I dont leave reviews, but I thought this one was necessary.I ordered a bellow for my front load washer from them, it shipped on time and was received quickly. The part installed without any issues (I had installed a few previously on a similar washer). I ran a test load and the washer smelled of burnt rubber during the spin cycle. I confirmed that it was installed correctly but that a rubber tab on the bellow was much larger than it should have been and was rubbing on the drum. I compared it to the original part and it was twice the size on the new part. I also confirmed that this was the only point of contact. I contacted the company asking for tips and advice or if I could return the product if we couldnt resolve the issue. I never heard back from them. I later removed it and patched the original bellow, fixing my issue. This part was no longer needed.When I contacted Appliance Parts Finder to ask about a return in the live chat, they said that since there was a burning rubber smell, it had been damaged and they wouldnt return it. Better yet, he said I could return it but they wouldnt be able to refund me the $100 I spent on the part. He then told me that if it was a concern, I should just install it properly or hire a professional. If it was improperly installed, I would understand. I can confirm that it was and that the tab I referred to was too large. Id understand not refunding the money, sure. Plenty of people install things improperly, resulting in damage and its hard to prove my case here regarding the proper installation.. Theres very minimal damage to their part, only on that one tab. This experience just put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be a returning customer and you will not be recommended by me to anyone else for their appliance repairs.Save yourself the money and frustration and call a professional or the manufacturer. I thought going this route would save me money at a time where I certainly could use it, but it cost me an extra $100 for a part I cant use.
Ordered on the website the control board for my fridge. Contacted the support via chat and they were great. The item was shipped faster then expected. Next business day. The part works well and my fridge is back again. Thank you for great experience.
The overall experience with Appliance Parts Finder was outstanding, the website easy to navigate, delivery right on time as scheduled, the customer service via on line text was the best, the agent answered all my questions and provided additional instructions to facilitate the installation of the purchased product, I do recommend this place 100%.
They are a very honest company! I ordered on a Thursday thinking it was Friday so I wanted my part here Saturday morning and so I paid the extra money. Like 10-15 minutes after I placed my order I received a phone call saying that I paid too much for shipping because its only Thursday and it will be here Friday. So they were very honest and refunded me the difference of what I over paid. Great company! The part came that next morning, which was much appreciated cause my fridge stopped working and I was able to replace the part fast to get it working again! Thanks again!

Do NOT order from these guys. I originally ordered a board and it worked for maybe a week. Got a replacement board....noticed a resistor was missing. I put it in the fridge anyway to see if it would work and....it didnt. So I messaged them to tell them what I found. Was flat out rude. Asked if I was the engineer and flat out told me they werent going to send me another one because they already sent me a replacement. Will NEVER use these guys again.
Their price on a refrigerator Main Control Board was significantly lower than others I found. I ordered the part with overnight shipping at 10 AM and received it 24 hours later in Michigan. Since it looked different than mine ( upgraded design) I used the online chat to be sure it was compatible and got immediate support. It worked and I am delighted!
Yesterday my fridge went on the blink, went into constant defrost mode. I ordered a new Main Control Board from APF, however I missed the cutoff of 1PM CDT to get it shipped out. I reached out on chat and asked if I could get it shipped and receive it today. APF came back immediately and said they would drop it of at UPS so I could have it today. Received the board at 11am, had it installed by 1:30pm, took about 30 min, and everything seems to be fine so far. Excellent customer service! I am very appreciative and was able to get back up and running very quickly! Without having to call a repairman, which seems almost impossible to get these days.
Part was cheaper then all other places. When I put it in service it lasted about a week. I emailed them concerning this 2 months after it broke but was still not a problem to get replaced under warranty. Super fast responding to emails. Would but again.
I wanted to say how grateful I am for the great prices on this website( the lowest I could find)and I am extremely grateful how promtly they sent the order even before the promised delivery date! Thank you !!! Hopefully I wont need to go back but if need a part I definitely will go back to this site.
I sent in a chat to request a part #. They sent me the number of the part to order, I ordered it 2nd day air. They told me the wrong part # to order they dont even carry the part I need. I requested a refund to include the shipping costs and they will not cover that. Would not stand by there mistake.

I had ordered a washer part previously from this company and needed a companion part. I asked a question using live chat on their web page. I had the page open to the part I needed, and it was $28.50. In the chat, they sent me a link to the part I needed, and when clicked on it, it showed the price being $37.99. It was the same part. I sent a screen shot of the page I was looking at. They told me it must be a computer glitch. It was obvious they changed the price on the part while I was on chat. After I told them how shady that was, they told me to get a life and disconnceted from the chat. When I looked at the search page, the price of the part was still $28.50. I messaged back about that computer glitch, and the price changed to $37.99 almost instantly. I know prices go up all the time, but come on. If I would have ordered it before I chatted, it would have been $28.50. If the part was mispriced, they could have raised the price after I ordered it. They could have admitted what they did, instead of trying to insult my intelligence telling me it was a computer glitch. They could have done a lot of things to make this right, but instead they chose to be underhanded and lose the sale and any chance of future sales altogther. I hope it serves them well. It pains me to have to even leave one star. Screen shots of the price changes attached.
Paid for Saturday delivery, but UPS didnt deliver on time. So after I emailed APF, notifying them of this, they refunded the difference in shipping cost, which was $25. They were very quick to reply to my complaint and handled it without me having to fight about it. Good part, with the lowest cost too.
Hostile communication from employee who threatened to, and I quote leave a mark on your credit card so you cant scam other sites and to get a job, attempted to canceled my order in-transit (without me requesting it), and wont refund shipping charges. They changed the shipping cutoff language on the website after I asked where my package was. On top of everything, they mailed out the part as USPS Parcel Select after I paid $55 for next day business. SCAM. AVOID.

