My install experience was absolutely amazing. David Mendez was super nice, knowledgeable, and patient. He did a fantastic job and in timely fashion.But I took one star away because the scheduling people have absolutely no clue. They keep changing appointment window up until the morning of the appointment day. I had to completely rearrange my schedule 3 times to accommodate their convenience. I would give ZERO star to them if I have to give separate review for them.

Ive been completely satisfied with my system until it started to beep at 3 AM. It needed batteries, which I installed but it didnt completely resolve the issue. Placed call to service department and after sometime rep was unable to resolve my issue. Rep just said Ill send a tech out and set up the Appointment. NEVER MENTIONED THERE WOULD BE A FEE, found this out when tech arrived. Tech was here for 5 minutes, checked the newly installed batteries I had installed and placed unit back on the wall. Problem was resolved, Called billing to get fee waived and encountered uncooperative, disrespectful employee. Couldnt get waiver until threatened to cancel new 3 year contract on day 2 of my agreeing to renew it. WAS THIS NECESSARY!!IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEIR FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE!

If I could leave 0 stars I would terrible service terrible customer service they damaged my property called for 3 months until I was able to get that handles canceled service in August had everything removed and theyre still billing me this office never returns my phone calls like theyre supposed to how can you charge me for a service Im not receiving absolutely disgusted how Ive been treated by the so called best alarm company

The Horsham office has to be THE most mismanaged office in the ADT company. Constantly sending techs out for service without the necessary equipment to make the repair in one visit. This causes additional trip charges at $25 a pop. They dont respond to direction from corporate to call customers directly. Totally incompetent and irresponsible. Corporate couldnt even reach the local office. Just, wow How can I even give this office a rating of 1?? Thats the lowest available, thats how.

I was hesitant in purchasing this service, I have enjoyed the ease of use and rapid response to the few issues I’ve had. They are willing to work with your budget as well. My front camera for some reason is no longer capturing movement which is a problem should something happen.

The whole experience of the initial walk through and getting a quote from Antonio was excellent. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience great. Our tech Erwin was also excellent. He was thorough during install and patient in walking through the system with us. I’d recommend both Antonio and Erwin. Thanks!

Every one of their employees I have dealt with are amazing they know their stuff and how to fix the equipment very polite and honest. For some reason their equipment is not living up to expectations. It is still brand new equipment as of August 2020. Many phone calls and many visits from ADT. I must say that they did stand behind their equipment and wave the fee of 158 per half hour. If their equipment was updated by the company I would say that is an outstanding company that stands behind their product! Main reason its not to protect things that I own its to protect my daughter and I lives. Due to certain circumstances. So please ADT live up to your name. I know every one of your employees do. Please dont fail me of keeping my daughter and I safe. ❤️

Have had ADT home security for 3+ years. During that time, on two different occasions, my system went down and wouldnt communicate to ADT or my home app. It was necessary to have a technician come out but this last time, it took 5 days to get someone out. When youre paying for a home security system and one that is supposed to be monitored 24/7 in case there is an emergency (break in, fire, carbon monoxide leak), it shouldnt take 5 days to get a technician out to fix the problem. Perhaps ADT needs to hire more technicians to provide the services promised and being paid for. VERY disappointed with this company.

I just had an awesome experience with ADT. I am a 25+ year customer and had an issue resolved in a way that you dont seem to get these days. My initial phone contact with Brentley resolved my issue and he picked up on another concern and suggested a service appointment. That appointment was with Graham and he was awesome as well. He went above and beyond my initial concerns as well and and left me beyond satisfied. I will request him for any future service. Both these gentlemen were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and and could not have been more helpful.

The ADT Technician was very professional & knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it, e.g. walking me around the house to show me where & why he would be placing the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector at those locations. He showed patience when answering my questions & was very polite. I thank ADT for having technicians like James who know how to communicate & get the job done with excellence. James did an awesome job! Thanks again for providing me with excellent service!

On November 25th, 2020 my car was parked directly in front of my home in the driveway. My security system was online and the motion detectors working so I thought.However my car was broken into and I suffered a great lose of many personal items. I called the local police department and ADT shortly after becoming aware of the break in. I provide ADT with a indecent number and express my fear and concern for my safety . Thinking my home security would keep me away from any danger, yet it didntAdt did provide a new camera that continues to not work proper . However I have reached out several times requesting a member of management to follow up . Yet this still hasnt happen almost 3 months letter.

Please stay away from ADT. Go with anyone else. They damaged my walls and brick facade when installing the camera from the outside. They used double sided tape on walls peeled paint and dry wall off. Rookie installers. Claims department has yet to reach out. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! It’s only day 3! In the philly market there are other options. Vivint, Ring, Brinks.

