Well I am enjoying the the bed I choose but the delivery guys really disappointed me when installing my bed they apparently didnt have the right size middle bar so they set the bed up and the middle bar was placed under our bed without letting us know nothing we just so happened looked under the bed and a bar that didnt fit was there I was very disappointed cause I tipped them thinking they forfilled a job well done but it wasnt complete but anyway moving on we have a delivery for the bar to be delivered today I really hope it will fit well lets see.

I have come to this store 3 times in the past couple of months and each time have been helped by the awesome Edward. I received all my items on time and when I didnt receive the promotional Fitbit included, Edward was able to get me the information I needed the same day. I also purchased mattresses from this store five years ago and when one of them sunk in due to the box spring (we bought elsewhere), the warranty coverage was easy to claim and we got a new mattress and a great deal. I have recommended this store to my brother and parents and both have had great experiences as well.

Our experience at mattress firm was beyond horrible if I could give them a quarter of a star I would but they don’t even deserve that. My husband and I walked in looking for a mattress wanting to pay cash but we were convinced to apply for financing, so we did. We chose a mattress within our finance budget not knowing that we would be getting a floor model rather than a new mattress. I even took the initiative to ask the rep if we would be getting the floor model and he said no, we would be getting a new one Delivered from the warehouse. When everything was set and done purchase complete delivery scheduled we got a phone call four days later stating that there was a misunderstanding with our sale and we were not able to have the mattress we had already paid for until maybe 2 weeks but not guaranteed possibly a month. You can imagine the disappointment at this point having to pay for something that you don’t even have yet and not to mention that it was a floor model when you were told it was new. We received multiple phone calls from different reps, area manager etc but no one seemed to have the solution. Finally a rep got us in contact with a manager who was off for the day and was not thrilled by our situation but I understand what manager would be, specially on your off day. After telling him my story he contacted his district manager, the solution was to pay an additional $500 out of pocket to get a new mattress OR to simply just cancel our order. That simple gets you rid of the problem. While I do understand that we are all humans and we make mistakes as an experienced manager who runs a business I also understand that sometimes we have to bite the bullet especially when our own staff is who made the mistake. This was not the case it was you either get it used whenever we can give it to you, pay more money for new or you don’t get anything end of story. I am highly disappointed in this business and will never again shop here nor recommend family and friends. From the moment this sale went south the manager should have contacted us customers to explain the situation and try to fix it and maybe then it wouldn’t have been this bad of an experience but then again even management wasn’t willing to do much for us either. It’s so sad that it’s been over a week now going back and fourth with phone calls and voicemails until I decided to go in the store again myself to fix the issue and ask for manager information to get in touch with management and find a solution.

I would like to share that my experience at the mattress firm off the North Shore and beltway eight was the best location that I have been in in a while Mr. John Rena went out of his way to find the perfect mattress for me for my mother who is an elderly woman and has lots of pain thank you Mr. Rena I will definitely recommend business to this location as well as repeat my business there thank you again God bless you.

Nina was amazing! She answered all of my questions i had regarding my purchase and went over in detail my financing options. She was very thorough and was well informed about the products.

I came to this place with high hopes because of their twice a year sale that I heard on 94.5 the buzz thinking this was a sweet deal. To my dismay that was not the case. The female sale associate lied to me when I asked about the promotion from their own Web site and I pointed at a mattress that had nothing but springs. she denied that was the mattress (flimsy, with pronounced springs) and asked me to wait 10min. I waited for over an hour and was helped by a different male sale associates. He tried selling me more expensive mattresses and when I inquired about the promotion of $200 sale mattress he pointed to the springy, flimsy mattress I had asked the previous sale associate about which she had denied beign the mattress on sale. What I got from this experience is that they try to lure you in with the twice a year sale by promoting it everywhere and once youre at the store the mattress on sale is a piece of crap and then the sale associates try to get you to buy more expensive nicer mattresses. What a waste of my time. If you dont have money to invest in an expensive mattress stay away from this place. I got my mattress at a cheaper mattress store down the freeway. A comfortable queen for $300, instead of the $699 Mattress Firm price.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible service. I went in on a Sunday to buy a mattress. I asked for a late delivery, as I have to work, but would be home in the evening. They attempted to deliver while I was not home. This morning (Tuesday) I asked for a rescheduled delivery and was told that I would have to wait until Thursday at this point. Which is crazy. No one with customer service is answering the phone. Buyers beware.
