These guys work hard to take care of their regular customers. They know their stuff and always have a smile for you. It is generally full so submit your orders online to reduce your wait time.

The staff at the pick up facility could not have been less friendly. Sales staff over the phone was great, but the process of picking up was beyond unpleasant.

I would give it no starts!!!Been on hold for 14 minutes just to ask if they have extra of a part I’m looking for. Seriously holding for too long. Maybe they should stop going on smoke breaks, and flirting with the (guy) customers and take care of other customers ASAP!It’s an every day battle !!!!

*** TL:DR - Unless you have an account already, dont bother calling. ***When I contacted this company to buy more parts for an existing commercial project I was greeted politely. I explained that I needed a specific part ordered and wanted to know the turn around time. Without skipping a beat, the customer service agent asked if I already had an account with them. I replied not yet, but instead of pitching me on an account or membership, the agent took that as a opportunity to change their attitude.I was shocked at how rudely I was told I would not be helped because I didnt have an existing account. I asked if there was a location locally to buy their product and gave them the item number from the website. The agent blurted out that the item wasnt in their system and it wouldnt be around for a while. I was confused as to how they could know it was out if they couldnt find it. I was already sure CRL Houston wouldnt be helpful at this point, so I called the first local glass hardware provider on a google search and found they had a back order of the item to be supplied two days from today.
Pray you never need spare parts or need to use their customer service. Completely unhelpful and rude to their customers
Nothing but good things to say about the customer service we (clearview frameless) receive from crl (adaja tischina). It is always a pleasure going to pick up my product in person and know that we are in good hands to perform our job accurately.
