . I gotta call after dropping my car at 9am at 4:30 pm telling me they will be giving me a loaner car for that’s two years older than my car . Dented on side like this has been the worse experience ever I advise any first time buyers do not go here with a male or someone familiar with cars . They will take advantage of you . I’m honestly hurt over this experience

The sales department and finance folks are great. No complaints there. Very friendly, upfront, no BS. Theyre like talking with old friends. The service department on the other hand is not so great. I purchased a 2016 F350 before it had been sent through their shop. Hadnt even been cleaned and put on the front lot yet. Paid full asking price, never tried to talk them down. I had the truck for a week and asked if they could balance the tires and do a front end alignment. They said yes so I dropped the truck off. It was there for a day and Im told its ready to pick up. The service manager then says they didnt do anything to it and if I dont like the vibration or alignment problem then I can pay to take it to Ford for them to fix. Felt like after buying a 52k truck, an alignment and wheel balance was not a lot to ask considering I purchased their extended warranty thats supposed to cover everything.

10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!!This was the absolute BEST experience. My car had an electrical issue, I called in a semi-panic and I was treated with the utmost respect. Jeremey was the service associate who listened to my issue, and told me to bring it right in. They quickly looked over the issues and gave me a loaner and had me on my way. The part was ordered and replaced the next day and I was able to pick up my car in less than 24 hrs. Service and Employees were all exceptional!!THANK YOU STROSNIDER! I just purchased a late model GMC pickup truck from Shaun Carmichael @ Strosnider Chevrolet. Well we started shopping for a truck for our grandson. The one that was for sale had already sold before I can get back in touch. The short of it is that there was a truck my grandson fell in love with it, he was very professional understanding and patient. Everyone at Strosnider Chevrolet Seem kind professional and listened to your wants. Pleased me because of his first experience at a dealership Mike had walked him through answered all questions so glad that we could do business there. Makes me happy and thankful so glad that we stopped by and gave them a chance.

Service. Made an appointment and was confirmed, when I showed up no one even knew to expect me. Was handled by a sales person whose attention was divided by other customers. Was also given the impression that they DID NOT try everything they could to get me a vehicle. And the end resulting attitude was Oh well. so sorry, They do not live up to the core values they advertise and care less about the customer and more about the bottom line. I have had much better experiences from grocery clerks. I think they need to own up to the face that they are a mediocre dealership who does the bare minimum.

This was my first time making a big purchase like this and I wanted to take me time. Shaun was easy to talk to over the week and was available to answer any questions. He even sent me a video of the car, which wasn’t available on the dealership website. He was super nice and easy to work with.. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership. Shaun was helpful in coordinating the negotiated price of the car. I wanted to make sure that when I drove out there I wasn’t wasting my time which was definitely worth it.. The environment was nice and clean. There were a few folks who walked around without masks which was a little unsettling for me, but an overall friendly experience.

I brought my vehicle in for the airbag recall issue and an oil change. While replacing my airbag, my dash was cracked/broken in four (4) places. The technician used epoxy to attempt to glue the pieces back together. No one communicated the damage to me so imagine my surprise and disappointment when I saw the damaged dash with epoxy smeared all over the surface of the dash in multiple places. I took the vehicle back and reported the issue to the service manager and I am still awaiting a path forward for repairs (2 days later). This is a significant issue for me. How Strosnider handles this issue will determine if I continue to allow them to be my service provider. I have to be able to trust the team who works on the vehicle that I put my family in. I will update this review if a resolution is established.Update: Strosnider did a great job resolving this issue and replaced the cracked dash pad. I am very pleased with the cooperation I received to resolve this issue.

This has been by far the worst experience with a Chevy Dealership service department. My vehicle gets towed in week before Thanksgiving. I know its the holiday, its 2020, its the busy season. However it should not take more than 48 hours to call me...(which you didnt). You couldnt locate my vehicle let alone if my keys were there. After finally locating my car and several attempts to get in contact with someone because no one is available, Im finally able to tell you what my concerns are. Fast forward two weeks and still no contact is made if you have even looked at my vehicle. After a few stern calls and you guaranteeing me you will follow up in the hour (which you didnt) you want to tell me its the entire engine at 2/3 the price of the car. I then ask simple basic questions to which no one but the owner can seem to answer. What are my options? Do you offer payment plan? Is there a cheaper simple fix for now to get it to run? Would you do an as is trade in? I cant even be given simple respect to look me in the face and be attentive as a company representative. I have to physically come to the company to stand there twiddling my thumbs and you cant even give a simple greeting or how can I help you! 0/10 Highly dissatisfied with my service. Will not recommend or give your company another red penny.

They did not even place the next service due decal on the window or provide service summary. Will not be returning to this location for future service. Needs improvement.

Had a salesman walk right past us was smoking and ignoring us. Bad service no one wanted to show us a car. Had to ask for help then tell us all were busy and one salesman was sitting on golf cart outside talking to another one smoking cigarettes. Yeah real busy. We walked away to finally hear can we help u with something after being told by someone no one was helping us then tell us they thought someone had said something 30 min on lot and nothing. Bad service. Guess they do not wish to sell cars. Was looking at a Denali worth 80,000 will go elsewhere

During this pandemic and social climate, we all are looking for consistency, security and trust. I recently has an issue with my daughters vehicle.
