I wouldnt even give one star. Purchased lumber. it didnt come in was told they dropped the ball on the other end.dont even bother telling me that just give my refund and leave it at that.No they both dropped the ball.The Nashville supplier for not loading my order and Kight for not checking up on why this order wasnt on the truck.we were treated like we were inconveniencing them for having to do their job.You need to train your people in customer service and how to work the computer.

Contractors/Home Builders: Count, CHECK AND PHOTO ALL RETURNS!There is consistent fraud with this company involving the check in of returns and you will NOT BE GIVEN Correct CREDIT. They routinely cheat customers. Numerous pieces of lumber were delivered that were junk, scab pieces, warped, cracked and broken. We had to shift to another lumber supplier mid-build due to the terrible quality of their lumber.
