The sale associate we talked to was a great guy however the women behind the counter is rude she had a attitude and didnt listen to anything me or my husband had to say when we did tell her something she always had a smart remark and being very pushy about coming back some different day because of her I wont be returning to continue with the things Ive wanted Ill just go somewhere else

We are so glad we called on chance we are from Russellville but in Hopkinsville for an appt. We needed a captains bed for our son. We called and these people were so great on the phone drove out there best service ever! Thank you for being the kind of business that tired moms need more of.

Customer service is horrible, noone calls to inform about merchandise, associates are rude.
