After driving by Paradise Grills for years but never having a need for an outdoor bbq, we finally stopped in to look for our new outdoor space. I wasn’t sure what to expect but thought they had a great selection. Troy was there and walked us through everything. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We quickly figured out what island worked best for us and said we wanted to take time to look at reviews, etc. Troy didn’t put any pressure on us and even followed up with a variety of pictures of the same unit we were looking at. After doing our research, we did have some concerns about shipping & delivery from some of the reviews. We addressed everything with Troy (who was transparent about some of the past issues) and decided to move forward because of the great deal and how turn key everything is with Paradise Grills. We appreciated Troy’s help and are very excited about our order from Paradise Grills.

Stopped in the Beltway 8 Houston showroom today and Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable. My 14 year old 32 in grill needed to be replaced and I found a new unit with fancy LED lighting at a great price. Looking forward to my new grill and recommend this store!

On our quest for a patio table we stopped into Paradise Grills just to look. After about 3 minutes we dropped the patio table idea, and we were ready to buy the Aruba bar with the hibachi grill. The quality is outstanding. It is so nice and will make our pool / patio very unique with a high end feel. Derick our sales person in the Humble Texas showroom was great. Low pressure, friendly and answered all our questions. He knew the products well. We can’t wait for our island bar to show up and break out the blender.

My displeasure is not with this location, but the corporate system of deniability? Even though my Outdoor hut has Paradise Grills everywhere, they will not honor the product warranty simply because I didnt purchase it from PG directly, but a outside vendor, which has since gone out of business. So my review would be a minus number if that was possible, since thats not a option my advise is BUYER BEWARE. the grill has pieces literally falling off and the briquettes are falling out of the holder and my grill was purchased and delivered in May of 2019. I suggest you save the agony of a poor quality product and no warranty which waste your money because now I have to fend for myself? This store might have a different location than my purchase but they are Paradise Grills face in the community and right now their product is not good. They gave me the Warranty contact but if the contact doesnt answer emails of phone calls that copout just fits with the poor service.

The grill island was well built with qaulity workmanhip. The island structure was solid and well engineered. It looks great and has a built-in look of an outdoor kitchen. Troy was very nice and courstey to help us making the right selection.

I purchased the Aruba model grill island from this store last October during their clearance sale. The salesman Adam was a nice fella and did a nice job of getting grill delivered. When I received the grill I was not real happy about the tile work due to wide gaps on the grout and the tile was not very level. Not exactly what I was expecting but I decided to live with it and enjoyed the grill. A few months ago I noticed some tiles starting to wobble a bit and become loose. I decided to replace the tile and not have to struggle with this company about making it right since their warranty is full of limitations and exclusions and states that their is no labor coverage in the event of tile failure they will only ship loose tile for replacement. I have enclosed some pictures of the thinset that was used to set the tiles, it was just splotched on the backer board and basically just thrown together, horrible workmanship. Note the huge gap on the edge work. My tile installer said that is the worst tile job he has ever seen and even reduced my price for the work when the tile was popping off with one hit from a chisel.The prospective buyer should really take a long hard look at the Sales Agreement and the Warranty because once it shows up it your home it becomes your problem and the best you will receive from Paradise Grills is a replacement and your responsible for installing.One other note, the grill has the exact some components as a Blaze 32 brand grill and is exceptionally cheaper.Good Luck

