Got unloaded fast, people were friendly

Horrible customer service. I was transferred to Misty, not sure what her position was and what she did, she was very rude and you can tell that she doesn’t like her job. I’m not sure how if I’m transferred to you, how are you not able to assist me? I told the receptionist what my problem was and she told that Misty would be able to help and then she transferred me. Maybe Misty needs to be retrained on her customer service and defusing situations.

So irresponsible accounting department, they been sending us to TABC(black list), even though we are clear to go, sales, accounting,costumer service who pick up the phone everyone are rude.we trying to cut their product slowly, at last they said sorry, sorry is not the answer, how about holding my delivery from big vendor, we dont wana loose our costumer. They like to lose their costumer..Not very happy, giving them 1 star just because im carrying their product

Keri, the front office lady she works so hard and is a fantastic multitasker! She holds that whole ware house with help of course but she plays a huge part. They all love Keri and depend on her so much.

Horrible account service they put you in tabc list for there own mistakes I going to discontinue there products little by little

Had a delivery here.It took them 2.45 to unload 3 pallets.I had to watch them do it you can’t stay in your truck.6 guys been walking around those pallets and looking at them like it’s an alien ship.
