Get em In Towing came to help my wife and I in the side if the road tonight. The owner was so kind and went above and beyond the call to help get us back on the road. Their prices were more than fair. And they went above and beyond to help us and take care of us. I cant emphasize enough how nice He was. So thankful!

We had a very polite, professional driver, Lucian, who towed our car and family to a local tire store to replace our blown tire in route to a Florida vacation. He called around looking for a shop with a tire in stock for us. Because of him, we were taken care of and on the road again within 3 hours. Thanks so much!!!

Kerry/ Kari was the driver that helped us out, was very quick to load up my CR-v and delivered it to the shop and had it unloaded before I could get to the bank and back. Arrived quicker than quoted as well as cheap overall. Would reccomend to anyone who needs a tow.

We were in the process of moving my parents from CA to South Carolina when my dads boat trailer lost a wheel. This stranded us along the side of the road in a torrential downpour. After Mitchells Towing and Roadside Assistance decided they were unable to help and didnt even bother to call when they cancelled on us, Get Em Towing sent Lucian and his partner to the rescue. They came out at 4 in the morning and were amazing! They really went the extra mile to get us off the side of the highway and in to safety where were able to get the trailer fixed. If you need tow service, this is the company that will take care of you!

If I could give 10 stars for such an amazing performance. The man I can I did not get a chance to ask his name. But he was absolutely amazing. I am so thankful that I decided to call this company. I had drove all the way from North Carolina up here. And was lost and my car tore up. And needed a battery terminal change. And instead of just like some tow companies just towing me just to get that tow. Instead he fix theProblem. He didn’t have to do that but he was willing to instead of telling me help me get home. By fixing my battery. And I am just so thankful to have called this company. If you ever need anything from these people do not hesitate because he got to meet with in 15 minutes and stayed with me until I was back on the road no when I was in such a bad area. Fantastic not only A LOT CHEAPER (without haggling)) but stuck with his quote on a job other companies wouldnt do after quoting. On time courteous helpful and professional. We were traveling and blew a trailer tire on the way home, (we were still a few hours from home) it was almost 5PM, so it was close to closing time for most people. Even those that closed at 5:30 were unwilling to help. NOONE was willing to help that we called. Horrible experience with these guys. Called the police on my own property after they were called to help us get out of the snow. Awful experience.

Very bad experience. Called the police on my son on our own property. Also told to put the cigarette out and continued to smoke on our property. I would not recommend you use this service they are not here to help as they were called to do. I grew up in my grandfathers auto service started in 1929 and we never encountered a service like this.

Our Tahoe went down on our way through town to Tennessee. They went out of their way to make sure we found a good mechanic to get us back on the road quickly. The owner even came and picked my kids and I up and drove us to the mechanic. Fast and friendly service.

Our van broke down on the interstate as we were driving through Kentucky. They came out quickly to pick us up and tow the van so we could drag it back to Iowa behind a U-haul. On the way back to the shop we told the driver about our car problem and he stopped at a mechanic on the way who he thought could fix it. Everyone went out of their way to help get us back on the road. Within a couple hours we were all set. They saved us a bunch of money since we no longer needed the U-haul and couldn’t have been nicer. Great service great people.

My car broke down in the country near Hopkinsville at 10:30 on a Monday night. I contacted Get Em In Towing and explained my situation. I also explained that not only did I need my car towed all the way back to Clarksville, but that I had no means of paying for the service until my car was towed to my home.So, not only did Get Em In Towing come out to the country (in less than 30 minutes) to get my car and agree to tow my car 30 miles back to Clarksville on good faith that I would pay them when we returned to my home, but their driver also waited with me for almost twenty minutes in the pouring down rain while my ride arrived. This man was nothing but kind, courteous, and professional throughout my entire experience.Long story short, I would recommend Get Em In Towing to anyone in the Hopkinsville or surrounding area who is in need of towing services.
