The people here were so nice and helpful. The front desk lady even helped me find coupons and discounts to help with the price. She was also super patient and helped me understand what my car did and didn’t need. Friendly staff, fast work and good prices

The red headed woman in the front was rude. I asked if we can attempt to do a wireless pay before doing service on my truck after she told me they dont do wireless. It doesnt hurt to try but she saying that I was calling her a liar for no reason. It didnt even call her liar. I have another physical card on me just in case it didnt work. After the attempt to pay wireless she went to hide inside where the mechanics were working on the vehicles. She got pretty mad & was accusing me of calling her a liar. She left me at the lobby & she knew I was there waiting for her. She saw me & never bother to ask me if there was anything else I needed. Im not sure if it was my appearance or what. I was calm & polite to her. I just needed my oil change.

We were traveling through town from northeast Ohio with our 4 small children when our tire blew on the freeway. Completely overwhelmed and exhausted we called Firestone. They got us right in and had us back on the road in no time! Everyone who works there were so nice and helpful and I’m so grateful to them! Great place and highly recommend!!!

Wont EVER come here again for anything. Came to this Firestone a few times for oil change. Went to my dealership for an oil change only to find out whoever worked on my car at this Firestone completely stripped my oil pan and had to pay so much money to get it fixed!!! Not saying all Firestone’s are bad highly recommend going to different one I would not come to this one won’t ever ever get my business again! 😡

After doing business with this location for over 14 years, I will NOT be returning. Had my vehicle towed to them on Sunday, at 12:30 in the afternoon after calling first for an appointment for that Monday. They called me late Monday afternoon and said they were so busy that they didnt get to it. But I was told they would pull it in first thing on Tuesday morning. I called Tuesday after 12 noon only to be told that they still had not gotten to it. Fifteen minutes later I get a call that they did a diagnostic and due to the code recieved, there was nothing they could do. So two days, no commitments kept and $107 spent for nothing....NO, I will not be returning.

Its the people that make the difference in any organization. And in that instance Robie Thacker ( Service Manager) and Donald Sippie (Store Manager) make a positive difference. They are both committed to providing the best customer service that Firestone is famous for. I had follow up work on my Cooling system in my Honda Odyssey and they made sure the job was done right and did not charge me anything for the follow up visit. Hats off to Robie and Donald. I wanted to make an appointment for a state inspection and ruby greeted me on the phone asking to put me on hold, no big deal, I said yes. BUT THEN, she very rudely said can I put you on a brief hold so I can speak to the customer who is right in front of me... I ALREADY SAID YES and she got really nasty with me. I can already tell this isnt the place for me.

Worst service ever had mu car for 3 days.Claimed there a/c machine was down never received a call had to call them. Went to pick my car up receptionist just handed me my keys no explanation at all. Went somewhere else they said it had to much freeon and my compressor was blown. I should have known something because if the a/ c machine was down why was my car moved from where i parked it 3 days ago. Never with them again

I had been using this Firestone for years but will never use them again. They couldnt even do a simple oil chance without oil leaking problems which was their fault. The manager was totally unprofessional and rude. Sad to see their services have declined to this point.

Was very pleased by my experience here. Will definitely be coming back. They were honest, fast, thourough, and gave great customer service. Robin Thacker is great! She went above and beyond to explain everything to me. Every question I had was answered. She gave great salesmanship for me getting 2 new tires because of how they were wearing done. I will be back in a few days to get those tires and alignment! Great job!

Technician put air in one of my tires and checked all 4 others while he was at it. Didnt charge me a dime,, how excellent! He didnt have to be so nice but he deserves recognition for it.

Dropped off road hazard warranty tire repair for 2 days no work performed. Took to O.K.Tire in Hopewell and was repaired in 20 minutes.Firestone will never ever get my business again.

Robie was professional, efficient, and very knowledgable, she resolved my issue quickly, and kept me informed through the whole process while I was there, very impressive ! I am very satisfied with my experience at this Firestone.