Terrible company please do NOT use them,they cámara system don’t work they don’t ever record,they keep going off and on they keep blaming the internet and I have gigot connection and they still don’t work,the technician are rude and they don’t know what are they doing they always talk bad about the last technician and every Simone of them have a different story on why the cámaras keep going out.PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE

BEWARE! Torture to deal and installers lack common sense. They have been here 6 times to install my security system and every-time there is a problem I still have no cameras a month after first tech came. Technicians are rude and do not care what the customer is looking for or effectiveness of the system, they clearly looking to do the job as quickly and easily as possible . Beware use somebody else Give ADT a really bad name.Update: After leaving this review now ADT is refusing my service and canceling my account and refuses to refund any of my cost for equipment or installation. I wish I could give less then one star insanely un professional and is now actually hurting my business please use anybody else.

An appointment scheduled from 8:00 to 12:00 pm, the technician arrived at 2:00 pm. My appointment was bumped from his schedule to service a customer that was rated a higher priority by ADT. I thought all customers were equally important

When there is a problem with your ADT system the phone is not such a good idea but when they send a tech out as my last text he was awesome explained everything to me made this old lady a happy old lady and now I know how to use the app even better than I did before AT&T is great. I would recommend ADT SECURITY.

My experience with ADT was HELL. I called to cancel my service on the 2nd, a day after the installment because I received a coupon from ADT on the 2nd which was super low compared to what the initial set up was for.The rep I spoke to told me I have to send a letter requesting the cancellation. I did but three weeks later, it was never cancelled. ADT charged me $2000 for cancellation request plus over $600 for equipment. The rep I spoke to told me that the charges were unlawful and assured me she would cancel them.I called and spoke to a rep who was honest enough to tell me that the cancelation request should have been done the same day I called since it was the second day and that there was no reason for a letter.It took ADT forever to schedule an equipment pick up but with my been persistent, they eventually did. A month later, I received a mail stating I owe over $500, I immediately called to rectify this and I was told to disregard the mail. Its Nov. 3rd, I received a call from Collection stating I owe ADT almost $600.I immediately called ADT again and after giving me the run around (passing me to 3 different reps), the 3rd rep acknowledged the charge was an error and that her manager would have to approve of the error for them to take my name off collection.This is the highest injustice and harassment I have ever gotten in my entire life. I am no doubt taking this up. This is how big corporations take advantage of innocent citizens and this MUST stop.

Beware!!! Make sure to Read your contract thoroughly in my case beside the price that goes up many lies were told to me and ever since then I’ve had a ball and chain on my ankle feeling like A slave to ADT. Yes I did start with this company through a third-party but nevertheless I’ve gotten no help from the company so I will never refer any of my friends to ADT... Thank you

ADT pulse home security system. Just what I expected, as always businesses across America lie all the time. James and John two young men seem as nice gentlemen were at my house today in Feasterville Trevose Pennsylvania 04/14/2020 half day from 8am, they did installation.My deal was $317.00 for labor cost and the equipment of course, I have been told that due to the virus situation I would receive $200.00 visa gift card, i knew it would be a lie, the moment the guys left my house I received an email about my reward a gift card for a $100.00, ADT you are such a funny people, ADT you are a joke ... Why do you have to lie all the time?, and the girl that was over the phone a Witch. God bless you Fellows American !

Weve been ADT customer for several years now and have recently upgraded our system following a move to a new house. The current system, requires an uninterrupted internet signal for Pulse to work. Unfortunately for us, that is too much to as of Xfinity. But Id also expect ADTs internal product QA to build in some sort of automated refresh where the ADT box continually pings the linked modem when it loses a signal. Currently, whenever the signal is lost (and thats a lot with Xfinity) were expected to reset the ADT box. For internet, I am fine with having to reset a modem when the signal is lost since we wont be using our internet when were not home. For home security, the point of having Pulse is to have control of our security when were not home.Oh, and the ADT doorbell was uninstalled after a few hours since it wouldnt stop ringing after the ADT box lost the internet signal. Thats a bug which should have been caught before pushing it out to the public.

Signed a contract. After 1 year they increased the price. Then, was told there is another increase following year. Dishonest. Never trust.Tech support is also poor. I asked for help to create a macro to disable a few motion sensors and they could not help.Will leave soon.

I got over a dozen pieces of mail from them when I first moved in. The salesperson came by my house and was EXTREMELY rude and pushy.He kept pressing me about my home security even mocking my dog asking will he bite if I come inside?. To which I replied why dont you come inside and find out?. Yet he still pressed on. Dude, take a hint!No means no. Theyre overpriced and rude. I wouldnt trust my family with people who behave this way.

ADT provided HORRIBLE customer service. I spent over a week continuously calling to get my alarm system sorted out and I kept getting passed around with no help from any representative. I was told on several occasions that a manager would be in contact with me to address the issues and I NEVER heard from anyone. Ended up finding a new company to host my alarm.

I am so disappointed. They made many promises they did not keep. Now they want me to pay cancellation fees when I tried to resolve the issues with them and they refused to take any action to make things right. I am going to the courthouse tomorrow to open a case on them.
