I ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter. I told them it needed to be a bright, cheery arrangement and they said they would accommodate. She sent me a pic. What she received looked Asian and they called it tropical. It didn’t even have a vase, it was on a plate. It looked more like a funeral arrangement. Really how are you suppose to keep water in that? They said if she wasn’t happy they would EXCHANGE it. I told them I wasn’t happy with it. It wasn’t what I asked for. So in turn they called her and told her on her birthday that I wasn’t happy and offered to exchange it for her. She is very mild mannered and declined because she was embarrassed. Why call her? I’m the one who paid $109. This arrangement was no where near worth that. I didn’t get what I asked to be delivered to her. I do not recommend using them and will not again.

Where most other florists would sacrifice quality, Classy Floral Design did not. The owners were so kind and generous with both their time and their product. The finished arrangements I ordered turned out beautifully! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Classy Floral Design.

I ordered online because I live out of state and needed flowers sent to my daughter who lives in Houston. Ordering was very easy. The gentleman delivered the beautiful arrangement very timely. The arrangement was so very beautiful! I will be using this florist for my future floral needs.

DON’T USE !!! Horrible customer service. Called and placed order will answering service for a funeral the same day. Was told it could be delivered.Then 2.5 hours later called and told they couldn’t deliver it because they had valentine orders and they were to busy. Spoke with Sam ... had to put 1 star to post ....it is zero stars ....

I called and ordered an English garden arrangement. i was very specific on what i wanted. Was put on hold twice for over 5 minutes each time so that the order could be done exactly as requested was told yes an arrangement of multiple varieties and colors of FLOWERS would be done and delivered today!! Wow,Great! What arrived was 2 green plants and 1 type of flower.......Btw I am the wife of Tony. I WOULD NOT use this florist/service again

The experience was amazing. I called and ordered flower for my girlfriend. Today is her birthday. Within 2 hours, the flowers were delivered. My girlfriend was so happy. She cried her eyes out. Classy Design Florist made me look really good in the eyes. I will always call them first!

Lucky to have come across this place, order was delivered when expected and the flowers came out beautiful! I chose flowers for him, the Telefloras Sunrise for my boyfriend and he loved them! I appreciated the call to let me know that they were going to come as close to the picture, because they did not have the color vase. And I think it came out better with the vase they picked out. Beautiful arrangement but very pricey

Very disappointed with the arrangement delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines Day. It cost me $178 and died in less than 48 hours. I tried contacting the business about a refund and NEVER heard anything back. Horrible business! Spend your money elsewhere!-Federico
