This was our first time at Cafe Doux and everything was perfect...even during coronavirus times. We had two crepes, nutella, banana and strawberries, and eggs and potatoes...and both of them were delicious. The dough was firm but at the same time soft and flavored, and the potatoes were nicely seasoned. One espresso for me and cappuccino for my wife brought flavor during our morning brunch. Additionally, service was fast and friendly... Id come back anytime.

Perhaps the best crepes of my life. A real gem of magic breakfast found on our travels through Houston. Well worth your time. The salsa and pastrami option is exquisite. Right off I-10 makes for easy access and is a very comfortable stop for those passing through.

The dude here is a crepe Superman. I ordered the savory Atlantic. I never thought I could eat smoked salmon another way. Im hooked.Wife and daughter loved theirs too. Awesome find.

Doux Cafe is really close to where I live, but I only recently stopped by with my boyfriend. The interior was nice and clean, and when we entered we were greeted. There was a sign outside advertising a coffee with a bagel for 4 bucks, so we got 2 orders of these along with a crepe (the doux nutella.) The bagels and coffee were just average, but the crepe was really yummy. I would definitely stick to ordering crepes here. Overall, this is a nice little cafe, and if Im ever craving crepes I will stop by.

Saturday brunch time visit. Not super busy so the service was fast. Just ordered coffee, which was tasty. Not your run of the mill big chain bitterness that I’ve experienced before. Staff was very nice, greeted upon entering, waited on quickly, fast delivery of our order. Feels very homey instead of hustle and bustle, even with being just south of I-10!

This doesn’t exist! The address is for a cake shop, the reviews are for a coffee/crepe shop and the name is for an air filter supplier. The cake shop is the only thing here.

Apart from their odd operating hours (closing way before their official closing time or randomly closed) their crepes are decent.

I love trying something different and today was like no other. I had a sweet tooth and this filled my craving. I never thought I would enjoy eating fresh fruit on a waffle covered in chocolate. My experience today was awesome. Customer service was great. I will be returning soon.

My wife and I love Doux Cafe. This is the best place in town to go for a crepe or waffle. The staff and owner are super friendly and the place is always very clean. The gelato is delicious 😋 also.

Visiting at lunch time on a saturday and was greeted warmly. Extremely friendly staff and excellent tasting food. The presentation is great too. Doesnt look like much from the outside but inside it looks quaint and has good music. The food was filling and prepared fresh. Try it out!

Had a Turkish coffee, iced coffee, fruit plate waffle, and almond/nutella/honey crepe. Overall, pretty good and staff was very friendly. Slightly on the expensive side.

Woke up this morning with a maddening craving for crepes. Nothing fancy just crepes with a little syrup drizzled over it. Got here and Abdul was here making the crepes. He has the patience of Job because I didnt want anything fancy and he listened to me customize my order. Then the crepes came with caramel drizzled over it.....OMG! Nothing beats satisfying that craving! I will come here again and again!Very neat/clean/tidy restaurant with the kind of ambience I wanted. Love this place.

Very polite person at the counter. I went in with another person around 2pm midweek so it was quiet. Lots of seating and a nice desserts display. I opted for a berry crepe. I personally cook crepes at home and my whole family has for a few generations-my side of fam cooks the French crepe and my husbands cooks the German Bismark. I was super excited. Sadly my crepe was overcooked (browned), thick and puffy. Possibly more of a waffle mixture. Was expecting something delicate, thin, lighter in color. I didnt really enjoy it and it cost between $5-9. I might try again but not soon.

Divine bagel and locks! The only reason for 3 instead of 4 stars is the wait time. We will for sure be coming back soon! If you are a party of 3 or more people I wouldnt expect to eat at the same time. Best suited for 1 or 2 people.

I had the Chicken Alrfredo for breakfast on a Tuesday morning and it was great for $5! It had spinach, chicken and mushroom with Alfredo sauce. I got one for my bf too. I would come back here again and try the Belgian Chocolate Crepe which was recommended by the staff.

