Always fast and thorough. Definite pros and never any pressure to add unnecessary service or upgrades, they respect the customer. 7 years of service from them, and i have zero complaints.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to regularly go for my auto care/repairs. I was very pleased with my service here. Dan was the employee that worked with me. He was very friendly and professional and that made me and my partner feel very comfortable. Even though a mistake was made where the car behind me got worked on first, it was still such a timely and efficient oil change. I was not pressured into any upsales or un-needed products. If anything, it seemed as if he was cutting me the best deal possible with everything. My quote for repairs is extremely cheap in comparison to other auto centers. Will be going back and highly reccomend :)

Ive been coming here to service my vehicles for the past three years, They are professional, get the job done right the first time, explain everything, and their services are very fairly priced. Today I had them check my A/C system, as it has been blowing hot air, as well as do an oil change. The service was performed in a relatively short amount of time as I did make an appointment. Jason, the service manager, called me to let me know my car was done. Everything they did was explained to me and I was on the road again with working a/c again. This is the typical great service that keeps me coming back to this shop.

This was a warranty job. The personal at the shop were very nice and did everything I wanted.

We purchased a package of 5 oil changes to include, tire rotation and wheel balance for a new car for EACH visit. Upon our 4th visit, my wife reiterated the services to be performed and was met with the following response: “we don’t always rotate the tires but perform a visual inspection for uneven wear and will rotate if needed” also “we don’t balance the wheels unless they need to be done” and lastly, “where’s the lug-nut key to remove the locking lug-nuts?” This question accompanied with their response confirmed the services we purchased have not been performed in previous visits.

Jason and the crew here are the most professional business I’ve been to in a long time. Everything fixed on time and done even better than I could have hoped for. They beat everybody else’s quotes by at least 25 percent. I’m taking my truck here from now on for all its needs. The Best shop you will ever go to!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else for auto care anymore. I went in on my lunch break to get quoted for new tires and brakes. They got work started on my truck the same day I brought it in. I was looking to use a loaner car but they didn’t have any and had one of the guys drop me back off to work to finish up my day before picking my truck back up! Auto care is already frustrating to begin with and they made it way less stressful for me.

I visited on June 21st. I had a 12:30pm appointment scheduled several days in advance for my front brakes to be completed. I was told when I arrived that it would be about an hour. At 1:45pm I asked the front clerk how much longer it will be. He said, Yeah, well, we have your car ready, but we are waiting on the parts. This is the unprofessionalism that will cause me never to return to this store. I decided to wait for my car in store since it would only be an hour. But it wasnt until 2:30PM I was finally given my car. Waiting significantly over the estimated time is one thing, but not telling me the parts werent even in stock is a whole other. I filled out a customer complaint on June 21st and I still havent heard anything. At this point Meineke as a whole doesnt want my business.

Jason, the service manager, and the car team really took care of us and the checkup and oil changes are always done professionally and quickly. It is great that road trip checks and many checks are free as well.We are so thankful we found Meineke Hopkins shop

I was super impressed! I had gotten a coupon in the mail for a $49.95 full synthetic oil change and figured I’d give it a shot. They were extremely professional and had me in and out in 34 minutes!!! I was blown away. Great work guys!

Came in to check on muffler and did not realize they worked on full range of repairs. Saved me the hassle of taking car to another service center for problems with engine. Was told back rotors was the problem and when fixed the car started to warp badly.. took it back and now they say the front rotors are bad and all I got in return was “Sorry, don’t know what to say other than we did not catch it first”

Stop in on July 15th to inquire about work for Sideview mirrors. I was told to come back in three days and they wouldve the vehicle for an hour or so and it would be $135. I told the manager its a ten minute job literally. He said, if you think its so easy, then do it yourself. He had such sarcastic and condescending smile on his face. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I will never go to a Meineke ever.

This has got to be the best experience I’ve had getting anything done to my car. Jason was so cheerful and kind. He even walked me through what I should eventually think about having done to my car since I’m getting close to a big milestone when it comes to mileage. I’ll definitely be coming back here! And highly recommend that everyone should come here.

Great shop. They were able to get my car in early during two appointments when I got there a bit before the appointment time. When you have an issue, they will walk you through what is going on, what you actually need, and what worst case scenario could be.Ive already learned a ton about my car from the 20 minutes that I talked to them after the appointments, will definitely go back to them if I ever need anything in the future.

Jason is a great service manager. They got me in on short notice. Delivered on time. And charged much less than the national brand I left - due to excessive price increases with no associated increase in value.

My car got towed in and I wasnt really sure what the problem was. I gave them a 30min notice before I would be there, it was almost closing time and they were still able to get it in that night and done in less than 24hrs. Dave kept me up to date with what they found and how much the repairs would be. Ive gotten my car serviced for routine maintenance at another shop but I will take my car here going forward.

Friendly efficient and knowledgeable they got me in and out I think it took no longer than 20 minutes they checked my ac let me know my compressor is not working they told me the price to fix it and thats all she wrote no I didnt get it fixed to much money for my blood I know to many mechanics that can fix it for me anyways great friendly service

Solid Shop, gives good options, keeps their promises. They read the check-engine light out for free which is a plus. Their lobby is tiny, so bring a mask.

