Finally had good service in here! She was honest in what she did and didnt know. Im all set!

I am a hairstylist and was in desperate need of a perm. Went to the store and hours had changed but there was someone there. Instead of trying to help she turned her back on me and walked away. Most everyone there usually tries to help stylist. I am very disappointed in the Hopkinsville store.

Ive been dealing with Sally for over 25 years or more customer services always been great to me I come to know the girls personally managers personally I steam server managers coming up but this crew is awesome thumbs up! They always try to fulfill every promotion with me and everything they helped me out in every way they can love you girls keep up the good work and thank you Sally for the crew you have in Hopkinsville Kentucky
