Ive been a technician for over 20 yrs. A customer with ADI over 15 yrs. Its like family here.

Nice will call staff, but the wait time is ridiculous when it comes to placing orders, the majority of the time the front staff are on the phone taking orders. If the could only have some type of sales person to move things along.

Cyndi was AWESOME! I have a Silent Knight monitoring system with which I was missing a key and battery. Cyndi took the time to locate the parts from a different facility in a different city, had them delivered to her location, and they worked perfectly. Thank you so so much!

Nice place nice service. Sales people are pretty knowladgable about products. They help you design your projects too. You can utilize Adi system support for more technical questions. They have all the major manufacturers. Good luck.

This store sells only to businesses.Ignore the poor reviews on here from impatient, irritating people. I regularly come here for supplies for work and the people are always nice and helpful. They always have what I need. Their computer systems are slow, and they cant do anything about it other than walk their way through a transaction as fast as the system will let them. They always have coffee, snacks, soda, water, and popcorn set out for their customers.

Would NOT recommend this ADI. I would say the worst ADI in the US. terrible customer service. the phone operator will tell you your order is ready and will call will tell you differently. Took an hour and a half just to pick up equipment even though i called ahead for and asked if there were any issues and they said no it’s ready to pick up (this has happened multiple times). Long story short if you could go to a different ADI save you time energy and headache.
