I bought a car here for a little over 5k. They told me at the lot all that was wrong was that it needed a new battery. They were wrong about that it had a slew of electrical issues that I paid to get fixed as well as a water pump and broken tensioner assembly. Then after a month of driving it it completely broke down and needs a new head gasket. Ended up losing my job because I had no transportation. To top it off they were calling and mailing me threatening me with lawsuit over a 300 dollar missing payment. They stated if I didnt pay them I would have to pay the 300 plus fees, court fees, lawyer fees, everything. Stay far far away from this car lot if you know whats good for you.

Drove 2 hours to get a truck they claimed ran great and when we called before leaving to confirm it was still available, they once again said it had been in their shop and was in great condition.... We got there and there check engine light was on and the engine was missing like crazy. Also, dont trust their photos, looked great in photos, but in person clear coat is gone and it looked terrible. Id give them zero stars if possible for wasting our time. Also, they were going to charge a made up, unnecessary, document fee of $100 on top of purchase price.

I was treated cordially by Bill an associate he made me feel like a very valid customer. Bill helped me pick out my car and gave me all the details about the car everything he told me was accurate. Bill passed me over to Stuart who further assisted me by getting me connected with the best insurance possible and payment for my car as well. Anytime l look for a car in the future my first stop will always be Car Stop where the associates treat customers like royalty.

I called here one day to see what I could be approved for. The next day I called back to ask another question and a man named Bill answered he was rude. Another guy named AJ called me back and said I could qualify for all of this stuff and to come down. I did and he couldn’t do anything for me. He told me to come back Monday with $500 and he could get me in something reliable that would make me independent with a low payment. I called Monday morning saying I would be there at such and such time because I live in Cadiz, well I got there and he wasn’t there. Another man sent an older man out. Bill, began showing me cars in my price range and they were all junk. The only decent car they had he said I couldn’t have it. He had to jump two vehicles off and when he started one, “the best one” in his opinion it began smoking and needed motor mounts. I will NEVER come here again or refer anyone to this place. It’s a scam! When I was there the prior week the other salesman AJ said I’d get discounted parts and labor and that should have been my very first clue!

If I could give them no stars I would. I gave them a good review at first but then realized how messed up these people are. I almost dies twice in the car they sold to me. They told me there was only a problem with the battery and alignment so I was like ok I can fix that.... Well those werent the only problems and I have spent almost 2,000 dollars fixing this car. When I confronted them they denied knowing about any of these problems. They dont care about your wellbeing only about selling a car to you.
