It would be a better experience if the parts needed were the parts u actually get really get sick. Of Makin 2-6 trips for one part an this is everytime not just once hire people with experience or train them better definitely can tell they are there for a pay check not caring rather they wake up to a job or not cause they dont care about customer care at all

Horrible experience. Went in to get a battery for a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Elder man quoted me prices $239 + $217. Of course Id researched and knew hed given me the highest prices possible. I asked him why. He stated the website is a third party and their prices dont apply. Horrible experience very rude employee. Attempting to take advantage of a woman

Its not a shell game. This Advance is wedged in between two other auto parts stores........ And the gold coin is hidden here. They have a more knowledgeable, helpful, courteous staff. THEY have the right parts at the right price. If they dont have it, theyll get it.

Easy in/out off Oaklawn Blvd. Customer service guy was not happy that day, but the store had what I needed and would have installed the wipers if I had driven the right vehicle (chose to do it myself). Cant speak on help with bigger auto issues at this location.

They are sucked of the service! The assistant won’t help out to fixing the red brake bulb what I asked... he recommended me to go autozone next block. I was shocked why he don’t want to do fix a little matter? I won’t buy any parts from advanced auto parts. Period.

They were very helpful testing the battery and alternator and explaining what to do. Even cleaned the battery posts. All free.

They had exactly what I needed in stock (a headlight) and served me very quickly. The only kind of complaint I have is they wouldnt put the light in for. The lady said that she couldnt, the company doesnt let them. Thats probably true, but theyve done it for me before. Had to pay $15 for someone to change it in 10 minutes. Oh well. Guess everyone has a right to make money.

The woman that was working was awesome. I didnt know the name of the tools I needed and she figured it out. The man on the other hand did not have the patience. My son and I were replacing headlights. She could tell we were mother and son. Loved her and will fo back because she took the time and listened.

While driving back from Florida to NY our car started acting up on the highway in VA, so we looked up the nearest auto parts store so I can have it scanned for codes. I was helped immediately. The associate was very knowledgeable, very helpful and very courteous (Richard). In fact everyone in the store I dealt with (and those I overheard dealing with other customers) were all this way. If you happen to have a problem (and I hope you dont) in this area, I absolutely recommend this store. (If youre wondering, it was the spark plugs.)

People at this location are always rude, they have I dont care type attitudes.. If you dont wanna be there, GO HOME! Id rather them be short handed an have to wait for GOOD service, than be in and out and receive TERRIBLE/CARELESS service! yesterday, the parts person, Shawn, told me that they have no way of finding out what type of transfer case fluid I need for my vehicle... Do what?😂 If you have no way of entering a vehicle year, make, model and engine displacement into a computer to look up a specification or part, than you have ABSOLUTELY no business working in the automotive/auto parts industry in 2019! On my visit today, he told a young woman directly in front of me that he has no way of telling her what cabin air filter she needs and her best bet would be to Google it. GTFOH dude 😂This isnt my first run in with advance, I have had numerous others at local stores and stores in other states. never again will I spend another penny with Advanced Auto Parts! And all of this occurred (yesterday and today) in FRONT OF his M.O.D, a blonde haired woman (dont know her name) who was at another register.

These guys were great, my bike battery went dead and When I called them about having one, they had one left, they held it until I got there without even paying for it first.

Went in there to get some washer fluid. Stood there for 20mins with nobody acknowledging my presence and just hanging out before I got checked out. And this is after I called there just to get someone pick up the phone advance auto please hold And never came back in 20mins. Horrible customer service here.
