I’ve been to this place twice and I’ve had a bad experience both times. The first was for a windshield repair which took over 5hrs of waiting, even though I had booked appointment. The second time was for a chip repair. The photo attached is the chip repair after being serviced. The second visit, I called to ask if it was covered under warranty, I was told yes and to come in. After the service was complete, I was charged $45 for the chip to still be on my vehicle.If I had thought I was going to be charged, I would have called around and chose another closer location to me to service my needs. I was lied to and told that my repair was covered under a warranty they supply which covers nothing.

I had my windows tinted here back in 2005. I still own the same truck. The tinting on the driver window had begun to bubble and after 16 years the rear window tint began to slide downward. I took it in 4/12/21 with my receipt and they did honor the lifetime warranty and replaced the tint at no charge to me. Very honorable IMO. Very satisfied customer here.

Have had tinting on at least 6 vehicles here over the years. My family and friends many more than that. Always professional and a quick turn around. I’ve never had any tiny bubble or crack and have never had to have anything replaced. This is that place whenever a friend ask where to get their windows done, you always suggest them.

I was totally frustrated that a rock cracked my windshield. I contacted Hurricane Auto glass because they are close to my job. They offered same day installation. I had an appointment at 2p and they started on replacing my windshield at 2p. Staff were professional and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend them!

I came here to get a new windshield installed and paid $200 to receive a half ass job. The exterior rubber piece came off two days after the installation while I was driving! I came in right away to get it fixed but Sam said he didn’t have the time nor materials. It’s been 5 days since I had it installed and it still isn’t fixed. I shouldn’t have to keep driving here, wasting my time to have them fix something that should’ve been done correctly to begin with. Sam doesn’t seem to prioritize customers who have received a flawed job.Edit: Sam fixed the issue and sincerely apologized. Don’t appreciate how much of my time he wasted. Although I’m likely to return.

The quality of tinting was poor. When I have pointed out the issues regarding tinting, administrator told me that it was hard to do and left me. I will never use that service anymore.

I recently had a spray in bed liner, 2way viper alarm with remote start and power door actuators installed here. Sam was very helpful and had my truck back to me the same day. I came back today to have them strip the poor quality window tint off my front windows and installed some new tint. These guys do flawless work and are very reasonably priced . I would recommend them to anyone.

Right passenger window in 2007 4 cylinder Tacoma was broken into. They replaced it. Great job. No special instructions that you sometimes get with window replacement (most likely cuz of my location). They can replace in one day if you call before a certain time. I didnt do that because I was still calling around for pricing. But theirs were the cheapest in the area and on Google maps app, they allowed me to text them or something where I didnt have to talk to them which was great because I hate people and hate calling for pricing. Feel like Im wasting their time. But many places dont post pricings. Anyways, on the day of the change, the next day, they called to remind me, they called to tell me hours before I would come out that they are behind and to come in 2 hours after my time so I dont have to wait. I loved that courtesy call a lot.

Quicker & cheaper than any other place. The window looks great and tint matches. They even cleaned the glass out of my car for me (the window had been smashed in). Location is kind of sketchy.

I bought a brand new Chevy truck and first thing that came to mind was to install an Remote Start Alarm and Steps the guys at the dealership recommend me to Hurricane Auto on 45 . I went there and this guy named Sam was really helpful and gave me a great price. I called around to a few places and checked online to get prices to insure I was going to get the best deal. The price Sam gave me was awesome!!! $150 cheaper than the places I got prices from and $75 cheaper than the online prices that offered free installation.After purchase he set me up for installation the next day at 2 pm I got there around 2:15 and he was waiting on me. The installation took about three and half hours, but I didnt mind because they have a nice and clean waiting area.Once the installation was complete He showed me how the remote start works and gave me information about it. They did a great job everything came out just the way I imagined and the steps look great on my new truck!! I love this place!!!Very good customer service.

They are very reasonable for the work they do, however Im giving 3 stars due to lack of work. My car was broken into so I had the window replaced and tinted. Great job on that part. Horrible job on getting rid of the shattered glass. Because I cant get to the inside of my door, every time its opened and closed, you hear the rattling of shattered glass. So I dont know if they didnt vacuum, or just didnt do it well.

I recently replaced my windshield on my Honda CR-V at this location. I did my homework of checking several places before going to this place, and I got the best deal of the town.Service was very prompt. Came in today for a starter interrupter repair. Sam was amazing, he not only checked out a weird sound I was hearing afterwards, but they glued the panel down as well to make sure that wasnt it. Also, he found that I have an actual car alarm that was disconnected by the dealership and reconnected it for free. I asked him to program a new fob I bought, turned out to be the wrong one but he gave me an old one as a temporary fix until I can get the right one I need.Amazing customer service, amazing staff. I am so glad that Veronica (my car) and I went there and found someone so incredibly competent and caring.THANK YOU!

I came in on short notice I called around everywhere looking for a great deal and then when they answered the phone took my make and model of my truck they said they could get it today everywhere else couldnt get it. I came here and got exactly what I wanted for about $600 cheaper they even installed it picked it up for me at a warehouse and had it here all within 2 hours right now they just finished up the install and they have done such a wonderful job I want to tip the guy.

The best experience I ever had at an auto shop. I felt like Sam and Rick really cared about me! I needed permanent roof rails installed on my suv, so I tried shopping locally first. I first stopped by Brazoria county truck outfitters and they charged more than a dealership, ($700, which included 4 hours of labor $95 hourly). Really? 4 hour to install roof rails? Then I called Hurricane Auto, and spoke to Rick who was so friendly. He wouldnt give me a quote over the phone but when I told him about my first shop, he couldnt believe how much they were trying to charge me. When I came in, I spoke to Sam who was also very friendly. They charged me only $300 for everything!!!! I know they say you get what you pay for, but in this case I got so much more PLUS Great customer service. I only wished they did other things like rims and tires! I certainly will be coming back! I owned several autos that had windows tinted by Hurricane Auto. One auto I had for 13 yrs that never had the tint altered by the hot Houston weather, peeling, fading, etc. I will continue to patronize this business not only because of the great work done, but for the superb customer service as well.

I had my windshield replaced here and the windshield didnt fit right due to the design from the aftermarket manufacture. After going back and forth between Hurricane Auto and the the BMW dealership over a 2 year time span. Sam, the owner of Hurricane Auto & Glass stepped up and replaced my windshield with a original OEM from BMW out of his own pocket. I drive a 09 M3 and know the genuine BMW windshield isnt cheap. What more can you ask for when it comes to warranty? When you buy a windshield you are buying the windshield and the warranty. As a consumer, we need to believe the business will be there years later to live up to that warranty. Well with Sam running the ship @ Hurricane Auto I have a sense of well being that they will be there if I ever need to cash in the warranty chip. Thanks Sam...

We rented ford fusion 2015 at IAH airport. Somebody broke rental car glass on Westheimer Road near galleria. I did not take the rental insurance and had to fix it to avoid claim process. I searched online and called few places, nobody could give me same day appointment. Finally Sam (store owner) was able to give me same day appointment and was able to fix at very reasonable cost (especially when compared to rental claim prices). The technicians were polite and fixed it in couple of hours. Really Great work! Sam explained how I can report this claim to my credit card company to get reimbursed. I never left so relieved after visiting a store. He saved my vacation trip. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
