I Have always had Spencer help me with ordering and identifying bearings and Ive always had nothing but great service. I have even had times where I requested the wrong bearings and had them switched out no questions asked in a more then timely manner. I have been using this company my self for over 5 years and will continue to use them based on there customer Service alone. I personally depend on Intech Bearing to supply the best bearings for the Industrial Machinery I work on and I have yet to be Dissatisfied.

Ive purchase $20,000.00 worth of bearings they told me that they would ship same day because we was in a brake down situation the bearings did not ship till the next day, when I received the bearings 3 of the bearings was wrong I called back talk to GLEN he told me he will call me back, never herd back from him I been trying to call STEVE KROLL the manager and he wont anser or call us back VERY POOR customer service would never give them a dime
