My installers needed more paint for a job site in Princeton. This was the closest Sherwin Williams, 30 minutes away. Called to place an order for 10 gallons, was told they had 25 in stock.They later called to apologize because they only had 5 gallons available, and the other 20 gallons were sold. I agreed to take just the five gallons.They drive over there and all they have my for installers is 3 gallons. We do business with Sherwin Williams all over the country... this is the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a typically professional company.
