Ridiculous. My first delivery was right on time and was excellent! After that it was a mess. My second delivery was rescheduled so I had to wait 3 more days, but this time I was not given a timeframe of what time they will arrive. They arrived very early in the morning so I was not able to have my bottles out overnight (due to storming weather). So I was stuck with 3 extra empty bottles. I submitted a request to have them picked up which I would have to wait 5-7 business days for a reply... never received one. Lastly my 3rd delivery which was supposed to be yesterday. I got my notification that my delivery was on its way and will be between 2-6pm. Nope. Never showed up and upon checking my account today my delivery was marked cancelled and now I have to wait until December. What kind of nonsense is that. I regret using them.
Find another water delivery service in the area if possible. Unfortunately I did not read reviews before doing business with this company. If you do have a problem as I have had multiple.. from several cancelled deliveries on their part to delivering broken machines, you will wait on the phone for at LEAST one hour or more and their turn around time for customer service to return an email is 5-7 days… even then it is a form letter and not an actual customer service specialist.
Product and delivery service are greatly overpriced and service is atrocious.We were charged $5 deposit for every empty bottle but credit for return was $2.14 per bottle. Numerous requests for explanation and correction went unanswered. Finally account was adjusted but Company refused to refund the money saying the credit balance on the account will be used to offset future charges. That led to my decision to cancel service. My cancellation request is being ignored and no refund has been received. The phone system drops the call when discontinue service option is chosen. I think the Company is run by petty crooks. One star rating is the way too generous.
Ok ReadyRefresh redeemed themselves. They brought me a new water dispenser. I learned that the order has to go through customer service even though the supervisor was notified about the original water dispenser breaking. Everything worked out and now I hope I still receive the good service that I have been getting for the past 6 years

10/22/2021 - I had delivery set for this past Wednesday, and it never came. When I looked at my online account, they had pushed the delivery to Thursday WITH NO NOTICE TO ME. Thursdays delivery was pushed to Friday, and now it says MONDAY. Still NO NOTICE TO ME . . . no phone call, no email. Ive been on hold for 20 minutes now to try to talk to someone about whats going on. Ready Refresh used to be a good company, but I could not recommend them at this time.
So, due to the pandemic Im out of work. Like most people, you start looking for ways to cut expenses. I called to cancel my service and was told I would incur a $50 fee for them to clean the dispenser. If I cant afford to pay monthly installments for the overpriced water, how do you expect people to afford the ridiculous cleaning fee?! Absurd!!!! You can be sure that this definitely eliminates me re-establishing service during better times. Nice to know Ready Refresh cares so little about the hard times people are dealing with. Never again!
Dont overlook all the negative reviews. This company is horrible. I have no earthly idea how they maintain customers. Ever since they changed from their own delivery trucks to third party drivers - you will get charged for deliveries that never arrived. Just did an investigation, and I was charged 4-5 times/months I never received a delivery. They have been reported to the BBB, and have placed a dispute with my CC company. If I had not noticed, and been charged for failure to delivery a few more times - i would honestly take them to small claims court.
They are the worst!!! They are thieves and have no working customer service phone number on purpose!!! It would be flooded with customer complaint calls!! Save your money and a headache you will have to change your bank info to get the auto payments to stop there will no one contacting you from customer service cause there is none.
I have been getting water delivered by this company for over 10 years and never had a problem until recently. Constantly missing deliveries, being charged for these missed deliveries, not being able to contact anyone, and eventually having to dispute the charges through my cc. I will be cancelling services with them and will move on to Sparkletts or another company.
It is simple. I order you deliver but if I do not order DO NOT DELIVER. I have cancelled their delivery service multiple times but they keep reactivating WITHOUT MY CONSENT! What is worse is I have made several complaints and multiple requests to them to cancel and they still keep reactivating replenishment service. What that means is they deliver whatever they want even if you do not order it. What a scam. Fees to call and cancel because they want you to use the website, but the website does not save your changes so you have to call. This is fraud and these people need to be sued big time. Do not ever do business with this company.
This delivery service is the worst service ever. You can never get ahold of the customer service team and the rates are over rated. I pay too much money to get the water delivered to not be able to get ahold of anyone. I want to cancel my delivery but again cannot get ahold of anyone. They deserve 0 stars from me.
Absolutely do not do business with this company. They charged my fiancé even when they didn’t drop anything off. It costs money to even speak to a representative. They refused to give him his money back, said they can only do a credit. But makes it almost impossible to get water delivered. Cancelled the account after only one fulfilled water refill. No refund or credit from the time they already charged him and don’t forget being charged $5 to call for help.
Very bad services . I just signed up for this service. They just dropped the machine at the door and left. The machine is a flimsy plastic one. And water is bleached water . I could taste too much chlorine in water.
Theyve been great until this week I received a notice for a delivery but it never arrived. I got the notification that it had been delivered but my empties were still sitting outside my door. I used the app to dispute this and I still havent gotten a reply. I was charged for delivery plus something else I did NOT order. I tried calling but then was asked to pay 4.99 to speak to an agent. This is very unprofessional.
The inconsistent deliveries, cost for water, delivery fees ect... its not worth the time and money. After 2 months I chose to cancel then I was told I would be charged a $50 cancelation after waiting on hold for an hour. I had 3 redirected delivery dates with NO explanation as to why they were redirected to other dates. The customer service line has very long wait times to speak with someone, dont even think about sending them a direct message on their website you wont get a response back. So many inconsistencies/issues and not enough follow through for me to continue business with this company. I can save money continuing to buy my water elsewhere.
The service was fine until they started delivering on unscheduled days. Now I have eight bottles I didnt have out for pick up because the deliveries werent scheduled. Now you have to pay five bucks to talk to a rep.

