Ugh, As a treat we drove out of our way to buy two large original cappuccino blasts. The stickers on each cup reads original CB. Surprise! Both blasts were made wrong. We were given two caramel blasts instead of original. We only like the original cappuccino blast. As an added bonus, I absolutely hate caramel. The taste of caramel makes me gag. There is nothing quite like the overwhelming feeling of disappointment a person gets from driving completely out of their way, wasting time and gas, to spend hard earned money on an overpriced drink that goes straight in the trash after only one nauseating sip. Thanks Baskin Robbins!

Baskin Robbins is always but why in the world would an ice cream shop close at 9:00 in the summer? It seems like they would want summer business!!! 🤦‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Sad they were closed :-( but the drive through was open. We couldnt remember what flavors were available, so we just ordered a couple of sugar cones with a chocolate dip. They were great. Still, a bit disappointed that we couldnt get doughnuts too. Some day, this virus will be over.

We ordered a Banana Royal at the drive through at 8:50 pm in Hopkinsville. We were told they couldn’t make it due to having no bananas. As we pull to the drive through, they grab the bananas off the counter and take them to the back. Why would they lie?? Very pathetic. We pull over in the parking lot to eat our ice cream and we see them put the bananas back on the counter. Yes.. we took a picture. Will call the manger in the morning and complain. What is wrong with people??

The cappuccino blasts are super good. Everyone is super nice when we visit. I do wish they stay open later.

This place just Needs to shut down for good.I dont know how this place stays open, they are always out of something no matter the time of day, doughnuts or bananas for ice cream. No ice cream at all, what the heck are you guys doing. Its only the hopkinsville location too. Worst place in town to try and get ice cream, go to DQ or Rallys theyll take better care of you than this place.

Let’s just close early on random days with no adjustment to hours or notice. I wish my job would do that. Hoptown can’t have nice places, take my services to Clarksville.

Went to get ice cream at 8:30 door was locked when the sign says open till 9

We got there 5 mins before closing, there boyfriends/friends were inside with the doors locked . Only matter of time before your out of business.

Noone working here has a clue how to do their job and how does a donut store not have any donuts???!! Get it together guys. Oh! And its PET FRIENDLY?!?!?!? HOW IS PASSING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPRCTION IF THERE ARE PETS ALLOWED AROUND THE FOOD?!?!? Completely unacceptable
