LaShantae has great customer service skills. I phoned the store ahead of time since I live quite a distance away, and she was able to verify in-stock inventory before I made the trip. Once I arrived at the store,she was easy to talk to and the transaction flowed smoothly. I would highly recommend going to see her at this location.

I went into this store for something a bit more modern and was disappointed when I didn’t see a gold coffee table. I almost gave up until LaShante suggested maybe painting the brown table that I liked. It came out great! I’m a natural DIY person so this was easy.

Hello Folks, I had broken a glass breakfast nook table, chairs are in great shape. Viewed an American Freight Furniture mailer, found a glass table that I thought might work, but wanted to stand in front of it.The Hwy 6 showroom is the closest. I was greeted immediately by the Smiling Manager just a few feet in the door, I inquired about the table and they quickly, courteously, showed us the table. It was a counter height table though, the Manager stated immediately that it came in both counter and dinning height as well as in a gray border as well as the black border that we were viewing, upon viewing some pics of the area of use they made a correct suggestion for the gray border with the kitchens current color scheme. We are very pleased with the table looking like it was made for the spot, the existing chairs worked with width and height dimension of the new table! There however was what could have been a major issue, but after a pleasent greeting and a quick description of the discrepancy, Ms. Lashantae and her staff had me walking out of the door headed home smiling!I would like to Thank American Freight Furniture for their outstanding personal at this showroom, from the entry at the door to the final sale, your staff took good care of this old person. I will return, recommend and commend this showroom.

I had purchased a sofa with LaShauntae and I was very happy with the quote she gave me. Her and her team was professional and her delivery crew went above and beyond accommodating me with the delivery and was very helpful in deciding which wall it should go on😀

Found an LG 29 pedestal for our dryer online. It was an open box for $90.... The washer we had we purchased the bottom washer but I couldnt stomach the $389 everyone wanted to lift my dryer. After a year, we got tired of the dryer being low so we went online to see if anyone had one for sale. American Freight had 1 for $90 that was our color. I added it to the cart and told my wife about it. She decided to buy it and she couldnt add it to her cart because they were sold out. It turned out, because I had it in my online cart, she couldnt buy it. That is how accurate their website was! When I noticed that, I laughed and grabbed her card. We placed the order online Sunday at 8:30 am. And at 10:05 am when they opened, they already had the item pulled and ready for pick up. She ran down there and they did curb-side and placed it in the cab of the truck since it was raining. The pedestal was exactly as they mentioned and we saved about $300 getting open box. Great service, Accurate Website on purchase, Great Product!

This store has horrible customer service. We purchased an refrigerator with financing and the refrigerator wasn’t in the best condition. We decided to return the refrigerator and purchase another one in better condition. We decided we didn’t need financing and paid the refrigerator in full on December 15th. Here it is December 24th and they have taken money out of my account for an paid in full refrigerator. The financing company advised the store didn’t cancel the contract until December 21st. How do you deliver a refrigerator on December 15th and the refrigerator was paid in full prior to delivery but your charging me for financing? I would never purchase any ever from this store scammers!

I just stooped by this store today 8/4/2020, around 12:31pm looking for dining chairs. Immediately I entered, I met a lady and a man and they started laughing at me. These 2 particular employees are bad omen to the business. Their customer service is horrible they laugh at customer when entering and leaving the store. The first time I ever went to the store with my family back in July 2020 they did the same, laughing at us, we ignored but the same happened today(8/4/20) which gives a red flag about this place, it was the third guy with beards that responded nicely to us. We eventually got the item we needed from another store. Even if I want to buy anything I wouldnt because of the impression and customer service and I dont recommend this store to anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous! We bought our furniture earlier this year. Just now getting to post the disgust. We bought 2 mattress sets. I now have back discomfort from the springs. Bought 2 dresser chests. The day of delivery WE removed the items from boxes. No part of this thing is stable. They brought us another one...so in total 3 dressers. They ALL fell apart. Drawers dont stay in the dresser. They drop to the next level. Were still paying monthly for dressers that werent/arent able to be used. Poor quality!!!

Probably the BEST experience Ive ever had in any store. Khaafid, the manager, was very helpful from beginning to end. When we walked in, he walked with us (at a safe distance) around the store and suggested various products based on our needs and liking. He gave us a few tips and tricks on how to get the best items for the lowest cost.Once we found furniture we liked, the items were not all available at his store, but he made sure to find those missing items at other stores and secure them for us. On our pickup day, he and his staff helped us move the items into our UHAUL truck and gave us a lesson on how to tie a truckers knot.When we arrived at our new home, we noticed two lamp shades were damaged. We had a store nearby, so Khaafid called that store after I submitted a warranty claim (which could take up to 60 days) and secured those replacements for us to be picked up the same day, proactively!Thanks for the great service! Keep up the great work and I highly recommend this store. My only point of improvement (and I had to think hard about this) was to get the other staff on par with Khaafid. Thanks again!

Purchased a fridge which had two scratches but when delivery guys delivered it, it had way more scratches on it. Also, one screw to shelf missing, water and ice maker wouldn’t work (thank God i got the extended warranty) because i had to call warranty company to come out to fix it. Also had broken glass on the inside, warranty guy said it was dropped and you could tell from the back. Was missing the cover part that you sit your cup on. Will not be buying from them again

I was able to secure the recliner I wanted the same day. Service is commendable. Staff are professional and courteous. I would shop American Freight again.