I came to Paradise Grill to look at outdoor grill design ideas and I loved all their showroom. Jonathan was great at explaining to me and giving me some advice for my home. *Buyers Beware*, I agree that Customer Service was great during the purchasing process of the kitchen island and both my husband and I was very impressed with the quality of the kitchen island. However, the delivery experience left a lot to be desired. We were given a delivery timeframe of 6 - 8 weeks. We were coming upon the 8 week point and had not received a call or email with a delivery date/time. We reached out via phone and stopped in to the local Spring store and was told not to worry our kitchen island will be delivered on time. After not receiving any communication we called the 800 CS number and originally was told the 8-week point would be another 2 - weeks which I explained it had already been 8 - weeks. Apology for misinformation and was given our 1st delivery date of 6/9, although the date was the date that we’d be traveling we made arrangements with our neighbor to receive the items. We received an email confirmation that confirmed the week of the delivery, but did not include the date/time. Again, I reached out to CS and was told the delivery date/time is set for 6/10. I advised we would still be out of town and our neighbor would not be able to receive items that day because he’d already cleared his schedule for 6/9. I asked if we could schedule date/time for 6/15 when back in town. I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. However, while traveling received a call from CS stating they need to reschedule, and could not supply a reason why. The new delivery date was set for 6/18, but I received a missed call on 6/17 stating that their missing a countertop and need to reschedule. How extremely FRUSTRATING to make a purchase totaling over thousands of dollars of your hard earned money and to be treated as such, VERY DISAPPOINTING. So at this point we’re a few months in and have been given 4 delivery dates and still NO kitchen island.

Worse experience ever!!!! We bought from paradise grills and was given a timeframe on when it will be ready and delivered. The timeframe has passed and no one could give us an update on when it would be delivered. At this time we decided to cancel the order. We went through the correct process on how to cancel the order. A month later I’m still waiting for a refund and once again not receiving a response from anyone. DO NOT buy from them unless your ready to deal with the same headache. Sadly this company could careless about customer satisfaction.

The delivery service lacks any customer service skills. I have been reaching out to them for 17 days to schedule the delivery of my set and they have not bother to reach back to me. No ones picks up the phone, you can only leave a voice mail. The store manager Eduardo in Spring is very responsive but he is not involved in the delivery process. At this point I am frustrated and I have no clue when my set will be delivered

Completely Disappointed with the service this company.I Bought an existing floor model grill from their showroom.Nick the sales guy said it will be deliver quicker since they need the space for their new models.I ask him to give me 1 week so I can get everything ready at home; when I called him back because we were ready he was Rude and told me he doesnt handle deliveries and I have to call their customer service.He was very nice and eager to help while trying to close the sale with us.*I had call their customer service more than 7 times, every single time their rep says they will call me back to schedule the delivery but they never do.*It has been 3 weeks and neither of them had call me back yet.*If I would have known this I wouldve bought form another place.They are very un-profesional and dont follow thru in what they say will do. I want my money Back

We purchased the Tahitian Hut from the Beltway store. It was a floor model and the store in the Woodlands had the floor model with the amenities we wanted. Upon delivery we had a few items which required replacement. Ethan from the Woodlands store went above snd beyond to make everything top notch. Adam, our sales person, worked diligently with us to find the perfect match, and hell do the same for you. Adam was patient and knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all, unlike most sales people. Nick has been super kind to my Husband and I, walked in not planning to buy anything. walked out with a portion of the kitchen purchased. Nick has been a champ as we have changed our mind 3 times and wanted to make changes to the order we had coming.Cant wait to actually have it delivered, I will update when that process is over.***update***We received our wrong order on September 10th, the delivery guys brought only a portion of our order. Nick had not submitted our paperwork correctly, and our correct order then wouldn’t be delivered to us for another 4 weeks!Mind you we now have a 4 ft grill rather than an 8ft and the second Maui bar is not here.We request that we can just keep the 4ft grill and they deliver the 2nd Maui bar we ordered.They call us telling us the second bar won’t be here for 6 weeks, because they have to make it, then one week later the scheduler is sending me pictures of a different bar with a sink in it (which we didn’t have in ours) asking if that would be okay to send.Just ready to have a complete bar we agree, they deliver on Sept 25th. This bar comes with NO Working radio! The service tech says he will be back to fix it in a week.Paradise grills sends me a confirmation email that they will be here, and then NO CALL, NO SHOWS!Not only 1 time but 3 times now.I am still waiting to see if they come this weekend after 4 weeks.
