Engine light came on and Riser was able accept the vehicle on Monday and was able to get the car back to me on Tuesday with repairs completed and additional work accomplished. Service writer Kathy kept me informed and handled the warranty repair paper completed with no work on my park. Very happy with experience.

Ray Watkins is the guy to go to if you need a quality vehicle at a good price. Hes honest and all around a great person to do business with. Im actually writing this review after not getting into a vehicle (Not the salesmans fault) at the payment price point I needed so this is not a LOOK AT ME review where im showing off a new whatever. I just had a good experience with the people there. If you shop here definitely suggest using Ray Watkins.

Clay L., Kyle E., Wade P., Jeff L., and their manager all made this one of the most painless and smooth buying/trading processes we’ve experienced. I had only had my car for 4 months when it died GOING DOWN THE ROAD!! I had it towed to the service department the same day, Monday. The serviceman told me that it would be Friday before they could even look at it. He did, however hook it up in the parking lot to a computer and said that it was the oil. I told him that I had smelled an electrical smell and that I had replaced the battery the Friday before. He told me that he didnt think I smelled electrical that it was the oil . I drove a 2001 car before this, I know an oil smell. Anyway, he said there was a recall on an oil sensor, that I knew nothing about, but that I was over due by 2000+ miles for an oil change. I told him that was impossible. I havent driven it 5000 miles and I had been told the oil had been changed right before I bought it.......it hadnt.Fast forward 2 WEEKS and I am finally told my car is ready. He had done the recall and the oil change. He said that oil must be changed every 3000 miles and at the most 3500 miles. He said there had been no oil in it and that is why it shut down... to save the motor. I told him that the oil life still said 72% and that no warnings or lights had come on. He said he didnt know what to tell me. Whatever I said he answered with, have oil changed at 3000-3500 miles.I went and spoke to the man who sold it too me. I asked him why no lights or warnings had come on. He said that he didnt know, but that I had to change oil every 5000 miles!!!!! I reminded him that he said that it had been done before I bought it, he said he must have been mistaken. I asked him what exactly I was paying for when apparently all the gadgets and lights on the dash were worthless. He looked me in the face and told me to put a quart of OIL IN MY TRUNK, JUST IN CASE AND TO CHECK THE OIL LEVEL DAILY!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!I walked away, got in my car, looked at the new oil change sticker that MR. 3000 miles had put on and the mileage for next change was 5000 miles!!!!It took me 15 years to dive into a car payment and now I do not feel safe driving to far away or in a lane that doesnt have a shoulder. So as I sit here with my new car, new payment, raised insurance, $175 NEW BATTERY, $68 TOWING CHARGE, CLEANING THE GREASE MESS OFF OF THE INSIDE OF MY DOOR..... I can tell you with out a doubt my experience was AWFUL!!! Would not recommend at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my truck in to let them read the computer and order a part for a recall. Two months went by and I had not heard anything. I called to check on the part status. They acted like they had never heard of me and had nothing on file. After taking my information they said they would check on the part and call me back. That was over a month ago. This dealership has absolutely no customer service and did not care at all when I talked to them. Even if they were the cheapest dealership around I would drive three state over rather than purchase a vehicle from them.

This was my first visit to Riser Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after recently moving to the area. I was a drive in customer to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Jeremy Long was my service advisor and he was very polite and professional. I was very impressed that I only had to wait about 45 minutes for my service to be completed. The waiting area was very quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed my book while I waited. Mr. Long came and got me when my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed with my overall experience and plan to return to Riser for any future service and repairs.

I found the sales, parts and service departments to be very attentive and courteous. The physical facilities were clean and comfortable from offices, showroom, restrooms, and waiting area that had really good coffee available.I had a new key fob cut and programmed for my vehicle and all electronic functions do work fine; however, the notches on the new key are a bit further down on the key shaft, so I can’t just stick it in and turn it. I have to stick it in, pull it out a bit, then wiggle it around to find the spot where it will turn the ignition. The service tech said the problem was because it was new, and had to be broken in. I will try it for a short while, but expect I will be returning to get some warranty adjustment/replacement. I expect it to work smoothly for a key costing several hundred dollars!

