I absolutely dread car dealerships and this dude takes down your wish list and what you need to do financially and literally makes magic happen. Each time I lease a new vehicle it is absolutely mind blowing how easy the process is with no hidden agenda. Information is always straight forward. If he cant make it happen, he will recommend the next best course of action. The energy, communication, and effort he puts into finding the perfect vehicle that fits my situation at the time is hands down the best I have ever seen. The absolute best part is I never have to talk to a dealership or even leave the house. He shows up in the driveway and hands me the keys! I heard about the this company on the radio so I wanted to give them a shot. Phillip Rodriguez reached out to me and was very attentive to what I was looking for and on top of finding me what I wanted. He was very easy, honest and flexible to work with. It took roughly 2 days to locate the vehicle but once Dylan and Phillip found it they sent me pictures to make sure the vehicle met my needs. Once Dylan explained all the terms, Phillip delivered the paperwork and the vehicle seamlessly. It was very nice not to have to sit in a dealership for 4-5 hours. Im very confused as to what these guys do... I called inquiring on a lease program. Instead they tried to get me into some buying program that Ive never heard of, in all honesty it didnt sound like a good program. When trying to ask about leasing options, they did not have any useful information and did not sound like they knew much about leasing in general.

They trick people into what they call a lease (its actually not) where you will end up paying tens of thousands over what the vehicle is worth. They buy the car from the dealer then basically finance it through a bank to you at whatever predatory terms they want. Therefore, its totally unregulated since they are a private party and you have no recourse. Just go directly to a car dealership for a lease! Trust me it will be way less than what these scam artists are charging.

Don’t do it. Hidden fees and long term leases set up for you to be upside down. Go somewhere else.

Within minutes of submitting my info online I received a call from Greg. I shared with him what I was looking for and we discussed some details about leasing a car. Greg was so nice and helpful and he updated me on the progress of my request through out the day. On the second day he sent me details for two cars. Both cars met all of my expectations except they were both white. I never mentioned any color preference but when I told Greg he went above and beyond to find me the most awesome car. **UPDATE** The customer service manager did reach out after receiving my review and offer to assist me if was still in the market for a truck, she also apologized for letting my file fall through the cracks twice.** I reached out to them in December to check out options for purchasing and or leasing a new truck. I was connected with a leasing manager that went through all my vehicle history and what I am interested in buying. During this call he asked for my social security number and pulled my credit report! I spent about 45 minutes on the phone then was told that I would be getting a call back later that afternoon to go over my buying options. I never heard back from him, after a week I called and left a message for a manager. A manager called me back and told me the leasing manager I was working with had been out with COVID since our call but he would have another leasing manager take my file and call me. To date (2+ months later) I have never received another call, email, text or letter in the mail from this company but now I have a hard pull on my credit for no reason!

For years, I have always worked on getting the best priced car for the lowest interest/payment. Followed by the hard push to pay it off early and get out from under the cost of car ownership. Only to find myself back in the need to replace that car with a more reliable one and start the process all over again. Until, I found myself talking with a co-working that used D&M services and then talking myself into digging into the whole concept of leasing a car. Well with the understanding that owning a car (or anything) that depreciates so quickly – I then realized that I was working hard to just cover the value loses every time while having to fully finance the purchases. But with a solid business model like D&M it was your concept that works with individuals to put all of the focus only on the one part of the given fact – that cars depreciate quickly and how do WE work out a plan to finance only that part. Anytime you are thinking about walking into another Car or Truck Dealership, you should stop and call D&M Auto Leasing first. In my case, leasing a car makes sense like it does for many others but trying to find your perfect car and dealing with dealerships has never worked for me. At D&M, you can lease any vehicle you chose. You can seriously send them a picture of the car you want to lease, give them a few hours and they will have it nailed down! I first went to D&M about 6 months ago and looking at my situation, they helped me decide that financially, I may not be ready to dump my large, negative equity newer car. I even spoke with my financial advisor and he agreed. D&M told me they would welcome me back when I was ready and they sure did. Two weeks ago, I called Heather Miller, at the Houston office for D&M, who I had previously worked with. She of course remembered me by name and the position I was in and we were able to find the exact Truck I wanted, at the perfect price, in my driveway within a day. They even picked my old car and all of the paperwork was taken care of over my phone. The rate I paid was also much lower than what was quoted to me at three different dealerships, while they also hit my credit with about 8 hard inquiries! The Dealer also tried to put me in a truck they had on the lot, that I didnt want, and didnt do much to help me find something to transfer. When you call the D&M Houston Office, make sure you speak to Heather Miller as from all my experience, she does everything possible to make the car leasing experience painless, convenient, and overall enjoyable. She walked me through different models, packages, prices, and had pictures of the actual vehicles we spoke about to me in minutes. She is definitely dedicated to me and all of her customers and I WILL be calling her when I am ready for the next new car or truck, which Ive been told is even an easier process. I usually dont take them time to write a review like this but the service, courtesy and timely professionalism was worth my time. I leased a car from them in 2015. It was a great experience on the front end but when I wanted out of the lease and wanted to purchase the car, they made it as difficult as they could. Every surcharge for this and that came my way.It truly felt like once they sweet talked you into signing up front you had entered Hotel California you can check out any time you like, but you cant ever leave.I did However learn a lesson. Dontlease a car.

