We went to Keystone Granite & Tile based on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Stepanphie who is the Interior Design Mgr. She was very polite, helpful and provided professional and expert advice in guiding us to select a natural granite that would complement our existing kitchen cabinets and flooring. Keystone has a huge section of Granite slabs to choose from.In 10 days, our kitchen was templated, the granite was cut, polished and installed. The installation crew carefully removed the old tops and installed the new tops and new stainless steel sink without any problems. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Great, clean showroom! TONS of options and the process was very straight forward. They were very quick with template and install and the people there were very knowledgeable and helpful! They were also the lowest priced out of the 4 places we went to looking for custom quartz countertops.
Keystone is great - I checked out most of their competitors (in person) for 2 bathroom remodels. Keystone has a fantastic selection of really interesting granite, especially the leathered kind that I had never seen before.In terms of their fabrication work, it was excellent.They were also able to fabricate my entire order in a matter of days, as opposed to weeks like most of their competitors. After a measurement mistake on the part of my contractor, keystone even took a piece back and recut it (for size) for free, right on the spot, while I waited. Would The other guys do that? Doubt it...Would definitely recommend keystone and will use them for my next job.

I am an estimator/ pm for a local GC and have been working with Stephanie on quoting, shop drawings, and submittals for many projects. Stephanie really takes the time to make sure they are providing the correct details for every job while maintaining competitive pricing.I also work with AJ for all of the templating and installations. We were really close to using Keystone, but before we decided to commit they fell real short of our expectations. We visited their showroom and liked what we saw. After submitting a drawing, we received a DRASTIC over estimation through email (we had 32.5 sq ft of counter space, they quoted us at 48!! About $1000 more then we were originally expecting! We were told they slightly over estimate and would reimburse but as for first impressions were estimate wise this was ridiculous!) and we also had a question as to what was included in fabrication. After sending an email back addressing these issues, we received a rudely worded email back from this company. The email came off as if we were accusing them of lying but really we just wanted clarification. Needless to say, after reading the email, we never responded and went with another company. We felt like we wasted our time. If you want your questions answered appropriately, since you know, not everyone is an expert on counter tops, Id probably check elsewhere.
We found out about Keystone Granite and Tile while surfing the internet. After calling to make an appointment, we visited the showroom located at 406 Caredean Drive, in Horsham, PA. The beautiful showroom was where we met our salesperson, Zeynura. While explaining the type of look and material we wanted, we noticed that many examples were on the desk tops of the salespeople so we could actually see how they looked when installed. We also met another salesperson, Stephanie, who guided us to the type of sink we might use for a beautiful look in the island in the kitchen. We then went to a very large room where there were many gorgeous slabs of granite and quartz. Zeynura knew just where to take us to see just what we described earlier. After finalizing our choice, we set up a date for installers to visit our house and measure the exact size and shape for the new counters. On the day of installation, the old granite was carefully removed without any damage to the cabinet it was on. The new counters were then installed with incredible precision. Once they were in place, the installers polished them up, and removed any dust or dirt that was on the floor. The total time for delivery, removal, installation, polishing, and leaving was 4 hours. REMARKABLE! We highly recommend Keystone Granite and Tile if you are looking to redo your counters or kitchen. Everyone involved with this experience was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We got our granite for our kitchen remodel from Keystone The sales people were very helpful showing us all ranges of prices. When we decided on the slap we wanted they showed us the best way to cut it for the island and countertop to get the best flow of color. When the granite showed up at our house the installers did everything to make sure we were happy and answered all our guestions about keeping our investment looking great Thanks Keystone.

Stephanie provided expert re-modeling advice in advance of installation. She and her crew arrived on the scheduled date, completed all of the work ahead of the Christmas holiday as promised, and did excellent work! Keystone Granite & Tile removed the old slate floor in our kitchen and re-did the floor with porcelain tiles. They installed new cabinetry, double kitchen sink, granite counter tops with backsplash. They also installed a granite counter top with backsplash and a new sink in our powder room as well. Wonderful job!

Went into the Hatboro store, was working with Stephanie who was great ! Very knowledgeable and very friendly no pressure sale . They came out to measure the day they said they installed the day they said . Prices were better then anyone else. Highly recommend them. Had a very small problem called them 6 at night, they sent someone out 30 minutes later. I believe they will always do what is right. The installer were great. Very clean kept the house clean. They put dropcloth down all over my hardwood floors . I already have 2 people going to call them. Only reason no 5 star no one is perfect!