I would give less than 1 star if it were an option. I brought my 2500 in 6 months ago with a transmission issue. Spent over 2000.00 to get parts thrown at it. Right after that, same issue. Then I get told it’s a wiring harness. Spent almost 400.00 on it. Take it back to the shop with same issue, now they say I need a new transmission.....Almost 2500.00 later I pick my truck up on a roll back to take it to another shop to get it fixed. They also did a recall on my 1 year old 3500 big horn on my front end and welded part of my alignment parts together and now I have gone through tires on my passenger side 6 to one on the rest of the truck. I really enjoy my sales experience with Louie and Hunter Bryant but will not ever cast a shadow in their door ever again due to the service dept. Don’t call yourself a professional service provider if all you can do is look at a computer and throw parts at an issue while charging the customer. My attorney has been contacted about my experience with riser dodge. I’ll be buying a 5500 from Toby Breeden in Fort Smith next week. Sorry Riser, your service department made this decision easy for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I buy a new car approximately every 5 years or 25,000 plus miles. I have always found the experience unpleasant, to say the least.This time I had Clay Loy as my sales person assigned to assist me. I was just starting to look and wasn’t sure if I was quite ready to take the step.He put absolutely no pressure on me. But in talking to him he showed me such a good deal for when I was ready that I ended up driving home a new vehicle. He worked really hard to answer my questions and make me happy. I felt like I got a great deal that I couldn’t let go by. I still feel like I got a great deal and love my new car. I bought a new vehicle in December and I asked about a second set of keys, which I never got. The Jeep had a little over 3,000 miles on it so probably in February had to get the oil changed, so Ive had a couple of frustrations with Riser. Today I went for a tire rotation and found that my vehicle has locks on the tires and I was not given the key or tool to get them off. Had I had a flat I would have been stuck! I was not happy at all. Thanks to Cathy in the parts department, she was fantastic! She told me she thought that I could still be taken care of and they could put different nuts on the vehicle. It took a bit more time but she did take care of me. She is the best person in that place and she and the mechanics are the reason Im giving 4 stars. I had to take one star because the tool they needed was never given to me in the first place.

I could not have asked for better customer service. They told me I was approved and told me my interest rate and what my payments would be, then they asked if I mind sticking around so they could check with a different finance company. They offered us food and drinks while we were there, they also filled up my new car and our other vehicle since we drove 2 hours to get there. When they returned, they told me my payment would be cheaper and the interest rate went down to half of what it was. I been telling everyone about how they took care of me. I will definitely be back next time I need something else.

Don’t ever do business with this dealership. They said they repaired my truck that was leaking from the sunroof and a month later it was still leaking. My mileage was 36,017 and they said they would not fix it again under the warranty. They don’t stand by their work. I will never use this dealership again.

I took my truck in to see what was wrong with it back in January and was told the computer was bad. I was charged $1,000 for a computer that cost $300 and consist of 3 screws to replace. Started having problems a couple weeks ago and took it back in because it acted the same way it had before when the computer went out. Turns out it was the rocker arms this time and I was charged $750 this time for parts that equaled $88. Drove the truck 15 minutes and once again having issues with the rocker arms that I just got repaired. I called and talked to the service department about it and was told he would talk to his head mechanic and would call me back. Its been a week and still no call. When you spend that kind of money you expect to have top notch service and a working truck. The customer service department and/or the service department could use a little work.

If I could rate this as a 0 it would be so I bought a Brand New 2021 Ram 1500 out of state about two weeks ago and the headlights started to have condensation in them so I took pictures of them and brought the truck into the service department went in and showed the service writer she kept coming up with different excuses I finally said its a new truck I dont think the headlights should have condensation in them in which she finally said she would show the service manager in which he said their is a service bulletin and it would have to get worse for them to replace it well I decided to call other dealerships to see well I called 3 other dealerships and they all said their wasnt a service bulletin and now the dealership Im taking the truck to has already ordered the headlights and will have them tomorrow or Wednesday for sure but is 2 hours away and I will have to waste a Saturday to take the truck in which if they would of done the work originally it would leave me a 5-10 minute drive idk why they couldnt do it maybe because I didnt buy the truck there because the truck has factory warranty

After being made to feel like my business did not matter by another salesman John stepped in as I was leaving to go to another dealership to buy a new truck and won my business and my wifes business back! Jeremy in service is nice but I wouldnt recommend taking my vehicle here for service. They take pride gouging to a whole new level. Oil change, spark plugs and fuel induction somehow costs $620. I dont think so. Spark plugs are $7.99 but they charge $18 for them. For all the same service at Midas, $315 including tax. I was hesitant to take my car here anyway as it had been taken there before for recall work that ended up costing me $400+. They didnt call and ask if they could do the other things they found. They wouldnt release my car unless I paid them for services I didnt agree to. I only took it there this time because I needed a diagnosis and drive a Chrysler.
