Well really here it goes. Its a dirty store and very messy also.The check out lane counters is filthy. I purchased two white t shirts and asked her please dont place them on the counter. She did and I said why would I be standing here this whole time with them in my arms. That is if I wanted to put them down. Well then I get home and check the shirt its going back. Then to top it off they have buy one and get the other 50% off. That is not what the receipt says 5$ each with 0.91-Same with the other, to me 91+91= $1 81.Not $ 2.50

The blasting gospel music could be turned down some. Almost sound like you are yelling to ask a question. They always seem to be stocking...need more help I guess.

I do say that the family Dollar in the middle of town is the best that I have been to in my 13 years of life I would definitely like to recommend this place to everyone who wants cheap stuff and a lot too

The employees wouldnt know great customer service if it jumped up and bit them. They look like they are the unhappiest people in America besides Walmart and Dollar general.

Store is very nasty, brought a Starbucks coffee drink, date on it was last year..very unorganized store..big pallets right in middle of isle, been sitting there for three days straight..items mixed up everywhere..nothing hardly in right place..staff is very rude and disrespectful..one staff would not move out my way, I said excuse me three times..and she stood her butt there with my hands full of stuff. This store is like a ghetto crack house and they have the nerves to install cameras and safety devices on foods..half the frozen foods been sitting in the back for days unthawed before they refreeze it and sale it to customers..nasty cluttered backroom..doors always open..with tons of food and stuff just tossed in customers way. The health inspector of this store needsto be fired and fined by the city of hopkinsville..whoever owns this store needs to be fined and jailed for selling unthawed foods then stuffed in freezer to refreeze again..next time it will be video recorded on how dirty and nasty and trashy this ghetto looking crackhouse store is.

Easy to find what you need and the workers are very welcoming

This place is unorganized, isles are cluttered, narrow and two people cant pass each other in the same isle. The music is blaring...rap etc. Not a pleasant experience