When I said Im confused about whats so confusing to you, we somehow get disconnected with no call back...

San lorenzo is a very accessible neighborhood place with lots of seating options and a pretty solid menu, if you value your salsa youll likely be impressed with the red stuff here, its warm and mild, tangy but has a roasted / garlic depth to it and its hard not to eat too much of it... No salsa verde though. They lean more tex than mex which I dont prefer but of course most of the people local to this location want it that way.. no pastor either but they are fairly consistent and priced well. Nothing here will likely be your favorite but youll leave satisfied.

I reached out to D&M to inquire about leasing a new SUV. I gave the finance department all of our information over the phone, and was told they would run some numbers, find a few vehicles, and get back to me. She was friendly and seemed eager to help I reached back out to the direct number I was provided the next day to follow up, left a voicemail, and got no call back. We reluctantly ended up going directly to a Sonic dealership. The Sonic dealership took care of everything we needed, quickly, followed up, and got us a better deal than expected. I am sure people have great experiences with D&M, but this was ours.

I am a #boymom of three little ones. It was time. It was TIME to get myself into a snazzy minivan. Cheryl Seidner at D&M leasing did NOT disappoint! I contacted her about a month before my third little boy was due and said I may need a bigger vehicle for all these car seats! She was honest and open and informed me that I was still a little upside down from my last trade, and we should wait a little and pay that off more. Six months later, the time was right. I told her what I wanted, a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, silver with black interior and all the tech features I wanted. She locked it down and delivered it yesterday! My family is ecstatic, we have so much more room and I dont feel like a soccer mom at all driving it around! Its COOL, clean, smooth and exactly what my family needed. This was my first foray into the world of auto leasing. I went in not knowing what to expect. My first call was to a dealership. My second was to D&M. Chris took the time to understand what exactly I was looking for. He found exactly what I wanted very quickly. He took the time to walk me through the various leasing scenarios and explained the overall process in great detail.The two biggest things I have to say about him are that he was not overaggressive in the least, and he didnt call me every five minutes asking if Id made a final decision. I cant say enough good things about my experiences with D&M Leasing Houston over the past 5 years. The first car I bought was from Kelly white, a family referral, and he was great. He assisted me when I was stranded and my battery died in the middle of summer on a 103 degree day right after I had bought the car from him. Not long after my car flooded in the Memorial Day flood forcing me to swim out of my car which was a terrifying moment. Again I turned to Kelly and he put me in the car of my dreams. Throughout my lease Haley would contact me to see how I was liking the car and would ask if I had any questions, which I always did. I really didnt understand how a lease actually worked and she (very, very) patiently explained the process, including what others consider to be cons. I love the process. Just recently I started thinking of a new car, so when Haley called Id tell her features I wanted....Haley would search all makes and models looking for the features I wanted. Shed send me pictures, window stickers, tell me which cars were offering rebates or discount and anything she could get her hands on. I hate car shopping and have always tended to get the first thing that was ok, so Haley doing all the shopping was the most awesome thing, I never even had to set foot at a dealership!! I just made my first lease trade-in a couple of days ago, going from a 2016 Jeep to a 2019 Jeep. It was another seamless process. They took care of everything, including changing out the insurance and reminding me to take out my toll tag. And my favorite part... they deliver the car to you!!! I would really recommend to ANYONE to try a lease out, and when you do... call Haley at D&M Leasing!

Made a inquiry online after hours. Dean responded the next business day bright and early. Within 3 hours of initial contact Dean had found several options and had very closely estimated my payment options. After a few more conversations and a day later the vehicle was brought to my house by Dean. When going to normal dealerships you dont get the customer service and personal service that D&M gives you. I will continue to use D&M and Dean for my future purchases.
