I drove an hour and a half to get to this location two different times. The first times I let it slide that they werent very friendly or helpful. The second time they wouldnt let me shop without a mask nor would they provide one for me. Instead offered me a pack of mask to purchase for over $8. No thank you. I will no longer try to give this location buisness. I do not play into the demanding of how other people choose to breathe. If you are so nervous about covid please make sure you are being consistent with wiping down the counter and every item someone touches as well, otherwise what you are doing is pointless.

I’ve been shopping here at Armstrong McCall, the company, for at least 16 years and I have always had great experiences. If you’re a professional stylist and desire these results, I strongly suggest this establishment for product.

Very nice and helpful. My favorite location. I drive out of my area to get all my supplies here instead of 290 location. (Staff and owner rude and not helpful at all. Customer service is a burden to them at 290.) Unlike Shephard and Westheimer locaton. They are all about customer service.
