I only had this car for 3 months and this what happened.. I couldnt get my money back or even half if it. I took my car back to the lot a few time to get fixed and the problem still accured.. I could have lost my life and all they was thinking about is Im reasonable for my last payment..

I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy here. They do not care about the customer. All they care about is making a sell and getting there money. I’ve taken the vehicle they sold me to their shop 3 times in one month. Mr. Bob the manager likes to avoiding people and the ladies at the front can’t answer any questions about what is going on with the vehicle. I am out of work and out of money because of them. Avoid this dealership.

I bought a 2001 Honda Accord from them back in December 2019, and it was probably the best find I could have ever had. That car wouldve lasted me years (if I hadnt wrecked it...) I enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to return for a second car, and the salesman here dont waste any time. Theyre straight to the point, no nonsense, helpful sales people, and once again, I find myself satisfied with my experience.

Going try to make this long story short as possible . I’ve bought a car from this place in December the 19 to be exact. 2000 down about 700 for their PWI Warranty. Next day car smelled like gas called they said called the PWI see where you can take the car . Took to Cadillac dealership Was told that PWI does not cover diagnostic fee . Well 300 I paid to have them look at the car and tell me what’s wrong it whew a lot of things which I’m sure things happen it’s not a new car . But I wasn’t expected the news and on top of that the pwi didn’t cover what was wrong with the car . Needs a new fuel pump and some lines fixed shocks and Rotary, mounts and a lock actuator for the back doors . My main concern was the gas smell because it was making me sick and I have a 5 year old . Very dangerous . Fast forward took my car to them they had it for a couple days . Gotta call come pick up your car it’s ready. BOB said you don’t need a new fuel pump when you take those cars to higher end dealers they going to charge you for everything . Any rate 2 days later smell never left same problem . GAS SMELL even stronger . Call them they tell me bring it back . Took it back kept for a couple of days picks up car gas smell still strong . They said give it a couple of days the smell would go way. Next morning I get up get ready for work stop to get gas Mechanic guy forgot to Connect the line and gas went everywhere and flooded the inside of my car check pictures below . Since then I have had to take my care about 3 more times for the gas smell / gas leaks and lines. I’m so sick of smelling gas I don’t know what to do I’ve asked for another car . I’ve asked what or my options and there is nothing they can do . USA auto broker has put me and my child in a harmful hazard way. And I will not let this go until you guys do something about it . Till this day my car has a strong gas smell inside and out 😡

Do not buy from this place it is all around horrible from the customer service to the quality of the cars. The cars have so many mechanical issues and they push off helping with the problems. They will say they’re going to get it done and then just have the mechanic clear the codes for the engine light and as soon as you drive off it pops right back on. Brandon the manager, bob, and Raul are just horrible all they want is money. HORRIBLE COMPANY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... SOMEONE TRIED TO WARN ME SO IM WARNING EVERYONE ELSE...

Don’t buy from them, I just buy (today) a Nissan Rouge 2016 1and I drive it no more than quarter of mile and the car started with acceleration problems, I reach out with them and they told me that can’t do anything about it. So I had to take it to my mechanic in a TOW, hoping that I didn’t buy a expensive junk.

I contacted them a week ago about a specific vehicle they had advertised. Ive been to the lot three times and it isnt there. They asked me to come in on Wednesday, which I did. I told them I was willing to talk numbers even before seeing it but got nowhere with that. I was pushing it in order to have hurricane evacuation capabilities, which thank God turned out not to be needed, but I was there again today and still no vehicle. No, this isnt bait-and-switch; nobody wanted to show me a different unit. I dont know what they are doing here, but it doesnt seem like theyre selling cars.

BUYER BEWARE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Bought a truck from this dealership in July 2019, and since then weve replaced the rack and pinion (over $1500 repair), and then the transmission went out before wed had the vehicle 6 months. Just now repaired the transmission (over $2500.00). AC doesnt work anymore and it blew nice and cold when we bought it. Plus, we had to immediately replace brake pads and rotors. Customer service was okay, not great when we purchased the vehicle. Weve tried contacting them since about all the repairs, and have never received a response. Not only did we over pay for the vehicle, but now weve had to put THOUSANDS into the vehicle to keep it running while we continue to pay on it. - BUYER BEWARE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
