Im giving 2 starts solely because the first phone calls were pleasant.. They request a CC to hold on file which is uncomfortable but becoming more standard practice.. They scheduled a window from noon-3pm at 330pm I called and Alex could give me no explanation so called me back 20 minutes later to say our technician should be there soon- with no apology but no big deal. By 530 I gave up completely. The tech calls me back to say hell arrive after 6pm. About 15 minutes into the job he comes to tell us he broke the molding on the vehicle and itll be $45. I get a call from, Alex, who refused to acknowledge any sort of issue, said they no longer had my card on file, and began to demand I give him a CC (I did not have available at the time) or pay the guy over $300 cash. Despite telling him I would call back with the CC as I did not have one available at that moment, Alex again stated I needed to pay the tech cash.I got no apology until they believe they charged the wrong card- they had a mans name on the card. He then offered me $30 off. The tech left quickly leaving us no time to check the work or ask questions.I was really disappointed overall.

My experience with them initially was great. They came to my job and replaced my windshield and made everything super easy and seamless. However, it rained really hard about two months later and the inside of my windows and inside of car was soaked with water. I contacted them and was told that a service technician would contact me. I repeated this process about three times and am still awaiting any type of response or resolution. As an owner of a small business I wanted to give them a chance but......

Broke my back glass transporting material for a construction project, called these guys, they picked up the glass, and even brought it to the jobsite I was working on, which I really appreciated, I didnt lose any working hours during the day. They Cleaned up all the glass, they even had to take my back seat out to do it properly due to the motorized window, but everything went back exactly like it was before.Couldnt be happier. On a side note, out of everyone I talked they had the best price, after the install Id say they had the best service too.

I had a very great experience here. Someone broke into our car last night at the hotel I stayed at while visiting, not only did they break my window but it wont go up or down now. I found this company on the internet and called them first. Not only did they replace the window but the fixed the regulator.They were fast and did a nice job!I hope I never have another break in but if I do Ill call this company again!
