Anyone train with them through san Jacinto college?
Not too fond of my experience here. I never am but today Ive just had it. I love the products and the brands but I have the most difficult time with customer service every time I come in town. I try to avoid coming to this locationI am an assistant to a traveling eyelash artist and this time we had an emergency where our adhesive fell out of my bag at the airport. I drive all the way out to Nova Lash from Pearland or buy another bottle of adhesive. Prior to the 40 min drive I attempt to call to place an order and I speak with... Ms. Jacque, she is unable to find our information in the system. I call multiple times and they still cannot find me. I then have my boss call and another one of our lash artist call and by the time I get here I have to wait another 45 min. I order from this location all the time and even when I call, Ms. Jacque gives me a hard time.After waiting for 45 min, Jacque then comes to me and tells me they cannot sell me the glue for a number of reasons. When I asked her why, she then asked me to wait longer in the waiting room. At this point I cannot deal with these people and I refuse to speak to Jacque.Whatever you do AVOID SPEAKING TO JACQUE SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL, she wears layers of foundation on her face, She has no CLASS AND she is pretty careless with herself. I believe she liked this review so you can see a clear photo of her so you know who to Avoid to keep the professional experience.
