These people came out to fix my air compressor about a year ago but couldnt figure it out but still sent me a huge bill. Yesterday, they had an appointment set up with me to look at another compressor I just bought used but they no showed! This is the most unprofessional, inept company I have dealt with in years.

I would like to understand how long your company will support such blatant displays of racism in your workplace environment.
