Love these guys... theyve bailed me out of a minor accident repair cost...... more few times. Good prices always quick and easy in-and-out no trouble the guys know what theyre doing they know how to help, And on top of that you get the cheapest prices in town.

Parts fit better and customer service is much better than autofit. Prices are great too.

The guys inside were nice with helping me out and telling me where to go, but when it came down to put a HUGE metal bumper into my vehicle not one guy offered to help. Yes I did get it into my vehicle but it wasnt easy, I know they seen me struggling. What happened to gentlemen these days??

2005 F150. Walked in and asked for rear bumper cover, third brake light, door mirrors. Guy behind the counter says we dont carry any of those. Paper catalog on the counter had everything I needed in it. Guy must have not wanted my money.He told me to go somewhere else. I used to buy stuff here years ago and never had a problem.If that guy was my employee I would have canned him on the spot. If he told me to F off would have not gotten me this mad!Whatever. Avoid. Plenty of other places will happily take my orders.

Walked in, they had the used part I needed at a good price. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. That was with me ordering/paying for the part, them bringing it out, both of us inspecting it, them putting it in my truck and leaving. Excellent service!!!

This is a good place to buy body parts at good prices however Sony at the front counter is very rude. he should leave his personal problems at home and learn how to handle customer service calls. He assumes everyone should know everything.Dont ask him questions because he will answer with a sarcasm. There are questions when you buy parts-bumpers etc that some of us dont know.

If you call and someone tells you they dont carry it without even checking the system, just call again and hope you get another person that will actually bother to check. My second call resulted in a we have it but I decided to wait and order online as I didnt want to drive and deal with someone that doesnt even bother checking.

We called 2 hours before going up there, to make sure they had the part we needed. The guy we talked to said the part was there and put it on hold for us with our name on it and everything..not only did we drive an hour to get there, but we sat in the waiting room almost 45 minutes.. just for the guy to say they dont even have the part in stock. This place is unorganized, and full of people that cant handle a simple task. Definitely not EVER going back.

Worst customer service ive ever experienced! Dumb sales people. Apperently, the customer is never right here! I bought a bumper and a light from these people. They looked at my car and sold me the products based on what they saw. Every part I bought was wrong! I came back and tried to return my item and they accused me of giving them the wrong information for the parts when they were the ones that went outside and told me what parts I needed . When I try to return the light housing, they said it came with a light bulb so they wouldnt refund me which was not true. My refund would have only been $10 after restocking fee . I told them that the housing did not come with a light bulb and that it wouldnt make sense anyways because my plug is still attached to my car. But their dumbass manager whose name is Mike made such a big deal about a $10 return. I ended up waiting there for 3 hours after calling corporate which couldnt help me either and I ended up leaving. These people are the biggest con artist ever. I went to autofit which is where I should have went in the first place and Ive had no problems whatsoever the staff was trained on parts and then you exactly what I needed and their parts or even cheaper. Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else
