Very nice, well organized, and clean store. An employee came out almost immediately to help guide us to what we wanted. They have a wide selection of foods popular in West Africa. Lots of different bulk grains and nuts, a wide selection of canned, dried, or smoked fish, yams, cassava, and many more canned and packaged products. Im sorry that I didnt more closely look at the meat and deli in the back of the store. Im looking forward to shopping here again.

I love this African Market. The store has been open for 3 years and its still so fresh and clean like its their Grand Opening.. I found all the ingredients I needed to make Nigerian vegetable green leaf soup. All the ingredients I bought were fresh and reasonably priced. I bought fresh Pumpkin Leaves, Locust Bean. Ogiri, Plantains, dried scotch bonnet, a box of indomie, and ripe fire red habanero peppers...I have made Makolas Market my number 1 African store to shop for all my familys favorite African meals.

New location is absolutely awesome. Clean, organized, bright, and social distance and covid-19 measures in place is commendable. They often beat the prices of other African markets, and they are a heaven for spices. The refrigerated section doesnt smell, meaning things are kept in optimal temperatures.Thank you guys for carrying Cameroonian products. Far superior than from other countries.

This store is one of the neatest African stores around. They have everything you will need in your pantry. Enough parking for cars and polite employees.

Inside and outside the shop is super clean. The staff very friendly. Their food stuff is topnotch.

The store was pretty and easily accessible. This was my first time and I will be visiting again. The greeter at the front was nice to us and even helped me decide on which item to choose. The cashier however was rude and no customer service at all. Apart from that, it was nice.

I enjoy shopping here! The employees are nice, the store is really clean and organized. Due to the pandemic each shopper is offered sanitizer and gloves which I havent seen at any other stores.

Outstandingly clean and customer service oriented store. They are very conscious of the current pandemic and diligently take precautions to minimize the risks. As soon as you enter the door, customers are politely asked to sanitize their hands, wear their masks, and are provided gloves. I highly recommend this place.

Great shop well organized. You will find most of your favorite west African foods. Place is very neat compared to other African Shops I have visited. Plenty space to park your car.

It has wide variety of African foods but some of the items are overpriced. Its like an African supermarket for groceries and such. It is a small location and store and be prepared to be cut in line. Just make sure they see you in line and you should be fine. Good customer service but a bit pricey. In all a very good African store.

The place is a new construction. It is a nice and neat place. It is the only stand alone construction that I have seen exclusively dedicated to selling African foodstuff. I went over to buy meatpies but they were not open yet. The place is a Standard Construction.

I came there for Authentic African Black Soap n Shae Butter n I found the Gold! For a sweet price as well! Im a happy shopper!

Wonderful place purchase minimal processed food products if youre following the Paleo diet. Different cassava, yam flour. Palm oils in many ways. Imported spices. Really glad I stopped in for a look.

Every time I come in to buy an item, I have a pleasant experience. I wish debit/credit cards can be used for items under a certain amount ($5) but I understand that they would probably lose money if they allowed that. It is definitely my goto African store when I am in a rush.

The woman(owner) was so rude & was yelling at me the 1st time I met with her. She was rude over something that a wrong prize tag of her product that she would hv corrected; telling me that I should hv checked the bar code & come to meet her... 1st of all, I noticed their things are slightly more expensive than other African stores.. I had never met anyone that treated as rude as she did. I’d definitely never go bk.. Expensive items & her kitchen is very dirty the day I looked.