CROOKS, dont bother doing business with them. They sell on eBay. They list the item as coming from the USA, but when something goes wrong, like they send you the wrong item on purpose, and you try to start a return on eBay, they made it that you are REQUIRED to return the item to MOROCCO, yes overseas, and pay the return shipping yourself. Just like other reviewers stated, they list the item without all the needed details and when you buy it on eBay, they message you shortly after telling you that you have purchased the wrong item and they try to up-sell you a more expensive item. The item they tried to up-sell me was more expensive than the same item listed on Samsungs official website. I purchased an item for $100 and after I was notified that it was the wrong item, I received the item, DID NOT OPEN IT, paid for return shipping myself and placed a priority shipping label right on top of the original label and took it to the post office. After they received the item, they tried to tell me that I sent them the wrong item back. Note that I DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE PACKAGE. My transaction was a $100 transaction but at this point, it is about the principal and not the $100. I will post reviews, file Federal and State complaints, and if necessary, I will file a lawsuit to teach them a lesson in hopes that they will stop taking advance of innocent consumers.
Sent me the wrong item and refused to replace it since it was outside the 30 day return window (I was in the middle of a remodel). I understand that I wont get my money back but they could have at least sent me the correct part that I ordered.Never again

I ordered a part for my washer from this company. The first time they sent it to the wrong address. Simple mistake. I was understanding. This company operates solely online, so I messaged the customer service and inquired about my part. We discovered the address was wrong and I gave them the information again and added delivery notes to include description of my house, just in case. They said they would send the part again. They resent it to the WRONG address a second time. I received a rude email stating they would not send the part again and that I would receive a refund after the part was received back at the warehouse, even though through the package tracking they could see that it was never delivered and was being returned due to their incompetence of putting an address on a package. When I reached out to the company and stated simply that I was upset with the company’s incompetence, the “customer service” representative said that they are “happy to get rid of ungrateful customers” like me. I wasn’t hateful or rude in my communication. I just simply stated I was unhappy with the company’s incompetence and that I shouldn’t have to wait on a refund due to their mistakes. I didn’t cuss anyone out or anything that deserved being called “ungrateful” or be treated in such a way. Besides what exactly am I supposed to be grateful for? I just loaned this company money for 4 weeks basically. They did finally agree to release the refund, so I guess we’ll see if they follow through, but I would be very wary of dealing with this company. They have no phone number to call and refused to give me one after being asked several times. I believe they are shady, and the company obviously needs better customer service representatives. Buyer beware!!!
I made my first purchase with Appliance Parts Finder, and received rapid delivery. After about a month and a half, the part was not functioning properly, so I contacted Appliance Parts Finder, not only did they take the time to ask questions to try and help trouble shoot if something was causing the malfunction, they sent a new part. I will purchase again from them as well as reccomend them to others. I am very pleased with them. They are awesome.
This place has terrible communication skills. Theres no phone number on the website, only email or chat. If you google them it gives you a phone number which rings and rings without anyone ever answering. I asked via chat about obtaining a tracking number for my order that was placed with next day shipping. I was then told the order was processed, but there was no tracking number available at the moment and that it would be emailed when available. We paid for next day shipping, so I was needing to confirm if the order was still sitting at their facility. I was told that the order was placed after the cut off time which is 1pm. We ordered at 1:03pm. I can understand that. So I asked them at least 3 times on the chat if my part was still at their facility or not? They never could answer my question, then they got rude and cancelled my order because I was demanding and insisting. We paid for next day shipping, and their cut off time is 1pm. I get that. We did not know that when we placed the order, so I was trying to see when it was going to leave and/or if it was still there so we could update the shipping information to go to another location since we were 3 minutes late with the order. Please read all the fine print, and buyer beware if you ever need to try to communicate with this business.
I ordered a part online and paid to overnight it. The company sent me two emails with the tracking number link in them. The problem is that the tracking number does not exist. I tried contacting the company, but as another reviewer noted the number is hard to find and the send it straight to voicemail. I called and left a message but heard nothing back. So then I tried their online chat. I was told that the tracking numbers are a formality and they use small carriers that can not track packages? So, sending bogus tracking is a formality? I was then told it was on the way and would be delivered today. I asked again why the bad tracking and why no phone number. The person on the other end answered in all caps asking what my problem was. I repeated my issues and then asked If it cant be tracked then how can you see where it is? The person on the other end said because they are the seller. Ill be surprised if this shows up. Pay a little more and go elsewhere. These people are rude, incompetent, and do not care about the customer.

Tried to return a part advertised as OEM that was a not packaged in the standard Electrolux packaging. The company did not accept return on their behalf and I was charged shipping fees. There are many much more customer friendly appliance part sites out there that I will use and recommend others use.
