Very rude abusive behavior towards customers and their employees. The employees threaten each other fight each other the owner does the same. He threatens to hurt people all the time even the customers. I know it sounds crazy but I watched it myself he will scream and holler at his own customers. The equipment used is old and raggedy and unsafe. Workers are rookies and not trained very well. Stay as far away from this business as possible.

I work for a large sign company who has clients all over the country. A couple of our clients are in the Houston area, so we heavily depend on vended installation companies to complete our services. We found Robert with Signs N More after having troubles with other companies and he assured us he was would be professional and timely. This promise could not have been more false. He was doing okay until he ran into some bucket truck problems. All to say, not only did he fail to complete our installs, he also presumed to lie and say that he did. He told us he installed our graphics and made us wait on completion photos. After reaching out to the client, it turns out that he didnt even install the graphics and it was a month passed the due date. He is a great guy on a personal level but is very unreliable professionally. I hope that he is able to remedy his situation and learn how to be there for other clients. His attitude shows promise but his aptitude needs work. I hope no body has the same problems that I did when working with this gentleman.

Called Robert the owner for a quote to install a sign I recently purchased. He gave me 2 quotes, a low and a high. He said he would rebuild my whole sign if need be for the high price. He was quick to get the job started but was not able to finish same day. I paid 2/3 of the high price up front and waited for my job to be completed. Almost 2 weeks later the workers show up and tell me it will be $200 more than the quoted high price. So we call Robert, ask what the misunderstanding is. The man immediately gets hot starts being rude and cursing and gives 3 options. Pay the price he says and deal with it; Recieve the 2/3 payment back and his workers would take down the sign, or they would finish the job for the quoted price, but to never call him about business again. Well hes right about one thing, I never will call him for business again. Id like people to know of my bad experience, and after paying $1500 and struggling with this company for 3 weeks our sign is still non functional. I would not do any business with this man without a clarified contract because his word is crap.

Cant believe their still open. Horrible service and no follow through.
