Ive been going to this store for the past 7yrs. Did not ever have an issue before they hired a new person. She was rude. Just plain unprofessional. If you choose to work in an environment where you got to help customers get what they need youve got to have a better attitude. I will not be returning. Id rather spend my money at Sallys.

Store was nice and organized but, they don’t have a lot of Variety for hair. Shorter lady was nice, the other one seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. If you need hair for a simple quick weave or if you’re on a budget, I wouldn’t recommend.

Do not come on a Sunday waste of gas hours say open til 8 on Google and it was closed.

I have never recieved phenomenal customer service here, but its close and convinient. On this trip in particular I went at 2:45 on Sunday because their hours of operation say they are open until 5, when I got there they were closed. Very disappointing especially consideribg tge hours of operation on the door also says tgey are open from 10 am -5 pm.So if you need a hair store on Sunday just find another one.

I literally found this store on google and headed over to check it out. It was so nostalgic being at this particular location because of my childhood. The store is clean neat and Joe was super friendly and jamming awesome music. They are a bit under stock with lashes but hopefully there will be a restock soon. This will be my go to beauty supply. Plus it’s BLACK OWNED!

Ive been here about 6 times. The first 2 times there was a very friendly tall, light skinned girl that was very friendly and very helpful. She helped me try on wigs. Im not sure if she works there anymore, but I miss her. The last few times I went there was a man that was probably in his mid to late forties working, The first time I saw him he was smoking out front and then walked in as I was heading towards the door. Most of the time I go there to check out the lashes, and usually I do spend quite a bit of time looking at all the different styles before I pick what Im going to purchase because girl, lets get real, all tea, all shade, their prices are a bit high. ANYWAYS, this new guy thats been there lately seems to get rattled that I spend 15-30 minutes in the store because he needs a smoke break. And he only acts that way when Im the only person in the store. this has happened 2 out of the 3 times Ive been there while he was there. Today, after I was in the store for about 25 minutes I looked at lashes, then to hair stuff, and back to lashes, he let out a big sigh and said in an annoyed voice can I help you find anything? Yeah, Im salty about it. I need to find some better shops on the northside.

Why would someone give 5 stars and not say anything.. seems to be a little obvious huh!!So Im gonna be the first honest review here.The atmosphere is inviting. nice little shop but way way way over priced .If the prices will go down might consider re visiting but for now Im not gonna return

Oh baby. This is the spot for wigs, weaves, nails, makeup. What ever you need baby. They have this African American man that works here. Just the most helpful as can be honey! I lost my debit card in here baby. Guess what he saved it for me and everything! There prices are right on the money for this area.

Poor Service.They also closed during business hours.

I went here yesterday and it was nice well organized, but didn’t have much here I didn’t find what I was looking for But I did pick up a new eyebrow pencil and lashes. They are kind of overpriced for some of their stuff overall I give it 3 stars.

Prices on wigs are over priced ..way way over priced.. every wig they have i have had at least two or three times. . All brought from a different beauty supply for a cheaper price. I really needed a new wig and i was just so.shocked how overpriced the wigs were. I decided to get a wig from them even though they really dont have a good selection or good price ..but i decided to get one that i have purchased 3 or 4 times before and it was the most expensive purchase from the prices i paid for, for same exact wig..my feelings were kind of hurt ..aside from that the chemical products were marked a little decent.FYI OWNER TACKLE THOSE WIG PRICES. SYNTHETIC WIGS ONLY LAST A FEW WEEKS I DONT CARE WHO WOULDNT AGREE. YOU DONT KNOW UNLESS YOU WEAR THEM.Oh .and i picked up some kiss lip gloss it was $4 99 total rip off. BUYER BEWARE

The fact that on the website said it was open at 8:00am and I go and there were closed messed me up smh it would help if business hours were listed correctly on website!
