The ladies are always friendly. Theyre very efficient so i am in and out quickly. The price is very reasonable. They add a soothing ointment to my skin before I leave to reduce redness. This is my go-to place for threading.

Great service and work. These ladies are also gentle and patient. I don’t have very many eyebrows so I don’t go as often as some of you girls and guys but when I go they always take care of me in a gentle kind of way and I’m very appreciative of that. Give them a try if you’re ever in the area.

I love this place! I go every two weeks and always get compliments on my eyebrows. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else. The prices for threading have gone up but it is 100% worth it. They also apply lotion to the area if you ask to soothe redness.

Horrible service!!!! The lady who worked on my eyebrows did a horrible job with my shape. After doing my eyebrows she did not clean up my face. I had eyebrow hair all over my eyes. She walked straight to the register. She didn’t even offer to apply anything on skin after doing my eyebrows and to make things worse. She had the nastiest attitude. HORRIBLE SERVICE all around!!!!!!

Ive been here 3 times. I was impressed the first time there was a young girl who did my eyebrows just how I wanted them. Unfortunately, she wasnt there the second time and another woman did my brows I showed her a pic but when I came out it was nothing like how I showed her my brows were TOO thin I could not get over it but I did not make a big deal out of it till I took my sister there and it was her fist time. Also a different lady, she really did not care to ask what shape she wanted or how she wanted them but my sister is too shy and nice to say anything when I saw her eyebrows I asked if she even showed her the pic of the brows she wanted because I did NOT like them and she told me the lady never even asked. You just CANT do that!!!! Definitely going to look for another place only giving it 2 stars for the young girl who did her job right the first time

I had a terrible experience. I specifically ask the technician to cleanup my eyebrows because I am in the process of growing them back. She completely threaded all the hair. I am nearly bald. I don’t recommend anyone going here. Such a disappointment

They are sneaky! The work is mediocre and they will attempt to add unwanted charges on the bill. Be careful. I had to return and demand to speak with a supervisor or to obtain a corporate phone number.

I’ve bee threading my eyebrows at Harwin for years. I thought this salon would have better service as it is in the Galleria. I went in for eyebrow clean up, left with red and painful eyelids. Later realized that the job was not done well AT ALL. I went back 20 minutes later to ask them to take a look. They seemed offended literally asked me when I had been there, after just 20 minutes!! TERRIBLE customer service, go to Harwin for experienced threading.

I clearly stated I wanted my eyebrows as full as possible as I am trying to grow them out.. they were full and just needed trimming then shorter hairs cleaned. .i shared the same. .. .. i look and she made them rail thin!! I expressed the same to her again she just tried to justify . . My skin is also red, irritated and getting inflamed as I type.. Ive had my brows threaded for years.. Im visiting from out of town and needed them done. .. Regretting it entirely... this is a no go.

Dont trust them with your eyebrows. Came here yesterday for a clean up and left with half the size my original eyebrows and painful eyelids. I comented my concern to the lady but she wasnt even bothered about my frustration I still paid 19 dollars for horrible eyebrows and upper lip cleaning. After she took my payment she sarcastically told me to have a nice day. BAD customer service!!!

If you go here ask for Shusma! She moved to this location from the authentic mini india in Houston. She is THE BEST! TODAY WAS MY 1ST TIME THERE AND I WOULDVE NEVER gone to the mall to get my brows done. BUT I did for her since she has been doing my brows for years!!! There are two brow shops. 1 next to Macys and one in front on toni and guy in the older part of galleria by PRADA closer to the ice rink and food court on the 2nd flood .Ask for Shusma! She is the eyebrows goddess!

Wow! I just cant describe the anger I felt when I saw my eyebrows chopped flat like a supermario mushroom, after clearly telling them that I wanted them angled and even showing them a picture!Never going back! MINUS 5 STARS FOR THIS BUSINESD

This is the only place that knew how to arch my weird shaped eyebrows. I am impressed, I feel like I have had a brow lift without the surgery.
