This store has always been in business since I was a kid and Im an adult now. While I dont always go here, I do remember theres plenty of good snacks and little meals to choose from. Stocks never runs out and you get a selection of snacks, meat, veggies, and fruits. Its a small store with decent pricing. This is more of a quick errand store if you want to grab something real quick.

I bought a bunch of items (chips, steamed bun, moon cake and etc). All my items were expired and I only noticed when I got home. Do not go here, you will get sick. I revieved chips that were expired from 2019 and its June 6, 2021 today. This place is a ripoff and a total health hazard. How this place still exists is outstanding.

Not a bad store to check out product out of your usual. However, subvert your expectations. Dont behave how you would at a western market. I kept my hands out of my pockets and made myself visible. I did have a good experience, good Korean ramen selection and some of the baked goods I tried were tasty and fresh. They also have face shields and masks if you are running low. It is what it is, dont let the bad reviews deter you. Just examine what you buy carefully.

Disgusting horrible unclean full of flies market. I dont know how this place still open. The health department need to pay them a visit. The meat section in the back was swamped with flies. One of the employees was washing some pork meat ON THR FLOOR WOTH A HOSE. really gross.

Over priced on certain items. Older lady in the front is definitely not helpful. I asked her if the already prepped food was cooked with a certain ingredients and she said yes, when really it was not. When I got home, it was not what she said it was. She just want it off the shelf instead of being honest. Will not be returning.

Excellent variety and super kind people. I love the lady. I thinks shes the owner. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Awesome fresh seafood, meats, fruits and more. And they have pompano, one of the best fish. No need to shop for food anywhere else. The prices are good. Im an American guy and I recommend this place.

Was referred here from Cajun Craven to get Crawfish sacks and got completely ripped off. Got the sacks home only to find out they were 80% dead and had a funky slime on them. Apparently the expired food reviews from here are true seeing as how there are more than one.

This is a great store! The owner is really friendly and nice. It has been around for a very long time and all their produce are fresh!

This place has taro powder! Ive been questing all over Houston for the better part of a decade and finally found it! Looking forward to making my own taro smoothies. They have a pretty good tea and coffee selection, but no pennywort. Ill definitely be going back.

We went three times and those three times, we spent over one hundred dollars. This is when they can cheat and just type in random price for vegetables. Now we only go there to buy few things. Yes, they are cheaters. They make Vietnamese people look bad. Very shady business.

Well, I am not a frequent visitor at this place (been there about 10 times), but I can say they have always been real friendly and helpful whenever I purchased anything there. Actually, they are way more customer service oriented than other Asian markets (believe me I have been to many). I have never had a price hike on any items purchased there. Their steam bun rolls are also very tasty and big. Folks should give them a try (they are clean, efficient and tightly run). And no, I am not affiliated with this grocery store.

Food is expired and customer service is awful. They also overcharged me. Even though it was only a dollar it is still unethical. They just lost a customer. All the packaged food I bought expired on 2016. Makes me wonder about their so called fresh food . Do not buy any food here. If you want food go to the bigger market down the street.Not even worth dealing with the horrible service for a refund.

Good selection, had what I needed that Hong Kong food market didnt have. But the 2 women upfront were very rude when I asked for help. Price seemed very high for what I bought as well.

If you want whole roasted pork ask for Tony, he also makes a great Peking duck.

We come here occasionally for the Korean noodles and sometimes bread that is packaged. costumer service sucks. They’re not friendly at all. And there is always flys in the place and around the bread/rice cakes also the freezers where they keep the frozen things is very dirty and some of the fish were open very unsanitary. A lot of the items here are expired we will not be back if I could give it zero stars I would. 🤨😒 much rather take my money elsewhere

First time I had to go here.. bigger market was closed. Didnt have as many things as the bigger place. Couldnt find a good ramen that a friend wanted.

The Worst experience ever in a grocery store, will suggest everyone not to walk in there.This is a mom&pop shop. Grocery is not fresh, and the pastries are priced higher than the bubble tea shop next door.The owner/ workers were rude to me, they pointed at me and spoke in Vietnamese. Vietnamese cut in my line.The worker chopped my duck without washing his hands, as I saw him smoking just before chopping.

So came in today and purchased crawfish. I bought two sacks. 35lb & 30lb. The ladies where nice. I was told to go the cooler and pick my own bags. The 4 workers I encountered were friendly. I was charged $2.89 lb. I also bought a bottle of siracha. So I get home only to find that the 30lb sack was 95% dead. So I go back with my in laws and they spoke in Vietnamese. The owner lady explained that they don’t do refunds or exchanges and b/c I picked my own bags, she was not responsible (in a rude defensive tone) She did offer me 15lbs as compensation. I just happen to look at the bottle of siracha this evening b/c it seems to have a dark red tint. It expired back in May 2016!! Really???Buyer Beware!!
