Great customer service went in on 01/11/2020 and the last two ladies on duty were gracious and helpful.Knowledgeable about the different products and offered samples to try before deciding on the purchase .Was surprised they carried alot of my favorite brands like skinceticals,la mer .Lovely, neat and well organized store

First timer here (though I already know and love most of the brands). I consulted with a very knowledgable female employee (I feel like a complete a jerk for not asking her name; my receipt says Holiday S if thats helpful) on hair products and eye patches. Her recommendations were spot on along with the freebie trials she threw in. I can tell that she took into consideration the few things I mentioned in our short dialogue. I really appreciate her attention to detail and product knowledge. Additionally, the store was very clean, well stocked, and beautifully organized.Signed, OCD

I just had the most amazing experience here. The woman was so gracious and helpful and you could tell she genuinely wanted to get you what youre looking for. The product that I found was unavailable but then she went above and beyond and offered to have it express delivered. An amazing store with wonderful workers.

Store manager was lovely. She helped me find something to help with the dark spots on my skin. Will see if it works!

I came here for the first time today to look at the Natura Bisse line. I really appreciate the assistance the skin care consultant gave me today. I told her my issues, my research online, and she gave me a few samples to try. Since the items I am looking to purchase are $$$, I appreciate the opportunity to try them first.

Five stars for store service and product availability. The staff largely seemed knowlegdable and friendly the half dozen times Ive been in to shop. Zero stars for having been burned 3 times!! during my first session with a brow stylist named Dawn. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the spa. There is a reason you must sign a waiver. Everyone makes mistakes but burning a client 3 times is a signal something is wrong. Spare yourself the possibility of having to walk around looking like a victim of abuse after visiting their spa but do shop the store.

Today was the first time Ive come in the store and it was a pleasant surprise to walk in and see all of my favorite brands - Natura Bisse, Skin Ceuticals, and Trish McEvoy - all under one roof. Also, Cynthia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Ill definitely be back.

Worst online customer service ever, refuse to refund with a delayed package ( one week late!) and shut you off from online chats, different reps tell you different things, when you ask to talk to their manager they refuse to even disclose the name, I cant believe this kind of customer service still exist nowadays