James and Shaun are the best! I had been northbound on 95 for 12 hours already, and had another 6 to go, on Memorial Day, when my TPMS light came on. NOT what I wanted to see as I approached Richmond on my way around DC to DE. James was friendly and pleasant, and Shaun got my car in and diagnosed much faster than anticipated. They showed me the TWO nails & screws, and discussed options. Thankfully only the screw was through, and a patch is all it took to repair it. I was in and out in about 30mins - much faster than the hour+ I was warned about before closing time. They were both full of smiles...nice to see while they were working on a hot holiday. If I lived closer - they would be my go-to guys!

Legit just called and the girl on the phone sounded as if she had an attitude and told me “does that make sense” I wanted to curse her out but just hung up instead.

Took the vehicle there on Friday they egg old me they would need it all day Saturday and I could pick it up on Sunday, well they lied they are not open on Sunday and now our crew has no way to work on Monday. THANKS for not informing your customers of proper times and misleading information.

0 stars if I could..the guy at the front desk was rude and had a attitude because I just wanted him to see why the check engine light was on but he wanted me to do a diagnostic which is 100.00! After I said no thanks. Customer service went out the window. Is the money going in his pocket or the business?

Broke down on 295 was towed there! the staff clearly love their job! don was a great honest mechanic so is all the staff. I was in and out less than 2 hours. just needed a belt. Thank you

I have bought 2 sets of tires here. I researched the prices and got a good deal. They rotate them for free and I was amazed to get all the mileage the tires were rated. Make an appointment for routine service; they stay busy. I feel comfortable waiting there for my car.

Informed me of doing state inspection if dropped off would have my vehicle back to me by 3 same day. After I drive 30 min to drop off they turned me away. Horrible customer service.

Quality work. Nice people, they try to work with you. I do my own maintenance, but the stuff I dont want to do Ill go to them.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 8:00am 3-4 days in advance just to have to wait because they were “double booked.” I was in uniform and clearly had to go to work after. Never got serviced and car wasn’t even pulled on. After about 30 mins of waiting decided to leave and dude told me it would only be about “10 more minutes” before they got to me. Went to a locally owned shop (Dave’s Auto Works) about 8 mins away and they got me in and out with no problem and was only late to work by 10 mins. They even offered a better military discount!!!

Shane, the manager, was great to work with. Didnt nickel and dime me to death. Great prices, great service. Will return

I have been here several times and everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their prices are reasonable and the manager and the employees seem fair and honest. One tine In particular, they were changing the rear wiper blade on my husband’s 10 year old Prius and the wiper arm broke. They brought it into us and said they weren’t sure if they had broken it or if it was just so fragile from years in the sun that it just crumbled. The manager said he would pay for a new one but apologized that he would have to order the part and it would be tomorrow before he could get it. My husband offered to pay for it and then offered to split the cost but the manager insisted that he would cover it. It was almost $100 for the part but they covered it and thanked my husband for his military service. I have never had a bad experience here.

This place sucks.... had an appointment scheduled for 3pm for oil change, alignment and an inspection. Brought the car in at 2pm.... got here to pick it up at 530... and it was not done... my mother was upset,and after apologizing a couple of times, the manager told us to leave his store and said the conversation was over.... who runs an auto repair place that has 2 inspectoslrs, one of which leaves at 4 and one that leaves at 5,when the stores is opened I til 6....

Single person and they keep my car going without breaking down. Of course you have to work with them and do your part.

Not one set but 2 that came nowhere close to the warranty before the tread was ruined, and they will not honor the warranty got 20k out of 60k tires recommend them to anyone got the last 2k out of me.

Maybe these guys are okay for tires. Last time I took a truck in for a simple oil change it came out running rough as an egg beater. After listening to excuse after excuse, I went elsewhere. Havent been back since and cannot recommend their expensive labor and parts.

I had new tires put on my F-150 and they had a vibration after the new tires were put on. I brought it back and Jon took care of me. I ended up having to come back and he made sure he did whatever it took to make it right.

Never never never go there again. We got flat tire and have road hazard insurance, we went there to have it repaired. Withinsurance, we still paid $77 for one new tire. when we came back I found my passage side window handle is broken, I cant open the passage side door from inside. Everyone knows it doesnt need a lot of power to open the door. Obviously someone tried to break the door out while it is locked already. Never never go there again.