Got this service from a pushy door to door rep which was bad enough and they make it far too difficult to cancel service. You cannot do it online despite pushing their convenient mobile app so you have to call to cancel your order. Had to wait on hold after a long menu. The call rep i spoke too was nice but they force them to ask way too many questions. Would highly NOT reccomend
I love my service! I have had it well over 4 months now, I did have an issue with the dispenser leaking at first but they replaced it the next day and gave me another 5 gallon jugs! My deliveries are always on time and Ive never had any issues skipping or rescheduling my deliveries. Customer service is fast and efficient.

I thought the dispenser was purchased. But without sending me any notice that it needed to be returned (because I apparently dont own it after all) they reported me to the credit services and my credit score has taken a hit. A simple phone call or email or letter would have saved everyone a lot of misery. This is a lazy business that couldnt care less about its customers.
For the last year and a half I have order 5 gallon bottles. I have used them on our camping trips, vacation trips to rental homes and I keep several of them as part of the emergency kit (we live in hurricane hit zone). I can keep them for many months without leaks and I trust their quality.
Once you give them your card information the will continue charging your card with deliveries and fees, even if you cancel your subscription they will continue. This company is playing with people money.

I have used Ready Refresh and their predecessor, Ozarka, for 20 years. All was fine until recently. I just was billed $40.00 in late fees on two small invoices that I never received. Apparently the late fee is something that they recently imposed and buried in updated terms of service. The company agreed to waive these charges, but were clear that there would be a $20.00 late fee on future invoices, which run around $23.00 per month. Good by Ready Refresh
Customer service is trash one of the worst I’ve ever seen. They don’t care and we are the ones paying for a service keeping them employed. Terrible. And I don’t even take time out to write negative reviews but this company, I had too. Don’t waste time or money.
All the negative reviews made me think twice about having our water delivered. Perhaps there were some service issues in the past But we have had nothing but a good experience to date. It has been a couple years and can’t think of a bad thing to say. And I truly mean that. Let me tell you - it is such a convenience to have water delivered, and saves a ton of fridge space. We have small children. The ease of having a water dispenser has increased their water intake a hundred fold. Gives the impression they really like to drink it now!

Great service, great water, always get my delivery. Had one issue with my water tower they came picked it up and replaced it. No problems whatsoever ever. Keep up the good work. This is way better than having a bunch of filters to replace or water bottles being wasted.
Weve had Ozarka for over 15 years and have never had a problem, our driver not only is curteous and helpful but actually brings the bottles into the garage for us. There was a billing mistake once and after we brought it to their attention they immediately fixed it and gave us a couple of bottles free for our inconvenience, even though we really werent inconvenienced. I plan on continuing to use them and have reccomended them to my neighbors of which a couple of them also have been using Ozarka Ready refresh.

Completely ignore the no solicitor sign and knock not once but twice at my door and then gave me an attitude when I pointed out the no solicitor sign.

Last two times the driver never range the doorbell. I am disabled and need the driver to put the water inside at the doorstep. I called a supervisor this morning a d told her there was no way I could pick up the water. She told me she would get the driver to return and call me back. Well she never called back nor driver came back. Very disappointed in delivery driver.
Service started out good but got too expensive over the next year. So I cancelled my account and while on the phone paid my account in full! Guaranteed I was good and no more charges would occur. They asked if I needed the equipment picked-up now or if it was ok for them to get it later because they were busy. I said its fine whatever is convenient for you but sooner is better. 2 weeks later they come they pick up my stuff. Then they charge me another rental fee the next month because of the 2 weeks I had to wait for them to come get their equipment.
I would give no stars if that is a option. Customer service is the worst I have experienced and I work for a large company with many vendors and many locations so that is saying a lot. After staying on hold for over half an hour you never speak to an actual local person who knows anything other than to open a case to help you or you get disconnected. Bigger corporation that cares nothing about customer service because your business will just be filled with the next, thats obvious. Best advice I can give you if you are considering using these guys is to go smaller more local with people who ACTUALLY care and are real people and not some joe blow states away and clueless.

