I took my car for decades to Northwest auto Darrell kept my car running for 311,000 miles until I was hit by a hit-and-run right by the cy creek high school. I know that car would’ve gone to 400,000 but they totaled it everything was original. All the main things like the air conditioner the transmission and the engine .It was a 1999 that I bought new.Everything was running fine original air transmission engine.Thank you northwest auto

This is a great bunch of guys. I didnt take my car to get worked on because I do most of my maintenance myself. However I just stopped by and asked for some advice on a subject that I already was familiar with just to double check that I wasnt going to waste a bunch of freon on my ac.. and they told me exactly what I wanted to hear. Didnt cost me a penny. Automotive shops dont usually give free advice most of the time you cant even go into the shop and talk to anybody. My 1969 Corvette will have CoLD AC blowing soon!!

It was hard for me, as a Woman, to find an honest Auto Repair shop. Darryl and the guys at Northwest Auto Center are not only honest but trustworthy as well. They kept my 11 year old car running well so I could hand it off to my daughter. All 4 of our family cars go to Northwest Auto Center.

I have been a customer at Northwest Auto for more than 25 years. I give them my highest recommendation. Darryl and his team have done everything from routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery replacement, and brake jobs, to Manufacturers required 30, 60, and 90 thousand mile services. They have also have done repair/replace services on air conditioners, C V joints, and radiators, and evaluated transmission issues. I now live many males farther from Northwest Auto than when I first began trading there, but I travel the extra distance to get the reliable service I have always experienced.
