Quick and easy tire repair

I had an awesome experience here. Everybody was kind and considerate. It was very refreshing to me feeling comfortable and welcomed. The service was excellent and the price was beyond fair. I will recommend them to everyone. I drive an Audi with lo profile tires and they beat everyone in town with price by far!!!!!

Yall are life savers. My sister and I were passing through on our way to a wedding three hours away when the a/c in our Santa Fe went out. Friday afternoon. At 4:15. In August...We Googled, then called Pearsons and spoke with Randall. He just said Cmon.Pearsons is a real, old school auto shop. (See the picture)Randall fixed the prob and had us on the road in less than an hour and at a fair price. Were freezing but thats okay!! YAY!!!Wed recommend them to everyone.THANK YOU!Kimi & Kathy

My husband and I were visiting family, we are from Ohio, and our truck started overheating on the way over. We pulled in not knowing anything about Pearsons. It was a hot day and I must say while we were waiting for our ride one of the employees came out and offered us water and a gentleman came out and just told us he would take care of the truck and not to worry...and that he did. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your expertise on the truck.

Does not have accurate appointment dates for Carmax service. They said their shop is open until 5:00 but wont let me drop my car off for a 4:30 appointment even with the understanding that nothing would be done that day.Their own website allows you to select appointments all the way to 5:00PM, what kind of sense does that make? Why have the options for 4:30 and 5:00 appointments if you dont honor them. If thats the case, they should really consider adjusting the times that you can set appointments for with Carmax and with their own site.
