They have been unbelievably awesome from 1st time I walked into this dealership.I purchased a 2007 19 ft Nitro bass boat here 2-27-2020. From the time I walked into this dealership Amy the GM & Tom the service manager made me feel so comfortable with every one of my concerns of buying a used boat. After I purchased the boat there were some minor issues and Tom the service manager didn’t hesitate to have me bring it back to fix it at no charge. They could have said, the boat was used, sold as is & wasn’t their responsibility to fix issues that had occurred with previous owner. They didn’t do that of course and have made a lifelong customer out of me. This dealer offers personal service like no other! The employees stayed late to help me with my purchase. The manager even responded quickly to emails outside of their store hours. When my new boat needed a small cosmetic repair, they were upfront about the wait time and allowed me to keep my boat until they were available to make the repair. Definitely a better experience than you get a big-box locations. Personal service that made me feel like family!

I am a fan of this place for all my Mercury parts. Darryll at the parts counter is always there to help by phone or in person. He has saved me hundreds of dollars by explaining how to change out some of the parts myself. Always friendly and above and beyond customer service. The store is always clean inside out.

Ordered and bought my new Tracker Heritage 40th Anniversary boat here. I was kept updated often when it was on order and when it came in. I feel Amy did outstanding job on the sale and keeping me updated on my boat. Tom in service did a great job going over everything about my boat when it came in. I was very impressed with everybody here. A great place to buy a boat and I plan on them doing all the service on it when it is needed.

Went in 15 minutes before closing. The sales people did not turn me away. They even stayed over to help with my purchase. The people here are very friendly and went out of there way to assist me in my transaction. I will come again and highly recommend them.

Worse place in the world to buy a boat or have one fixed! tried to buy a boat from these guys and no one would ever get back with me. and i was paying cash. i ended up buying a boat from a different location big mistake and now its been in the shop pretty much all summer.. Called and they dont return phone calls been trying to reach someone for the past 2 weeks. finally talk to someone and his answer was that he cant predict the future and he didnt know when the boat would be ready!!!

Bought my boat from them and i continue to have it serviced by them. Tom has always been helpful. He put in a radio and speakers when no other tracker service dept. Would even attempt it! Ive used other tracker service depts. and simply put these guys are the best in houston or beaumont area!

I have had my old boat serviced here and just recently bought a new one from these guys. Everyone has been so professional and go out of their way to help me out. Mrs Sonya sold me the new boat and it was a breeze dealing with her through the entire process. I had horrible experiences with bass pro pearland but this place is TOTALLY different.
