Well, in Hoptown, I randomly stopped in to resolve this trailer light activation issue I had previously called about and had issue with over the phone. I had to explain it several times, but the GM finally stepped in and got it resolved, and I wasnt charged the $120 to activate a feature on vehicle package I already purchased. Thanks for resolving it.
I purchased a new Ram truck from Tim Utley, and this was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. He waited for me to show up on a Friday, as I had to change the time I could be there several times. Tim had the truck already pulled up the day I purchased and went over many details of the vehicle. His knowledge of the Truck was exceptional. Tim made the buying process very easy and was extremely professional and patient. The deal went quick and Tim made every effort to accommodate my needs. The truck had a small chip and it was taken care of on the spot. Tim made sure I was happy and never pressured me or recommended something I didnt want. Terrible experience buying a car from this dealership. From poor effort by the salesman with thoroughness and knowledge of the vehicle to poor customer service it’s been an interesting two weeks purchasing my wife’s car. They even managed to “misplace” documents with my social security number, bank account information and other personal data for two weeks before notifying us all while informing us that if we didn’t provide the papers they lost that they would not complete the deal that We heard nothing but praise from others about Sisk but so far they’ve come up short in all aspects. Will never return once this deal is finalized.
Purchased two vehicles here. The negotiating process is fairly standard and not unpleasant, but where I really like this dealership is the business process. They make it fast and easy to deal with, and no high pressure warranty upsell, even they do offer a which is to be expected.Service department has been really easy and professional to deal with. Clean and well-spoken advisors guide you through the process with a minimum of hassle
Came in to have my abs serviced under warranty and while here get fuel filters changed in my ram 2500. Charged me $80.99 for the in-line filter and $129.99 for the filter under the hood. The are $54.99 and $45.99 respectively at auto zone, advance and orielly. That is a 60%mark up almost for the one under the hood. I will not be back to this seevice department! And would not recommend it to anyone.

Y’all are great but it’s such a bummer you don’t show actual pictures of your new ram trucks. As a buyer it is not enticing for me to come see them based on stock photos and it does not seem that you’re trying to be transparent with potential buyers. Aside from this, you do have great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I went in for a service over a month ago and a interior door panel was place on order covered by the warranty. Called a few weeks ago and was told the part was on back order and the parts department would call me back with more details. Weeks later no return call. Called again today told the vendor was behind with a possible arrival of January. Asked if they could look into the issue and was told they put in a request. I asked if they could call me back and I was told I could call them again Tuesday. Tells me no one is checking on my part. If you can avoid this location please do.

I drive right past Gary Matthews all the way to Sisk anytime I need my truck worked on. Thats how awesome Sisk is (and how much I loathe the service department at Gary Matthews). They are so friendly and really do care about their customers. I only talk to Monica in the Service Department and I only let Dennis work on my truck. If you need service, I highly recommend calling Monica.
Monica is the best! Very professional, informative and kind. While waiting on a part, she kept me informed of its whereabouts along the way and as soon as it came in, I was able to take in my jeep to get it replaced which took less than an hour. Very happy the way everything was handled!
Had a pleasant experience with the service department fixing a tire on my Challenger, cost was under $30. Young lady was helpful, kept me informed of what was going on and got my car in and out quickly. Will be the first place we stop when buying my sons car tomarrow. Good cup of coffee and buttered popcorn earned them my first ever 5 star

I only give two stars because every time me or my wife have looked for a car. Sisk has always. I mean always!!!!!! More expensive Then 98% of the cars out there.. If you dont have the best credit. this place may be great for you. but if you looking for the best deal dont take my word stop in.
Id have to say Ive taken my 2012 chrysler town and country here a few times. Paid to have the electrical looked at. My tv was going in and out and my rear sliding door wouldnt lock. Was informed the tv could only be replaced and not repaired. Due to all the maintenance I had done I chose to hold off. My husband bought and replaced a piece for my tv for under 10 dollars and replaced the fuse for the door. Looking back I cant believe how much money I paid to them or even feel like it was legit. This may not be everyones experience but it was mine. Getting a second opinion may cost more than just letting them do the work but becareful!

This service department kept my truck for the first 5 days to do a upper ball joint job. When I went to pick it up, it had a error code on and plus a aftermarket ball joint on the drivers side. If you know anything about the 2500, an aftermarket ball joint is a oversize piece.On the invoice it stated that it was a mopar piece...total B.S....its called fraud.Called them out on this and they kept it for another 3 business days, and yes they did fix it after I complained about it but they lost this customer for service on my truck and my 2018 Honda odessy.Be warned people...check there work before you pick it up!!