I was excited to try this cafe, but unfortunately it was disappointing. My order took forever,and it was made wrong and when I told the lady I didnt order the crepe Turkey pesto she got upset. I had order the bagel Turkey pesto. This is what I got a bagel with 2 pieces or spinach and tomatoes and some bits of ham and cheese.

Exceptional food and service! Highly recommended for families, single couples and/or single people. We had the salmon in a sesame bun with tomatoes, capers and onions and it was amazing, full of taste and freshhhh!!!!! We also had Nutella with fruits crepes, and they were so delicious!!!!! All the food was extremely delicious and healthy, the restaurant is really clean and follows COVID rules and regulations. Bathrooms are really clean as well. Loving and friendly people, will definitely come back!! Oh, and please try the coffee, it is AMAZING!! Don’t over pay at Starbucks, try Cafe Doux!! You’ll be happy and you’ll be supporting local businesses!! ❤️❤️

1st timers here and were intrigued by the photos and great reviews but unfortunately we were not impressed as they do not compare to their photos.I had the turkey pesto crepe which was suppose to have spinach but it didnt. The turkey wasnt of good quality or fresh. The pesto seemed old and didnt match the picture and def not worth $8. The waffle was ok but my friend was expecting fresh berries as pictured and they seemed like frozen berries. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and Im not really sure why but they said they recently reopened so maybe its taking time to get it together. I hope they review the quality of their products and also their limited menu so they can control their freshness and rotation.

A cosy little spot. Generous portions of fruits on my fruit platter crepe and I was able to switch out raspberry sauce to a Belgian chocolate sauce, making it extra yummy! Girls were friendly and warm. A small room for improvement is the coffee was made too hot; coffee made too hot loses its taste and not fancied by coffee drinkers :) Will def be back.

The food is so amazing. I ordered the rainbow pancakes, Doux waffles, and Doux crepes. All of it so delicious! Joshua the person who made the food was extremely friendly as well. Definitely recommend this place and will come back soon.

We ordered chicken Alfredo and blueberry lemon crepes. The tastes were great! I especially like their chicken, which was real chicken breast rather than cubed chicken like those in the frozen dinner boxes. The staff was friendly, and the price is fair. Would’ve visited there every week if we lived closer.

Headed here on a Sunday. Maps said it was open. Their door said it was operating hours. Place was closed. Could see someone closing it. Door was locked. They didnt have the courtesy to come over and explain why they closed an hour and a half early

This was my first time trying crepes, and let me tell you, it was the best place to go. The girl there was nice and the food was absolutely delicious and beautiful, I wish I took pictures. But I will next time, because Im definitely going back. I had the rocky road crepe, it was so dang good.

The crepe I had was very well-made and the ice cream was pure heavenly goodness! Quaint, relaxed atmosphere and superb, talented staff. Highly-recommended.

Love the crepes here. Come here if you have a sweet tooth or just looking for a sweet bite. They have macrons, gelato, crepes, waffles, pastries, and coffee. A lot of rich decedent chocolate and nutella. They also have non sweet crepes too if you are hungry for real food. The customer service here is great.

I was looking for a nice place to work and have some good food while there. Doux Cafe was the ideal spot. Located right down from the Enery Corridor, this quaint but spacious shop offered wonderfully friendly service with excellent crepes. Make it your next leisurely breakfast spot either for yourself or your group of friends.

Very slow service, used to be better. Doesnt has the right cooking tools, everything broken. Made scrambled eggs with soft plastic spatula, that melted. I told the staff, this melted plastic is now in the eggs, it may makes me sick. Response: thats the only tool I have!

This is the perfect local hangout. Not flashy or obtuse with the advertising so you could easily pass it by without knowing what a gem it is. I mean this in a good way; its a perfect recluse for the local who wants to take a break from the busy bustle of life right off of I-10. The staff is so friendly, youd think youd met before and you just didnt remeber! The menu is laid out in an easy to understand fashion and the dishes are delicious of course. If 6 stars was an option theyd get those from me.