John and his crew in Hopkins are absolutely the best. Speaking as a single woman who has no clue about cars; They have always been honest and fair and helpful. I went in once because my wheels were making a noise the radio would no longer drown out. I fully expected to pay for a full brake job and thats what I asked for, but they were so kind. Instead of taking advantage of me, they showed me it was only a rock stuck. I was fully prepared to pay for someones vacation ;) I moved back to MN 6 years ago, this is the only shop I will use. Its not fast, because its always busy, but its worth the wait for the service and extra mile. I could go on and on, but I tell everyone about the Meineke in Hopkins!! Thanks Guys!!

I bought a car that had been sitting in a familys garage for some time, I bought it knowing that it had an exhaust leak and the flex pipe was busted. Brought the car to Hopkins Meineke for an inspection, and replacement. Upon inspection they found that almost the entire length of the system was clogged with some nasty blockage.. They repaired what they could and replaced what they couldnt. They took care of my exhaust nightmare, saved me money, and got my car breathing again. Its running, and sounding great now. Shout out to Jason, and his guys over there putting in work. Respect.

I had an appointment for the first time slot this morning. 7:30 on a Saturday!!! First time coming here and it was quick, easy and the guys were all very nice. Funny also. But beware the TV only has 3 channels so if you love Law & Order, you will be in heaven!

Honest car care. John and Jason helped me out and I cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. I have been to many car care places and most of them will try to upsell you or tell you things are broken that are not, but here at Meineke they treat you fairly and are honest about what your vehicle does or does not need. If I could give 10 stars I would. Very friendly and honest. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. (It had been three oil changes since my last rotation so I assumed I was due). I got the bill and asked if he charged for the tire rotation. “We didn’t do it, it looks like they’re wearing evenly.” It makes sense now, since most of my miles are interstate miles to WI/IL, not city miles. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

Unfortunately I was the victim of theft so I had to bring my car in to get a new catalytic converters. The owner was very friendly and told me he could been squeeze in an oil change. They do custom jobs so they were able to replace the exact length of pipe and the part itself. Good work and good staff!

My appointment wasn’t until 2:30, but I was going to need my car by 3. I called and asked if I could bring it in early, they said sure. I took it in and they got the AC flushed and recharged in time for me to get to work. Very kind, honest, respectable workers.

I called to set up an appointment a few days prior and dropped my car off on the day of service. I received notification by text twice and they texted me when my car was ready. Pricing was as advertised plus taxes.

They have always offered top notch customer service. Heather went above and beyond when my car wouldnt start. Walking over to my work with a technician to jump start my car. The battery was replaced within 30 minutes. This is the most outstanding customer service I have received in years!! I would highly recommend them.

This place was awesome! I was recommended by my mechanic stepfather to stop by here. The owner of the shop was the one who helped me through diagnosing and figuring out pricing for my issue. Very kind. Furthermore, I came in for a quote and they were able to not only look at my car but also fix it that day in 45 minutes (a muffler replacement) and had me on my way. I got back into my car, started it up, and it was so quiet that now I have to relearn how to drive my stick shift because I can no longer do it based on sound! Thank you!

They always fix my car right the first time. The master mechanic know his stuff. The prices are reasonable and they have a loaner car when its going to take a while.

Was presented with a list of other faults from the car diagnosis performed by Mieneken. This was much appreciated but they caused an excessive engine rattle in my car.

There are all scammers.I work uber and lift driver. When I was there to do Inspection.They found several reasons in my car and did not do Inspection,but I paid them. But I knew that my car was nothing like that,because I was a dealership before I went to do Inspection and changed a lot of things to the car.Then Iwas go meineke, who are in Brooklyn Park .There they told me that everything is fine in my car and they made me an Inspection.

I have a great working relationship with John, Jason, and the entire crew really. They always answer the phone when I need to schedule something. They always are up front and do the best to explain each repair situation. They tell me whats optional and what isnt and the repairs are done quickly and reliably. It seems they always try to go above and beyond in service for me to which feels good.

I had to get my exhaust system/catalyic converter fixed that looked like it was going to be expensive after looking online and shopping around. BUT they knew how to fix it & it didnt break the bank since I do have an older vehicle & I want to keep it running. They even took the time to show me the bottom of my car & explain what they were going to do. I appreciate the transparency. My car is quieter than it was before I started having issues. & it doesnt make noise over bumps anymore. They definitely went above & beyond. I was able to pick my car up same day I brought it in. I would trust them again.

Hes just irritated that we can never find a mechanic to work with parts we provide even though literally they are the SAME parts and instead of being able to use his employees discount for our expanses we need to pay 3 times the original price. Which I understand is how places make a profit.

I got a flat and couldnt get the last lug nut off because it was stripped. The Meineke was nearby which I take my care regularly to for service. John came over personally, in the pouring rain and brought a socket with different options. He was able to get it off so I could get my spare on and get my car home. You should take your vehicles here for service! Its the best around!

The staff was friendly, forthcoming and very efficient when fixing my car. I knew for a fact my vehicle had some other issues that I did not have a complaint about, and they did not bring those up to me for an upsell. For people who want to know everything, I would suggest requesting that. In my case, I liked their approach.