I have been with them for over 6 years. They just quit delivering my water. My account isnt late or overdue, they just dont show up. I call and speak to someone in customer service and they tell me they will come the next day but then dont show up. This has happened several times over the last few weeks and I cant get them to deliver. Awful service!
Zero customer service. Scheduled a delivery of a new dispenser/cooler bc the old wasn’t working for us anymore. They gave me a delivery window of 1-5 pm. Rearranged the day to get home before 1. Got a call at 10:54 am saying they tried to deliver but no one there. Auto reschedule to a later day. Called customer service at approx 11:15 am to get them to come back out on the same day and after 20 minutes talking with them, she put me on hold. Call ended, not sure if dropped or their fault. She didn’t call back despite having confirmed my number earlier. I called back, of course getting someone new and having to start over. He didn’t even try to help. No service at all. Cancelled my delivery service with them on the spot. You don’t want to help, fine. I don’t want to pay you for your lack of service. Hope you get the decline into bankruptcy you deserve.

Website doesnt work to login into your account. When you call customer service they put you on hold for an extremely long time due to high call volume. I cancelled my service two months ago and they are still sending me water and charging my card. Never had a problem until I cancelled my service.
Too bad I cant rate them as minus 5 star. The website for setting up deliveries and orders does not work. When you call, they always have above average calls and the wait time is always like 25 minutes. No doubt this is because all their systems suck. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with any Nestle company. Its cheaper and easier on your mind to drill a well for water than use this company.

Ive been using this service for about 3 months and have been very happy with it! On time deliveries, no billing issues, and my deliveries have been correct every time!
Although I really like their products, their customer service and billing/scheduling system is terrible. If you make a change like skip a delivery it knocks the entire system out of whack and you may not get any water for weeks! After too many billing issues or having my order amounts changed at random, for NO REASON from less than I wanted to WAY more than I would ever use I finally decided to cancel the service after many years and no one really seemed to care. It was convenient but not worth the headache.
Consistently delivers incorrect low grade water dispenser not what we purchased. Hopefully for the third time tomorrow this will be corrected. They have extremely long phone wait times but customer service is seemingly good in conversation.
I just cancelled my service with Ready Refresh today. This is the second month in a row where they said they delivered my order but nothing was outside my door. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service at ReadyRefresh. I have been waiting for my water delivery since October 31st. It is now November 10th, no water. I called customer service, the agent I spoke with sounded drunk and made up a lie stating that the delivery driver didnt leave the water because no one was home. I have been a ReadyRefresh customer since 2015, the delivery driver NEVER knocked or rang the door. They simply leave the water as instructions state. I plan on leaving this deadbeat company.
Cancel my service on 11/25 since I was moving. My billing was under 23$ I was only getting 4 cases of water delivered. Today received a charge for 47.82 no emailing saying I was going to be a bill or anything. When I tried phoning them but got an automatic message saying “do to schedule enhancement our system is currently unavailable”. I cant even log into the web site because it says I no longer have an account and to call.

Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldnt come to pick up for 2 weeks, Thats the next time we will be in the area. The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They SHOULD be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up.We also had many issues starting service with them. Two of their water coolers emptied the entire 5-gallon bottles onto our floor. Our experience with this company has had SO MANY ISSUES!
I have been on hold for over an hour to speak to a customer service representative regarding ReadyRefresh not sending me a bill. This is the second time I am addressing this issue. I have been a customer for 10 years and it appears their service and support functions have seriously deteriorated. Very disappointed.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any situation. I have never left a review good or bad on any company but I felt obligated on this one. They’re incredibly rude and have never once delivered water on time. They’ll just randomly decide you don’t need water and wont deliver it until a week after they were supposed too. I should have known this company would be a nightmare from the beginning when they were 3 weeks late bringing the water despencer. They don’t ever forget to charge you though.
The Houston distribution centre of this company is abysmal. They do not deliver when they say they will, and ignore any notes made by their central office. Their customer service listens and tries their best to correct mistakes made by the horrifyingly inept boots on the ground, but to no avail.Bottom line: Do NOT do business with Ready Refresh in Houston, Texas, the local employees are utterly incompetent.
Prices have steadily gone up, delivery times are inconsistent. Impossible to get through to customer service in a timelt manner. Will be dropping them soon.Drivers are friendly and nice, but seem to be replaced frequently, probably because the business isnt good.