Crepes werent fresh. cupcake for my daughter was hard. Yes you did. It was white mini cupcakes with pink frosting it was on your display with other breads and bagels.

A really nice place to get dessert. The staff is friendly and quick to get your order. Its got a very relaxed atmosphere. The menu is small, which is kind of nice because the two warm items they serve (crepes/waffles) are excellent. The coffee here is usually great as well.

Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Pleasant staff. I just happened to find this place but will drive from deep east texas to eat here as often as i can.

I have been here two times already, and both times it was exceptional. The first time I had a strawberry, banana and chocolate crepe which had the perfect texture and was visually appealing. The second day, I went again with my friend and had a chocolate Belgian waffle also with strawberries and bananas, and was better than any Belgian waffle I have ever had. The three men that work there are very friendly. I have recommended this place to several people already, including my parents.

The food was decent but they brought my wife and I the wrong meal. This would be understandable if it was busy but we were the only people in the cafe. The atmosphere was a little awkward because it was dead silent when we sat down. Midway through our meal music was turned on but it was inappropriate and used a lot of profanity. I would not recommend going here.

We stopped in for a coffee on our way out of town. We saw Doux gets good reviews. We ordered 2 Americanos. This is NOT a coffee shop. This is a sweet shop that serves coffee. It has no flavor. I only taste hot water and the plastic lid.

Food was great but a little hard to eat without silverware. When our food was served there was only a plastic knife laying on the plate. When I got up to look for a fork, the man working THEN informed me they were out of forks.... He later came to me with a tiny ice cream sampling spoon to eat my crepe with. As more customers came in to order food, he did not inform them either that they had no utensils to eat with. I think management needs to do a better job making sure their business has the basic necessities for their customers to enjoy their food.

My husband and I visited Deox cafe on 03/07. Initially we saw reviews about the cafe and noticed that the rating is quite high. We ordered ice mocha, latte and waffles. There was nobody in the cafe, and the girl cooked everything pretty quickly. Latte was in a cup with cracks, and I can understand if the cafe was full of visitors and the cup would be last available, but it wasn’t pleasant to drink from a broken cup in an empty cafe. Waffles were normal, but nothing more. The price on waffles is obviously too high. But the worst part was an ice mocha. It was something, it is not known what, but its not even close to an ice mocha. Initially, I was confused at how it looked, having tried coffee, it even did not taste like coffee for us. It became clear that this is the first and last visit to this cafe.

All I can say is... WOW!!! Food is deeelicious and the service is excellent!!! Will definitely go back ❤

Local dessert place, one of a kind. Owned and operated by some nice guys who were excited about their new place. They specialize in fresh made waffles and crepes, topped/filled with fruits or chocolate cookies and stuff. Everything they have they recommend to be drizzled with their melted Belgian chocolate (white, milk or dark).Our party had a crepe and waffle, both were delicious, and the chocolate on top was not to be missed. You could tell the staff was still perfecting their crepe craft, look forward to enjoying this place again after they have a few more weeks of being open.Also offered gelato by the scoop if youre looking for something a bit lighter/cooler.

My iced coffee was a little weak, but I get that a lot when I order decaf. I am sure they would make it stronger when I ask next time. I had a blueberry danish that was freaking incredible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and relatively quick. This is an undiscovered gem. In an area that does not have nearly enough real coffee shops (meaning not the brand on every corner), this place is worth checking out. I expect it gets very busy when the high school across the street lets out.

Just finished eating here and it is honestly the best crepe place in Texas I have gone too. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, the workera are so nice and helpful, and the food is phenomenal. We got the Doux Biscoff waffle and crepe and they were so deliciously made and decorated. I plan to make this a repeat spot for me and my friends.
