Was with company for 3 winter seasons as they were the existing provider when we purchased our home. We were on the automatic oil refill plan for peace of mind and somehow ran out of heating oil twice; obviously not a great situation with two young children. Wendy, the office manager was/has been great, and I assume this issue was not within her control. Our boiler was new when we bought the home 3 years ago and I asked this company to clean and service the system. Following their visit for which they billed me over $500 (from research I found that other local companies would have billed me between $180-$300 for similar work), the boiler did not work. It worked fine prior to their visit, I simply was being proactive. I called them to asked what happened and they denied any wrong doing and simply dropped a replacement part on my porch and told me it was plug and play to replace the part. Hesitantly, I replaced that part and the system was still not working. During the plug and play work I noticed they they kinked/broke a wire going into the primary control unit. We are now in winter and three weeks without heat as they refused to take responsibility for the error. I have ordered the replacement part that they broke and unfortunately it is back ordered, meaning we have even longer without heat in a home with young children. Home Comfort refused to take any responsibility for this. Overpriced and not looking out for the customer. Beware!

Have worked with company for many years. They have great service! Wendy in the office is great to work with. They have been able to take care of my Heating Oil/Furnace, Propane and Service of my Heat Pump units since 1998. Had them back in the spring to do a service of my AC units. I have had a few emergencys in the past and they were able to get me up and operational quickly.

I ordered from this place several times. NO Longer. The are looking for any excuse to raise the prices even 10 days after I placed an order. What a crooked company!!!!! Beware of what you think your paying and what you actually pay.

The company is the best always there promptly and the people in the office are always very helpful when getting a oil delivery are services and always helps with question about my accounts would recommend them to all of my friends
