How can they sell out of date items without telling the customer? Ive been buying from there but not once I found out that everything there is expired.

Went in today after being told that today would be the day I can get my mattress from the next door over. Management immediately started giving me attitude about how he knew today was the day I was told but truck doesnt come in until the next day. (Been waiting over 4 days now) He was very arrogant and disrespectful. Not sure what the customer service is like there but clearly its not good. They could have called to let me know as well (just common sense I would think).From what I see employees are nice and respectful however management is just toxic.

Good experience, staff was friendly and helpful. Selection was good and varied with reasonable prices. It is a thrift store with items coming from several big box retailers so inventory is pot luck but that makes it interesting. No it doesnt have fancy carpeting on the floor and the best lighting available aiming you toward what the corporate office wants you to buy but I kinda like it that way.

This use to be one of my favorite stores to shop at. But it seems to have lost its hype it once had. Customer service is not as warm and welcoming as it use to be. One day the store moved into Freds spot then the next it moved back. The prices are okay but to me they no longer have good items to purchase. Its starting to feel like a real garage sale of junk.

Absolutely love this place! Got a huge brand new Coleman cooler for $25 and 360 teeter totter for my girls for $15! They have all kinds of amazing deals! And sometimes you can even get a whole pallet for a little over a hundred dollars with all name brand stuff on it.

This place is great for thrift shopping, a lot of products to choose from. Almost all products are in great quality and plenty of brand new items at deep discounts. A must visit if you are in the area

I love a good bargain! Prices were on target with other pallet stores I been in, and in some cases, cheaper. I will definitely make the 35 minute trip back!

Have to say...not very organized. And for a thrift shop some of the prices were insane. But the staff on hand was very friendly so that helped7-29 Update/Response...Considering the condition of some of the items and the word Thrift in your Name...no I didnt realize they would be new items. But I do appreciate that clarification because it does impact how I would perceive the prices and quality of the items.

Always great deals, prices are good. Their items changes regularly. So if you find something then you better buy it then cause it might not be there the next day.

I like this Thrift Store. Most things are pretty reasonable. The cashier today was extremely helpful and friendly.

I love a good thrift store, but this was the nearest nothing I have ever been in. Prices was higher on most stuff than you would pay regular price at regular chain store. Very sad and disappointing.

Argues with customers on facebook wen they put in a review calling them out very unprofessional and not a good way to run buisness

Huge selection. Ok prices. Hard to find things. If you are looking for something specific, you will have to spend some time looking. The inventory changes regularly. Lots of clothes, household items, and some strange finds on occasions. I usually go in there once a month to see what I can find.

They have an awesome selection of discounted brand new products and it is quick to check out. I have gotten brand new shirts for a few dollars and shampoo for under $3 that is good stuff not cheap brands.

Great prices, you never know what your going to find. They buy surplus truckloads of merchandise from Walmart and sell it for 1/2 price of walmart stores. Inventory is constantly changing and I always find great deals.

Awesome place to shop! Walmart liquidation merchandise sold at about 50% off of what Walmart sells the same item for. Brand new clothes with pants for $6 and shirts for $3. How can you beat that?