Horrendous experience. Run the other direction.I went to Keystone to browse the granite selection and went back to place my order a few days later. I paid a 50% deposit and scheduled my kitchen granite countertop template. We agreed on a 6:00 - 6:15pm time for template. By 7:30 when no one showed up, I called. Of course, they were closed by that point, so I wrote an email.I later received a very lengthy text message claiming that he came to my house at 7:10 (which was clearly a lie since I was there and he was not.) After more excuses like my mother was in the hospital and we usually allow one hour time frames I had had enough. Had he simply said Im sorry I completely forgot that wouldve been one thing. But lies and excuses are unacceptable.They refunded my deposit a week later.
We are pleased with our new granite countertop and large bowl sink from Keystone Granite in Huntingdon Valley. After researching some of the so-called granite deals, we discovered that there was limited selection with additional charges. This was not the case at Keystone. They had an extensive showroom of granite slabs with up-front pricing. The Keystone staff were extremely helpful and patient throughout the decision-making process. We were able to select our specific slab and within two weeks, our new granite countertop was expertly installed in our home. We highly recommend Keystone Granite in Huntingdon Valley.

Keystone Granite installed our granite countertops for the most reasonable price and the best quality and labor in the area. At my duplex they installed my lower floors kitchen countertop 4 years ago and the service was excellent. The service and prices were so good that I called them again a second time around, this time for my upper floors kitchen countertop a few weeks ago. Kenny designed the countertop, and they were even nice enough to fix our kitchens uneven walls without any extra charge. They also replaced our aging sink vanity and installed a brand new one along with a granite countertop, it made our bathroom look much nicer. Their work received a lot of praise from our potential tenants! Overall, Im glad I hired them for the job.
This is the worst company our family has ever dealt with. They tried to rip us off --- which is insane to do in this day in age when there is social media and review sites such as this that people can go on to warn others about them. We ordered a new granite countertop from Keystone Granite and Tile and never received such poor customer service - and we spent over $3,000 with them! Save yourself the headache AND your money... First - the man who came to do our layout of our kitchen arrived 3 hours late, and they never even tried to call us to tell us that he was going to be coming late at night. The whole time he was at our house he was just bashing the company while he was there. Second, they told us we could come back to the showroom after putting down our deposit to choose a slab of granite we would like and do the layout. We drove over an hour to go back to the showroom to choose our granite or the layout process as they call it - to find out it was already done and they said this is your slab and no we didnt have a choice --- why did we have to drive over an hour for that? And the most important part was that they tried to tell us that they would have to custom build a brace to hold our sink and that would add hundreds of dollars to our tab. We didn’t argue and paid the money. When the installers came (the ONLY saving grace of this company – he was excellent) they did not bring any “custom brace” for our sink and he said we would never need one – mounted the sink, countertop, ect. no problem. When we called the next day to get our money back – the woman we dealt with (Diane? AKA total “airhead”) argued long and hard with us that we would not be getting our money back because they “took a little longer” to install our countertop. WHAT? That’s not what the money was for and our invoice said that installation was included. She wouldn’t budge – and she kept putting us on hold to talk with her supervisor… when I asked her just to put her supervisor on the phone she paused, thought REAL hard and said “uh, well, he’s not here, he just left.” BS if I ever heard it. Diane – Dana– whatever the heck your name is – you should be ashamed of yourself – and your supervisor should be too. They continued to argue with us for the whole week and never returned any of our phone calls… and finally I threatened to write reviews about them and go to the BBB – and then they finally gave in and gave us our money back. And here I am… writing their review… bunch of idiots.
Thank you Tuba and Keystone Granite and Tile so much for a fantastic job. After shopping at so many different granite yards our journey ended when we went to KG & T. We met Tuba, (sales) she was very professional, dedicated, friendly and extremely helpful. She took the time (hours) showing and explaining the differences between the granites. She had answered our questions and helped us select the granite (Fire Bordeaux) that suited our needs. Mustafa K (boss) came to our home to do the measuring. He was very knowledgeable and offered some excellent suggestions how to enhance the completion of our kitchen makeover. No pressure at all, just helpful hints to make sure we would be happy with our granite.The workers were very professional; they did a great job installing the granite, in addition they made sure everything was cleaned and in order when they left. After the project was completed I received a follow up call from Tuba asking us if we were pleased with the granite. We were extremely satisfied. I feel Tuba and Mustafa have exceeded our expectations, we would highly recommend Keystone granite and tile.
