Great shop. Very professional. They went above and beyond to help me with my insurance company. My insurance company wanted to fix the car the cheapest way possible and not replace some needed components behind the bumper. Jk took the one to remove and show all damaged components to my insurance and insisted on only new genuine parts.Customer service and communication is great. They called me several times to let me know how they were doing with car and insurance battle. The fined repair is perfect. You would never know it was damaged. The picture doesn’t show the damaged underneath but all that was also repaired!

We always go for this shop we have done multiple mechanical issues here idrectly, and jay also helped us with weldings for our trailer set up.We have visited multiple-choice shops for a check engine light and all toldnme to go check at the dealer, but JK fixed it.They do a great work👍👍👍👍

This place is amazing!My son’s car started making weird noises that lasted for about a week. Multiple sensory lights started appearing and the vehicle actually stopped a few times when he slowed down. Prior to this we thought the vehicle was in good shape. Apparently when we had an oil change at “Take 5” a couple months back, they didn’t replace the oil for the engine. His car had literally NO oil in it! JK figured out what was wrong with it immediately and took care of us right away. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS staff. Hopefully there’s no long term damage done, but from now on this is the only place my son is bringing his car!

Got into an accident about two months ago. Jay and his team made the whole insurance process super easy and smooth. Helped me file my claim and everything. The quality of the work is magnificent. I came here after an amazing human being at AutoZone told me to let them take care of my car.I showed up, and was nicely greeted by a man (take 𝑛𝑜𝑡𝑒 you males! I doesn’t make you 𝑙𝑒𝑠𝑠 of a man to be integral, kind and nice!) who told me that they were gonna take a look at it, see if they could help me, and go from there.He directed me to their waiting room. 5 mins later, another respectful gentleman showed up, and told me that I needed a new battery, and that he was going to see if he could fix the glitch from the key less system in the car.Guess what? He fixed the glitch (which I was going to be charged like $270 at the ripoff dealership 😭) and replaced the old battery in 30 mins (talk about being diligent, and reliable!!)I went to pay, and wanted to cry! 𝑇ℎ𝑒𝑦 𝑑𝑖𝑑 𝑁𝑂𝑇 𝑟𝑖𝑝 𝑚𝑒 𝑜𝑓𝑓! Like other places do simply bc I’m a woman, I felt so honored that decided to give them a tip, to which the guy replied: ohh no! You told me that you were gonna give me a Google review, and that’s more than enough!!! I wanted to hug both men, but stupid COVID didn’t allow me to do that.Please let them take care of your car needs!!! Extremely pleased with them!

Jk auto is the place I always went for my car problems. When I first went there to fix my car suspension (2009 corrolla) they had it fixed over the weekend. They are professional, on time and at a very good price. I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs their car maintanced.

My mother a senior citizen took her car in for service and it was confirmed she ONLY needed shocks after a test drive There were two mechanics working on her car, as she waited for her car to be repaired.... At check out she was hit with additional work needed that would cost $808 then $700 then $650 more than the $600 she was already paying. When she further inquired as to the issue, it was stated that “during the alignment her steering was turned to the left and then to the right in an attempt to align” and the explanation wasn’t at all clear. As she excused herself and went to the ladies room a full blown argument took place with one of the mechanics regarding the new issue with her car. It was regarding whom did what during her repair. She stepped out and agreed with the mechanic defending himself. Needless to say as a senior citizen she isn’t comfortable in allowing this shop to do anymore work on her car.. She recently received a call accusing her or one of her children of giving this business a bad review, which was furthest from our mind. However here it is, her daughter is giving a honest review of what took place regarding her mother’s car repairs, as she left needing more work than she brought her car in for.

From my first visit several years ago for body work after a collision, to getting my transmission replaced this week, I feel fortunate to have someone trustworthy like Jay. Hes always been honest, thorough, and professional. Its not just a body shop--If youre looking for a mechanic you can trust I cant recommend him highly enough.UPDATE--three years in and the new transmission is still working just great. Jay gave me such a good deal on the transmission replacement I was skeptical it would last, but I trusted him. And my trust was well placed.

JK is amazing. I live in the neighborhood and have had multiple small jobs done here. Today, I needed a side mirror replaced on my Carolla. I called and Nelson answered. He got the make and model of my car, ordered the part and it arrived the same day! I brought my car over and he was actually able to reattach my old mirror and save me the cost of a new part. He even noticed I have a crack on the passenger side of my windshield and went ahead and got an estimate together for me. He went above and beyond this time and every other time to provide great, friendly, honest service and was quick. I highly recommend and will be continuing to bring my vehicles here and tell friends and family.

These guys did a fantastic job. Theyre honest and keep you in the loop on whatever is going on. The work ended up having to be a bit longer than expected due to shipping (quarter panel replacement) and we actually ran out of rental car time. They lent me a vehicle so that I wouldnt be charged and took care of returning my rental. If something comes up they will work with you to come to a resolution. Service aside theyre really good at body work, looks like nothing ever happened. Lots of shops around, especially in spring branch but these guys service took it for me.

Straight forward price is average or little below no complains so far. Asked assistant a small favor to drain all the old oil during oil change, he then checked with me to show no fluids were coming from the filter side, and the bolt side to confirm 😏😏😁

Awsome guys at Jk Auto Center, they know what they are doing.My s550 got wrecked and JD Towing picked it up and brought it over. Fronm there on it was sooo simple. Jay took care of everything from calling the claim in and even setting up the rental. Best part is how fast they did the repair and the quailty of the repair. Jay even did extras that I didnt even ask for. ( Had a prior scratch on the rear bumper, not related to the accident). You can call these guys anytime anyday, they will give you an update.