I scheduled a pick up of the cooler & 2 full water bottles plus 1 empty for Friday, July 27th. Driver had not arrived at 12:30 so I called to see where the driver was located. I was given a timeframe of 2:00 - 5:00, had to leave so I rescheduled for Wednesday August 1. I was waiting for the pick up and discovered at 12:00 noon, the driver had left a sorry I missed you tag on the door. I called and was told the driver was at the location at 9:00a. I was told they could pick it up tomorrow (Thursday). Case in point, I have waited for a pick up on 2 separate occasions and the cooler & bottles have not been picked up yet. I cannot spend my days sitting & waiting for a pick up that never occurs. Im not certain what the problem is, but hope it can be alleviated. I will not be a customer of this company ever again.
Thet take forever to answer the phone if you have an issue, moved delivery date to following month, yet they charged me anyway, website is broken. I dont know how they maintain any cusfomers.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. They offer a convenience service which turned out to be a huge inconvenience. After arranging to be home for a delivery that showed up late, they delivered a water cooler that leaked all over my kitchen, then tried to blame me for their faulty product. I gave them a second chance and took delivery of a second leaky water cooler that again leaked substantially. When I called to cancel the service, they promised a full refund, but only issued a partial refund. What a hassle! Totally NOT WORTH THE TIME, EFFORT, and INCONVENIENCE.

Inconsistent deliveries. Recently, none at all despite their system showing successful deliveries. Hours on hold, only to be issued fake $5 credits that never show up on the account.
1. The website to schedule deliveries is USELESS. It doesnt work right or even close to right.2. For some reason they stopped notifying me BEFORE a delivery so I have no chance to put out my empty bottles for pickup or make sure Im even available for delivery. AND since they now only notify me when the delivery driver is on his way I cant cancel or reschedule because apparently dispatch has no way to reroute a driver?!?! They dont have cellphones?3. The last 3 deliveries have included items that I did not and have never ordered, nor do I want. (Like small plastic cups) But they charge me for these items anyway.4. The prices have nearly DOUBLED in the last 2 years, and now include more fees like delivery and rent for a POS water dispenser on top of higher prices.
First order delivered, and charged for. Charged again 5 days later for same order. Then more bottles show up at my door within the first week, and charged for them. When I called they said it is the only day they deliver, and my money will not be refunded. This is a SCAM!!!! Dont do business with these filthy people.

Cancelled my service with this company because they never show up to pick up my empties. They always show up outside of my business hours and leave my new bottles sitting on the sidewalk of my business which gets me in trouble with my landlord.Ive scheduled for them to pick up my 9 empty bottles and the cooler 3 times now. Each time they have failed to show up and they are still charging me for rental on the cooler. I came in to work 4 hours early today to accommodate the 5-hour window their driver might show up in. And they never showed up...again. Never even called to tell me they werent showing up. I had to go to their website to chat online with one of their service people to find out what was going on.Then they told me they could not make the driver come to my appointment. Theyd have to reschedule for next week...again!The worst service imaginable. I have now switched to another company that provides purified hot/cold running water and has no bottles to be delivered/picked up.Save yourself a headache. The absolute worst company ever. And their customer service is remarkably rude and detached. Dealing with them was a nightmare!
These people do not deliver when or where they say they will so we canceled. I tried twice for them to pick up their cooler and nobody came after we had cancelled. I know they did not come as it was with the concierge and they can’t get in without them. We stopped the service because it was completely unreliable as demonstrated again in the cancellation. Supposed to come again Tuesday, any bets? I see someone else also has the same cooler pick up issue. Could be they are scamming by not picking up the cancelled coolers then billing us, legal action may be required for these folks. I was thinking it was just incompetence as in their deliveries but maybe not.
NO STARS - Worst Company - Worst Accounting Record KeepingI had this company for 1 year and I terminated the contract. First of all, they send messages to my phone saying that they delivered the bottle of water but they dont actually delivered the water and actually billed me for invisible bottles of water. They wanted me to pay rental of the equipment they already picked up. Also, I was waiting for my refund of 20.00 (deposit) and they magically made a late fee charge of 20.00 when back in January 2018 someone from billing said I had nothing else to pay. It took them 6 month to have their accounts corrected and because of that they charged 20.00.If you want to go with them make sure you have extra money around for their lake of professionalism and good record keeping because they are going to take it from you.Just stay away from them and make sure to record all the conversations because they will contradict themselves.They say they record the conversations, however, the conversation of the employee telling me that I should just expect my refund and no other charges, conveniently disappeared because they dont safe conversations from January.

They have failed to pick up their cooler on seven different occasions, they won’t allow the customers to drop it off & now they have the odasity to send my account to collections for their mistake!!! Did I mention that this company is horrible?
For the last month I have been ordering water and never have been delivered water!! Their delivery system is not working!! No water has been delivered to me yet!!

They have been going downhill so bad. I had a order set for a Wednesday and received my order on Friday. On top of that fees are going up and no improvement at all.

Horrible company, dont show up when they say they will. Dont list to customers. Sent someone to clean machine when needed replacement. Scheduled replacement twice no call no show.
