Rude customer service. The way a lady talked to me was so rude when she asked me to put the tweezer back. When i got into the store they ignored me but they welcomed another american customer. Not recommend

The owner is always rude!!!I notice how other customers who are not colored got better treatment afterwards. I asked her 2 questions and she gave me a response as if she was trying to belittle me with a nasty tone. This is my 2nd downfall at this store. I will never shop here again. I recommend going to V LASH BEAUTY lash store.

Im not even going to bother going to this place. I needed specific supplies that not everyone carries and I called to ask just a few questions and got the rudest person on the phone who was extremely unhelpful. I don’t think they care about getting customers in their store at all with how they handled someone calling to ask if they carried certain supplies.

Not ridiculously far from where I lash from but they have pretty much everything you need to lash with. Pricing is a bit more expensive. And their customer service is a 4/10 most days but who cares you didn’t come to the store to make friends. Just buy what you need and go in my opinion. I don’t say much when I walk in, I’m in and out. 5 minutes max. I wish their hours were longer though. And wish they can STOP being closed on Tuesday’s super inconvenient.

The girls that work there are super SUPER sweet! Answered all my questions & help me right away. Made me feel very welcomed. Very nice and neat place. Definitely will come back worth the drive!! (:

I bought the sky glue two weeks ago and all my clients have complained about the eyelash retention! I called to tell them about it and they were very rude! The glue was kept in a cold place so I know the storage was not the problem. She said “All you can do is come and buy another one!” After they had recommended this glue as being their top seller.

Convenient when you need lashes in a jiffy. Plus, theyre open on Sundays when I cant make it there during the week or on Saturdays.

My first visit was fun, its not my first time being in area, Im from Alief. I love this shop so much, I drive from Spring Tx & this will not be the last time I come for my supplies. They are the sweetest & nicest! Very Satisfied with all they offer for us lash artists in & around Houston area.

Today was my second time visiting. The 1st time I purchased an adhesive that was not cheap and it never worked correctly from the beginning. Today the lady that works there didn’t even greet me when I came in. She was very unfriendly and acted as if I was bothering her when asking questions. Some items are overpriced for the grade of products that they are. I will never visit here again. I’ll stick to ordering from better companies and having my items shipped.

It’s the worst place to shop from! Very rude customer service. I would never go back here. First of all, they change the quality of their products all the time which can create problems with you and your clients and sometimes they just wrap up their used products and try to sell them to you. I’ve been overcharged at this place a few times as well on my card. There are other places on Bellaire that sell eyelash products thy have better customer service and products.

The ladies who work there arent licensed lash techs so they give inaccurate info about the products sold there. Most lash trays are defective. The tips are blue instead of black.

The lady who work there need to be gone. i like this store bcz close to my work but the business will go to hell one day if let she run business. i dont know why she sooooo Rude. unfreindly. One of the owners decided to mischarge me and didnt admit mistake when the other owner confronted her. I understand vietnamese so I knew exactly what they were saying in front of my face...its Bellaire...cmon speak Thai and probably wouldnt understand!
