So far I have had several hats, and shirts made from them with no issues. They worked with me very well with my design and answered any questions I had. My stuff was all personal/small group related so I was not on a time table for completion for the work I asked for. Quality was great and people were friendly. Only downside was the website being a bit clunky, but they got everything else that really mattered so I wouldnt hold that against them.
